I1. Briefintroduction , 2. Main specifications
Machine adopts compound feed and special feeding
mechanism, wh ich can ensure smooth feeding,
low noise, and beautiful sti tch seam. It is constructed
w ith slide link thread take-up, horizontal large rotating
hook, and synchronized belt dri vi ng system, which
ensures high spee d, but lower noise.
This machine is suita _ ble for sewing the heavy
materials of car seat, sofa, tarpaulins, tents, bag, etc.
13, Installation (Fig.I)
I.In stalla tion of the tab le connecting hook bracket
and rubber cushion.
Fix the connecting hook bracket CD and the rubber
cushion @ on the table by screw ®·.
2.lnstalling the oil reservoir.
Set the oil reservoir @ onto the table by six screws
as shown in the Fig.].
3. In stall the knee' control co nnect or @, knee control
lift crank ® and bent bar (J) according to the direction
of the knee con t rol lift bar shaft @.
4.Adjust the direction of part @, @), ( ID by set screw.

Oil reservoir ··
4. Installing the oil pot (Fig. 2)
I .In stall the bolt CD, oil seal ® and spacer @ onto the
oil reservoir, and then put the cush i on @ and spacer '8)
into the set screw @, then set it by nut @.
2.Tighten the oil pot CT) onto the bo lt CD .
5. Adjusting the tension of the belt (Fig.3)
When adjusting the tens i on of the belt, please
adjust the heig ht of the motor, and press down the m iddle
of the belt wi th the force of9.8N . There should be a slack
of 15 mm .
Note: Please turn off the motor before adjustment.
, 6. Installing the belt cover (Fig.4)
I .Tighten the column (j) into the screw hole on t he
machine hea d.
2.Insta ll the belt cover (right) CD on the machine
head by se t screw ® and ®·
3.Connect t he belt cover (left) @ to the claw AB of
the belt cove r ( right) CD .
4.Tighte n the belt cover (left) @ by set screws ({) . (f,,
and®·
Note: After install in g the belt cover, make sure that
the belt cover is not touc h with the belt and h and wheel.

17. Lubrication (Fig.5)
I .Face plate lubrication
a.Loosen the face plate screw;
b.Open the face plate CD in the direction of the arrow;
c.Lubricate the place as the arrow shows every day;
ct.Close the face plate;
e.Tig hten the screw.
2.Machine body lubrication
a.Lubricate the place as the arrows indicate every day;
b.When run the machine for the first time or run it again
after a long period of non-use, please oil the place as the
arrows indica te. Besides , take down the t op cover ®,
then oil eac h felt and oil wick.
3 .Rotat in g hook I ubrication
a.Add the oil from oil hole ® until it reaches the red line
©. Check it one time a da y. If the oil is under the red line
@, it should be refilled.
b.When a dju st in g the oil amount of the rotating hook,
loosen the nut (I), and then adjust it by adjusting screw
®· Turn it rightward, the amount of the oil can be increased;
on the contrary, the amount can be reduced.
Note: Excess lubrica tion results in l eaking.
, 8. Installing the needle (Fig.6)
I.Turn the balance wheel to raise the needle bar to
its highest po s iti on;
2.Loosen the set screw ® and make th e long g roo ve
of the needle CD toward l eftward;
3.lnsert the needle into the bottom of the nee dle bar;
4.
Tighten the set sc rew ®·

