The power cord of this appliance is equipped
with athree-prong (grounding) plug which
mates withastandard three-prong (grounding)
wall receptacle (Fig.4) to minimize the possi-
bility of electric shock hazard from this appli-

There are three essentialrequirements for
efficienthomefreezing.First,of course, is
initial quality. Only top-quality foods
shouldbe frozen. Freezingretains quality
andflavor;it cannot improvequality.Sec-
ond is speed. The quicker fruits and veg-
etables are frozenafter picking,the better
thefrozenproductwillbe.You’llsavetime,
too,becauselesscullingandsortingwillbe
necessary.The thirdrequirementisproper
packaging.Use foodwrapsdesignedespe-
ciallyforfreezing;they’rereadiiyavailable
in awideselection at your favorite store.
