PUSH-UP PARASOLS

Although we all crave the sunlight, shade also has it’s own unique appeal.
The new Halo collection of parasols feature sturdy, aluminium frames and
heavy-duty Sunbrella fabric canopies. Available in two shapes, with the
Halo push-up parasols, somewhere to cool off and get away from the
midday sun is never far away.

ASSEMBLY
Ensure base is assembled / placed on flat, solid ground (i).
Do not position on sloping (ii) or uneven / soft (iii) ground.
Base should be positioned correctly BEFORE adding weighted plates.

Open the base plate (M), extra weighted plate (N) if applicable, base
plate cover (O) and parts package. Lay them flat on a clean and soft,
non-scratch surface. Check you have all components as listed on
page ‘BASE PARTS’. Only use extra weighted plate (N) if assembling
100kg base.

Place the base plate (M) in position on solid, horizontal ground.
Ensure foot pads are facing the ground. Take care to begin assembly
process by placing base plate in desired final location.

Only complete step 4 if assembling the 100kg base.
Carefully place the extra weighted plate (N) onto the base plate (M)
taking care to align holes. Then fasten the extra weighted plate (N) to
the base plate (M) with 3x hexagon screws (I) using the hex key (H)
provided. Do not overtighten screws to avoid damaging parts.

Place the base plate cover (O) over the base plate assembly taking
care to align holes in cover with remaining holes in the extra weighted
plate (N).

Place adapter (L) onto the cover, taking care to align holes with holes
in base plate cover (O). Then fasten the adapter to the base plate
assembly with 3x hexagon screws (K) using the hex key (J) provided.
Do not overtighten screws to avoid damaging parts.

Carefully place conical sleeve (C) onto pole of the frame & canopy
assembly (F) taking care not to mark the surface of the pole. Then
place the parasol pole over the adapter (L). Take care to align holes in
pole and adapter, then pass pin (A) through holes before securing with
ring (B). Finally, lower the conical sleeve (C) into position to cover the
base / adapter assembly.

ATTENTION: It is recommended to have at least
2 people to avoid an accident when installing.

Undo the strap. Let the canopy spread
out naturally.
Slide runner up pole to open Slide runner to stopper to fully
open. Runner will lock into place.
To close the parasol, release catch at stopper and reverse opening
steps. When the canopy is fully closed, fasten with strap to prevent
damage.

STORAGE
To apply the protective cover, first assemble the rod (i); then put the
assembled rod into the internal pocket of the protective cover (ii).
Finally, use the rod to place protective cover fully over the parsaol
before pulling the rope to fasten zip. To remove the protective cover,
reverse these steps.

The Halo Push-Up Parasols are suitable for wind conditions under level
5 wind speed or 10.7 m/s. If wind speed is beyond level 5 or
10.7 m/s), do not use the parasol.
Store the parasol with the protective cover in place to extend its
reliability.
During extreme weather conditions (hail storms, heavy snow or
torrential rain), put away the parasol using the strap, and put on the
protective cover for better protection.
Please retain these instructions for future use.
Only use parasol in accordance with these instructions.
Only assemble the product following the instructions contained within
this manual.
Observe safety instructions and warnings to avoid injury or damage to
the product.
Not to be used near open flame or sources of strong heat such as
patio heater or barbecues.
Do not suspend any objects from the arms or cross members of the
parasol.
Use only original spare parts.
Check parasol regularly for damage or excessive wear. Do not
continue to use if parasol is damaged or showing signs of excessive
wear.
Be aware of people or objects within the range of the parasol while
adjusting or rotating to avoid injury or damage to the product.