9. Threading the bobbin thread (Fig.7)
I .Insert the bobbin into the ho ok body , pass the
thread through the thread hole CD, then pa ss down
through the th read tension sprin g ®·
2.Draw the thread downward, then the bobbin wilI
turn in the direction as the figure shows.
10. Installing the bobbin case (Fig. 8)
I .When taking out the bobb in case, open the gib CG
and pull it off.
2.Align the bobbin case with the rota ti ng hook shaft
and then insert it. Align the inside of the rotating hook
® and the latch @, then install the bobbin case by
pressing it un til "crack" occurs.
11. Installing the winding g,uider (Fig.9)
I.Set the wind in g gu id er CD on to the top co v er of
the machine head by set screw ®·
2.Insert the bobbin thread gui der @ into the
machine hea d.
12. Winding the bobbin thread (Fig.10)
I .Thread in nume ri cal order from CD to ©, then wind
the bobb in winder.
2.Press down the bar A.
3 .Loosen the se t screw B and adjust the adjusting pI ate
until the winding amount reaches the 80% of the out si de
diameter.
4.When the winding is not smoo th, move the w indin g
guider C forward and bac kw ard, then set it by se t screw
D.
5. After winding, the wind ing bar A will separate and
stop a ut omatically.

, 13. Threading (Figll)
Thread in the order as shown in Fig.
14. Adjusting the stitch length (Fig.12)
Turn the stitch len g th dial plate CD leftward and
righ tw ard to make the marker al ign with the required
figu re. Press d ow n the reverse feed lever ® to start
backwa rd sewing, and release it to s tart normal
sewing.
15. Adjusting the thread tension (Fig.13)
1. Adjusting the tension of the needle thread
Turn the nut CD cl ockwise to increase the tension
of the need le thread; on the contrary, to reduce the
tension of the needle thr ead.
2. Adjusti ng the tension of the bobbin thread.
T urn the screw @ c lo ckwise to increase the tension
of the bobbin thread, on the contrary, to red uce the
tension of the bobbin thread .

16. Adjusting the thread take-up spring (Fig.14)
1.Chan ging the swi ng range of the thread take-up
spring
a.Loosen the set s cre w @, move the stopper ®
leftward and rightward, the n adju st the thre ad take -up
spring CD.
b.Move the stopper ri g htward to increase the swing
rang e of the thread take-up spr in g; on the contrary , to
red u ce the swing range of the thread take-up sp ring.
2.Changin g th e t en sion of the thr ead take - up spring
Loosen the nut @, turn the spr ing shaf t @
cou nter-clo ckwise to increas e the t ension; turn it
clockwise to reduce the t ension .
117. Presser foot lifter (Fig.15)
l .Stop the presser foot when it is lif t ed , 1 ift the
liftin g bar CD in the directi on of the arrow. Wh en
the presser foot is lifted by 9mm, then stop it.
2.When lowering the p resser foot, put down the
lifting bar CD to make the pr esser foot bac k to its
orig ina l place.
18. Adjusting the pressure of the presser foot (F ig.16 )
Turn the adjusting sc rew CD ri g htw a rd to increase the
pressure ; turn · it leftward to reduce the pressure. After
adjustment, tighten the set nut , @.
19. Relationship between needle and rotating hook ( Fig .17)
l. Adjust the s tit ch length dial to 0.
2.
Turn the b ala nce wheel to lif t the needle bar from
its
lowest p osi tion by 2.1mm. lo osen the screw (J ),
adjust the distance between up e nd of th e eye of
needle @a nd rotating h oo k point ® to I mm, then
tighten it.
3. Turn the balance wheel to lift the nee dle bar from
it s l owest position by 2.1 mm. Loosen the two set
scr ew s ©, turn th e rotat ing hook, align the rotating
h oo k point ® with the ce n ter of the needle @,
then ti ghten the two sc rew s ©.
4. Loosen the two set screws ©, move the rotating
hook l eftward and ri gh t wa rd .. Align t he rotating hook
point ® a nd the center of the needle @, and adjust the
clearance betwee n rotating ho ok point and needle to
,
0.02-0.0Smm, then ti ghten the screw.

pl ate, the n l oosen the set screw CD.Turn the balance
wheel to th e fro nt , t he li f tin g am ount of the presser
foot is more th an th at of the walki ng foot. Turn the
ba lan ce wh ee l rev er se l y, th e l if t ing amount of the
wa lk i ng fo ot is more t han that of the presse r foot.

I. Polish the damaged part wi th sand
paper; rasp the middle rotating hook set
groove with file.
