OPERATING THE MACHINE WITH LCD CONTROLLER:
1. Connect the power line to the power socket with Earth line. Turn the switch to
‘ON” and the machine will begin heating. The SCREEN will show “Ready to
Fazer” when the machine is finished Heating.
2. Press the MANUAL button and use the up & down arrows (↑ ↓) to adjust the
working angle.
3. Press the VOLUME button and use the up & down arrows (↑ ↓) to adjust the fog
output.

OPERATING THE MACHINE WITH DMX512 CONTROLLER:
1. Connect the machine to the DMX512 controller. [The DMX512 has two
channels— (1) for adjusting the working angle and (1) for adjusting the fog
output).
2. Connect the power line to the power socket with the Earth line. Turn the switch to
“ON” and the machine will begin heating. The SCREEN will show “Ready to
Fazer” when the machine is finished heating.
3. Machine Settings: The DMX address is 1. The DMX controller channels are 1
and 4. Channel 1 is to adjust the fog output. Channel 4 is to adjust the working
angle
ATTENTION/CAUTION:
1. Please operate this machine carefully and abide by all notices regarding safety
and operation for the machine to avoid electrical shock and produce high-quality
special effects.
2. Keep the machine clean.
3. Best used indoors.
4. Do not incline the machine or place upside down. Ensure the machine is in its
upright horizontal position.
5. Power machine off after use.
6. This machine is not waterproof. Do not run if humidity, water, or liquids get inside
the machine. Power off and contact Global Special Effects for support.

7. Do not attempt to perform your own maintenance or repairs as it may damage
the machine and void the warranty. Power off and contact Global Special Effects
for any maintenance or repairs you may need. Tech Support: [phone].
8. Do not operate the machine with a low or empty fluid tank. Operating the
machine without fluid will cause damage to the machine and void the warranty.
9. If your machine isn’t producing fog or the plum is making noises, please perform
the following steps: (1) Power off the machine; (2) Check fluid levels; (3) Check
the fuse; (4) Check the connector of the remote console; (5) Check the power
plug. If the problem cannot be solved by checking these parts, please contact
Global Special Effects for support. Tech Support: [phone].
10.Do not consume or ingest fog fluid. In case of consumption, contact your medical
provider immediately.
11. If fog fluid comes in direct contact with skin or eyes, rinse with clean cold water.

TO AVOID FIRE:
1. This machine is to be operated by adults only.
2. Keep out of reach of children.
3. Do not spray directly at others and keep away from open flame.
4. The fog can be produced at a high temperature, so allow at least 36” of space
between the machine and any other material or objects affected by temperature.
5. Place the machine in a drafty location and do not cover the holes for the best
results. Keep a distance of at least 8” between the machine and nearby things.
6. Keep flammable materials at least 9 ft. away from the machine.
TO AVOID EXPLOSION:
1. Do not add any flammable liquids such as oil, gas, perfume, etc. into the fog
machine.
2. Pay attention to all notices and instructions for the machine.
3. Operate the machine with fluid from Global Special Effects only.
4. Ensure the machine is running with enough fluid. Operating the machine with
little to no fluid will cause damage to the machine and void the warranty.
5. Empty all fluid from the machine before transportation.
BEFORE YOU START:
1. Open the package and confirm all the necessary pieces are included. If you
believe you are missing an item, please contact Global Special Effects for

2. Inspect the appearance of the machine and power line to ensure there isn’t any
damage from shipping. If you believe your machine has been damaged during
shipping, do not use the machine and contact Global Special Effects for support.

INSTALLATION:
1. Open box and remove all packing materials, especially around the spray nozzle.
2. Place the machine in a horizontal position and open the fluid can.

3. Add Global Special Effects Fog Fluid to the fluid can and screw cover back on.
[Using fluid other than Global Special Effects will void the warranty and may
cause damage to the machine.]
4. Plug the remote console in the socket located on the back of the machine.
CLEANING:
1. Do not allow dust and dirt to accumulate on the fog machine.
2. Cleaning your fog machine on a regular basis and before & after use will extend
the life of your machine.
1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Global Special Effects provides a 1-year limited warranty for the F-1500 MOV Fog
Machine from any manufacturing defects. Any misuse, abuse or negligence
automatically voids this warranty. Using any fluids/materials other than Global Special
Effects fluids automatically voids this warranty. Global Special Effects is not responsible
for loss of income, labor, or business as a result of a F-1500 MOV Fog Machine
malfunction. Global Special Effects is not responsible for physical damage or scratching
after shipping from Global Special Effects manufacturing facilities.Repairs are at the
sole discretion of Global Special Effects. All shipping and handling costs are excluded
