1. Combine the macaroni and water in a microwave-safe bowl. Cook on

3. Dip the chicken in the egg, then roll in the bread crumb mixture to coat.

3 eggs, beaten 1 tsp. dry mustard
½ cup seasoned bread crumbs 2 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
1. Place the salmon in a medium-size mixing bowl. Add eggs, bread
crumbs, onions and mustard. Mix well.
4. Serve hot with tartar sauce or hot sauce.

2 cucumbers, sliced ¼" thick 1 cup sugar
1 lg. onion, thinly sliced 1 tsp. mustard seed
2 tsp. salt ½ tsp. celery seed
1. Mix all ingredients in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Cook on HIGH
for 4 minutes.
Makes 4 cups of pickles and juice
1 red bell pepper ½ tsp. garlic powder
2 Tbsp. water salt & pepper, to taste
8 oz. ground turkey ½ cup mozzarella cheese, grated
2 Tbsp. onion, minced ½ cup marinara sauce
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1. Cut the pepper in half lengthwise. Remove the stem and seeds.
2. Put 1 half pepper in a microwave-safe dish with 1 Tbsp. water. Cook on
HIGH for 2 minutes. Repeat with other pepper half.
3. Mix the turkey with the onion, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and salt &
pepper. Divide into 2 and press into the pepper halves.
4. Cover with a paper towel and cook each half 4 minutes on HIGH.
5. Add ¼ cup of cheese to each half and let rest for 2 minutes. Top with
warm marinara sauce and serve.

3 Tbsp. powdered sugar zest of 2 lemons
