This warranty excludes incidental/inconsequential damages and failures due to misuse, abuse or normal wear and
tear. This warranty excludes all industrial, commercial and business usage, whose purchasers are hereby extended
a ve year limited warranty from the date of purchase, with all other terms of this warranty applying except the
duration of warranty.

1 Installing the faucet assembly
CAUTION: Always shut off the water supply before
removing an existing faucet or replacing any part of a
faucet. Open the faucet handle to relieve water pressure
and ensure that the water is completely shut off.
□Shut off the water supply. Remove the old
faucet.
2 Securing the faucet
□From underneath sink, secure the faucet
assembly (A) with the rubber washer (B),
metal washer (C) and nut (D). Use the wrench
to tighten the nut (D).
□WITH DECK PLATE: Align the hole in the
gasket (F) and deck plate (E) with the mounting
hole in the sink. Place the faucet (A) through
the deck plate (E) and mounting hole in the sink
until the faucet (A) sets on top of deck plate (E).
□Clean the mounting surface.
□Remove the preassembled lock nut (D) and
washers (B & C) from the new faucet (A).
□WITH FLANGE: Place the faucet (A) through the
mounting holes in the sink until the faucet (A)
sets on top of the sink.
NOTE: A silicone is required under the gasket (F).

3 Preparing the pop-up drain
□Remove the old pop-up drain and clear up the
hole in preparation for the new pop-up drain
installation.
□Unscrew the nut (L) from the pop-up body (G),
move over the tail pipe (M) and washer (K), then
unscrew the coupling nut (J) and remove the
washer (I).

4Installing the pop-up body
□Place the washer (H) underneath the ange of
the pop-up body (G). Slide the pop-up body (G)
down through the drain hole on the vessel or
basin.
□From underside, slide the washer (I) against
the bottom of the vessel or basin, thread on
the coupling nut (J) and tighten. Do not over
tighten.

6 Making the water supply
connections
NOTE: The hot side inlet tube is indicated by a label. Avoid
twisting wires together or placing the wires close to each
other and damaging.
□Thread the nut (1) on the supply line onto the
outlet of the water supply valve (2) and tighten
with a wrench. Do not overtighten.

1 Flushing and checking for leaks
IMPORTANT: After installation is complete, remove the
aerator from the faucet (A) with a coin (1) to ush the water
lines.
Operation
□Ensure the faucet (A) handles are in the off
position and turn on the water supply to check
for leaks. If you discover any leaks, check your
connections to ensure they are installed properly.
□Remove the aerator and housing (if applicable).
Turn on the hot and cold handles to allow the
water to run for at least one minute. This
ushes away any debris that could cause
damage to internal parts.
□Turn off the water and reinstall the aerator and
housing (if applicable).

5Installing the tail pipe
□Slide the nut (L) over the tail pipe (M).
□Place the washer (K) into the nut and tighten.
Do not overtighten.

Care and Cleaning
□To clean, wipe down with a damp cloth and dry with a towel.
□Do not use abrasive cleaners, steel wool, or harsh chemicals when cleaning this faucet, or the warranty will
be voided.

□Tighten the bonnet nut.
□Clean or replace the washer.
The aerator has an
irregular or reduced

□Remove the aerator and
check for debris.

The cartridge is dirty or broken. □Remove the handle to check
the cartridge.
□Clean or replace.
The aerator is dirty or mis-tted.

The sink has a rough or irregular surface. □Apply additional silicone sealant

1 Cómo instalar el ensamblaje
del grifo
PRECAUCIÓN: Cierra siempre el suministro de agua
antes de retirar un grifo existente o reemplazar alguna
parte del mismo. Abre la llave del grifo para liberar la
presión de agua y asegúrate de que el suministro de agua
esté completamente cerrado.
□CON PLACA DE CUBIERTA: Alinea el oricio en la
junta (F) y la placa de cubierta (E) con el oricio
de montaje del lavamanos. Coloca el grifo (A) a
través de la placa de cubierta (E) y el oricio del
montaje del lavamanos hasta que el grifo (A) se
asiente en la parte superior de la placa de
cubierta (E).
2 Cómo fijar el grifo
□Desde abajo del lavamanos, ajusta el ensamblaje
del grifo (A) con la arandela de goma (B), la
arandela de metal (C) y las tuerca (D). Usa la
llave para apretar las tuerca (D).
□Cierra el suministro de agua. Retira el grifo
anterior.
□Limpia la supercie de montaje.
□Retira las contratuerca (D) preensambladas
y las arandelas (B y C) del grifo (A) nuevo.
□CON BRIDA: Coloca el grifo (A) a través de los
oricios de montaje del lavamanos hasta que
el grifo (A) se asiente en la parte superior del
lavamanos.
NOTA: Se requiere aplicar silicona debajo de la junta (F).

3 Cómo preparar el drenaje
emergente
□Quita el drenaje emergente viejo y limpia el
oricio para prepararlo para instalar el drenaje
emergente nuevo.
□Desenrosca la tuerca (L) del cuerpo emergente
(G), aparta el tubo de extensión (M) y la arandela
(K), luego desenrosca la tuerca de acoplamiento
(J) y quita la arandela (I).
4Cómo instalar el cuerpo
emergente
□Coloca la arandela (H) debajo de la brida del
cuerpo emergente (G). Desliza el cuerpo
emergente (G) hacia abajo por el oricio del
drenaje del recipiente o lavamanos.
□Desde la parte inferior, desliza la arandela (I)
contra la parte inferior del recipiente o
lavamanos, enróscala en la tuerca de
acoplamiento (J) y aprieta. No aprietes
demasiado.

NOTA: El tubo de entrada del agua caliente se identica
con una etiqueta. Evita enroscar los cables juntos o
colocarlos cerca y evita dañarlos.
□Enrosca la tuerca (1) de la línea de suministro
en la salida de la válvula de suministro de
agua (2) y aprieta con una llave. No aprietes
demasiado.
6Cómo hacer las conexiones
del suministro de agua

1 Cómo purgar las tuberías y
comprobar que no haya fugas
IMPORTANTE: Después de terminar la instalación, retira
el aireador del grifo (A) con una moneda (1) para descargar
las líneas de agua.
Funcionamiento
□Asegúrate de que las llaves del grifo (A) estén
cerradas y abre el suministro del agua para
comprobar que no haya ltraciones. Si descubres
alguna ltración, verica tus conexiones para
asegurarte de que estén instaladas adecuadamente.
□Retira el aireador y la carcasa (si corresponde).
Abre los manerales del suministro de agua fría
y caliente y deja que corran durante al menos
un minuto cada una. Esto elimina cualquier
desecho que pudiera dañar las piezas internas.
□Cierra el suministro de agua y vuelve a colocar
el aireador y la carcasa (si corresponde).

mezcladora, pues ello anulará la garantía.
