You can find below some key recommendations to get the most out of your
amplifier:
1-) Read this instruction manual carefully before carrying out any connection.
ANY CONNECTION TO THE AMPLIFIER INPUT OR OUTPUT MUST BE
CARRIED OUT WHEN AMPLIFIER IS OFF;
2-) Check carefully the polarity of power supply wiring (battery's positive and
negative terminals) and loudspeakers, and the minimum speaker impedance;
3-) It is compulsory to install fuses to protect against overloading. The fuse or
circuit breaker must be installed as close as possible to the battery and sized
according to the amplifier;
4-) The gauge of power supply wiring is extremely important both to reach the
desired amplifier output and to the amplifier's safety. Use the wire gauge
recommended in this manual (page 5). Using wire gauges below the specified
value will result in power loss and overheating of cables. It is important that the
power supply cables are the shortest possible.
5-) Amplifier must be installed in a firm and ventilated area.
6-) In order to avoid interferences, the signal cable (RCA) must be away from
the original wiring of vehicle or from any other power supply cable.
7-) The amplifier must be installed by a qualified professional.
Examples of output connections
Caution: Observe the minimum impedance when installing, since impedances lower
than the recommended can damage the amplifier and void the warranty.

1 - COOLERS: The GHD 3000, has one internal ventilation cooler, and cannot be blocked. For
perfect functioning, the amplifier must be installed in a cool and aired place. It is recommended
not to embed it, so that the air circulates throughout the inside of the product extension, thereby
preventing the thermal protection from acting.
2 - SPEAKER: Output (positive and negative) to transducer’s connection (loudspeakers). Follow
the polarity described and the minimum impedance recommended.
To combine loudspeakers, the resulting impedance must be taken into consideration.
NOTE: Impedances lower than the one supported at the output can activate the short-circuit
protection.
3 - POSITIVE POWER SUPPLY TERMINAL: Use a 21mm² (4 AWG) cable directly from the
positive battery terminal with fuse (170 A), as close as possible from the battery.
4 - REMOTE TERMINAL: The remote CD/DVD Player output must be connected by a 1.5mm²²
(15 AWG) cable.
5 - NEGATIVE POWER SUPPLY TERMINAL: A 21mm² (4 AWG) cable as short as possible must
be used, connected to the negative battery pole.
It is recommended that all cables must have tinned ends to improve electrical contact.

Functions and inputs
1 - INPUT (R and L): Inputs of signals to be amplified. Connect these signals to RCA outputs of
CD/DVD Player, using good quality shielded cables to avoid noise influence.
2 - LEVEL: It sets the amplifier input sensitivity, which allows an optimal adjustment to the output
signals levels of nearly all models of CD/DVD Players found in the market.
3 - CROSSOVER
HIGH PASS: Variable adjustment from 10Hz to 80Hz, which determines the beginning of the
amplifier operating frequency.
LOW PASS: Variable adjustment from 80Hz to FULL, which determines the end of the
amplifier operating frequency.
4 - BASS BOOST: Boost for bass levels in 80Hz, with amplitude from 0 to 10 dB.
5 - MONITOR: Connection to an accessory, which function is to monitor the amplifier and it is
where all information from the indicator LEDs, such as distortion (CLIP/TEMP) and protection
actuation (PROT), will be displayed simultaneously.

Flashing yellow LED continuously: Excessive internal temperature (May be caused by
obstruction of the internal cooler, improper installation or poorly ventilated location).
Blinking yellow LED according to music: Indicates that the amplifier is operating at the
threshold of distortion. If the red led also blinks, it indicates excessive distortion.
Red LED flashes 2x:
Supply voltage less than 9V.

Power supply voltage greater than 16V.
Blue LED steady on:
Indicates that the amplifier is turned on.

dudas que puedan surgir en su instalación. Tómese algún tiempo para leerlo atentamente y
garantizar la correcta instalación y uso de todos los beneficios que este producto puede

Para obtener el máximo rendimiento de su amplificador, indicamos abajo
algunas recomendaciones importantes:
1-) Lea atentamente este manual de instrucciones en su totalidad antes de
efectuar cualquier conexión. CUALQUIER CONEXIÓN EN LA ENTRADA O
SALIDA DEL AMPLIFICADOR SOLAMENTE DEBEN SER HECHAS CON EL
AMPLIFICADOR APAGADO;
2-) Observe cuidadosamente la polaridad de los cables de alimentación
(positivo y negativo de la batería) y de los altavoces, así como la impedancia
mínima del amplificador;
3-) Es obligatoria la instalación de fusibles para protección en caso de
sobrecarga. El fusible o disyuntor debe instalarse lo más cerca posible de la
batería y ser dimensionado según el amplificador;
4-) La sección de los hilos de alimentación es extremadamente importante,
tanto para obtener la potencia deseada del amplificador, cómo para su
seguridad. Siga la sección recomendada en este manual (página 5). Secciones
menores que la especificada causa pérdida de potencia y sobrecalentamiento
de los cables. Es importante que los cables de potencia sean los más cortos
posibles.
5-) El amplificador debe ser instalado en un local firme y aireado.
6-) El cable de señal (RCA), debe pasar separado del cableado original del
vehículo, o de cualquier otro cable, para evitar interferencias.
7-) La instalación debe ser realizada por un profesional cualificado.

