4 x Star Pickets (A) 4 x Ratchet Straps (C)
Ensure the trampoline is in the desired location and is on level ground.
Measure and place the star picket approximately 300-350mm inwards of the trampoline frame
to prevent tipping hazards. Place the rest of the star pickets (A) evenly spaced around the frame
to share the wind load. Tip: If possible align the star pickets as close as you can with the strong
vertical zones of the legs.

Place the Star Picket (A) on a slight angle, leaning inward with the top hole facing outwards as
shown below.

Using a suitable hammer install the star picket (A) into the ground until there is approximately 55-
60mm showing above the ground.
Place the yellow Safety cap (B) on top of the star picket.

Place the Ratchet Strap Steel Hook (C) through the Star Picket/Yellow Safety Cap.

Thread top strap (D) in between the trampoline safety pads and the trampoline frame.
Thread the top strap (D) through the loop at the end of the strap and pull all strapping through.

Thread the top strap (D) through the ratchet device and tension. Aim for a fi rm strap ten-
sions but don’t over tighten. Tidy the remaining loose strapping and repeat steps to complete
for all 4 anchors.
• Inspect strap ingregity to ensure there are no frays or cuts
• Check all Star pickets are fi rm in the ground and re-tension the ratchet as required