1 - INPUT (R y L): Entrada de las señales a amplificar. Conecte las mismas a las salidas RCA del
reproductor de CD/DVD, utilizando cables blindados de buena calidad para evitar la captación de
ruido.
2 - LEVEL: Ajusta la sensibilidad del amplificador, el cual permite un perfecto ajuste de los niveles
de la señal de salida de prácticamente todos los tipos de reproductores de CD/DVD del mercado.
3 - CROSSOVER
HIGH PASS: Ajuste variable de 10Hz a 80Hz, que determina el inicio de la frecuencia de
operación del amplificador.
LOW PASS: Ajuste variable de 80Hz a FULL, que determina el final de la frecuencia de
operación del amplificador.
4 - BASS BOOST: Refuerzo de los graves a 80Hz con amplitud de 0 a 10 dB.
5 - MONITOR: Conexión para accesorio que tiene la función de monitorear el amplificador, donde
todas las informaciones de los LEDs indicadores, como distorsión (CLIP/TEMP) y accionamiento
de la protección (PROT), serán mostradas simultáneamente.
Conectores de alimentación y Salida
1 - COOLER (ENFRIADOR): El GHD 3000 cuenta con un enfriador de ventilación interno que no
puede ser obstruido. Este enfriador es controlado por un sistema inteligente (Smart cooler). Este
sólo funciona a la máxima velocidad a partir de un cierto nivel de audio o temperatura. Esta
función garantiza una vida más larga y un funcionamiento más silencioso a su amplificador.
2 - SPEAKER: Salida (positiva y negativa) para la conexión de los transductores (altavoces).
Siga la polaridad indicada y la impedancia mínima recomendada de los altavoces.
Para asociaciones, la impedancia a considerar es la impedancia resultante.
Vea los siguientes ejemplos:
NOTA: reducir la impedancia con el apoyo de la producción puede hacer ley de protección de
corto.
3 - TERMINAL DE ALIMENTACIÓN POSITIVO: Utilice cable de 21mm² (4 AWG) directo del
terminal positivo de la batería con fusible (170A) el más cerca posible de la misma.

1 - INPUT (R y L): Entrada de las señales a amplificar. Conecte las mismas a las salidas RCA del
reproductor de CD/DVD, utilizando cables blindados de buena calidad para evitar la captación de
ruido.
2 - LEVEL: Ajusta la sensibilidad del amplificador, el cual permite un perfecto ajuste de los niveles
de la señal de salida de prácticamente todos los tipos de reproductores de CD/DVD del mercado.
3 - CROSSOVER
HIGH PASS: Ajuste variable de 10Hz a 80Hz, que determina el inicio de la frecuencia de
operación del amplificador.
LOW PASS: Ajuste variable de 80Hz a FULL, que determina el final de la frecuencia de
operación del amplificador.
4 - BASS BOOST: Refuerzo de los graves a 80Hz con amplitud de 0 a 10 dB.
5 - MONITOR: Conexión para accesorio que tiene la función de monitorear el amplificador, donde
todas las informaciones de los LEDs indicadores, como distorsión (CLIP/TEMP) y accionamiento
de la protección (PROT), serán mostradas simultáneamente.
Conectores de alimentación y Salida
1 - COOLER (ENFRIADOR): El GHD 3000 cuenta con un enfriador de ventilación interno que no
puede ser obstruido. Este enfriador es controlado por un sistema inteligente (Smart cooler). Este
sólo funciona a la máxima velocidad a partir de un cierto nivel de audio o temperatura. Esta
función garantiza una vida más larga y un funcionamiento más silencioso a su amplificador.
2 - SPEAKER: Salida (positiva y negativa) para la conexión de los transductores (altavoces).
Siga la polaridad indicada y la impedancia mínima recomendada de los altavoces.
Para asociaciones, la impedancia a considerar es la impedancia resultante.
Vea los siguientes ejemplos:
NOTA: reducir la impedancia con el apoyo de la producción puede hacer ley de protección de
corto.
3 - TERMINAL DE ALIMENTACIÓN POSITIVO: Utilice cable de 21mm² (4 AWG) directo del
terminal positivo de la batería con fusible (170A) el más cerca posible de la misma.
4 - TERMINAL REM: Debe conectarse a la salida remoto del productor de CD/DVD a través de un
cable de 1,5mm² (15 AWG).
5 - TERMINAL DE ALIMENTACIÓN NEGATIVO: Utilice cable de 21mm² (4 AWG) lo más corto

Para obtener el máximo rendimiento de su amplificador, indicamos abajo
algunas recomendaciones importantes:
1-) Lea atentamente este manual de instrucciones en su totalidad antes de
efectuar cualquier conexión. CUALQUIER CONEXIÓN EN LA ENTRADA O
SALIDA DEL AMPLIFICADOR SOLAMENTE DEBEN SER HECHAS CON EL
AMPLIFICADOR APAGADO;
2-) Observe cuidadosamente la polaridad de los cables de alimentación
(positivo y negativo de la batería) y de los altavoces, así como la impedancia
mínima del amplificador;
3-) Es obligatoria la instalación de fusibles para protección en caso de
sobrecarga. El fusible o disyuntor debe instalarse lo más cerca posible de la
batería y ser dimensionado según el amplificador;
4-) La sección de los hilos de alimentación es extremadamente importante,
tanto para obtener la potencia deseada del amplificador, cómo para su
seguridad. Siga la sección recomendada en este manual (página 5). Secciones
menores que la especificada causa pérdida de potencia y sobrecalentamiento
de los cables. Es importante que los cables de potencia sean los más cortos
posibles.
5-) El amplificador debe ser instalado en un local firme y aireado.
6-) El cable de señal (RCA), debe pasar separado del cableado original del
vehículo, o de cualquier otro cable, para evitar interferencias.
7-) La instalación debe ser realizada por un profesional cualificado.
Ejemplos de conexiones de salida
Atención: Durante la instalación, tenga en cuenta la impedancia mínima porque
impedancia menor de la recomendada puede dañar el amplificador y anular la garantía.
