1 Introduction
The ACLAVIS® CoM Baseboard TX-LVDS is a ready-to-use Baseboard for
Building applications based on the TX embedded LVDS processor boards:

- TX6U-8130
- TX6U-8133
- TX6Q-1130
The ACLAVIS® CoM Baseboard serves as a perfect match for Glyn’s LVDS TFTs.

1.1 General Precautions
Take note of the following general precautions before you begin working with the
Starterkit Hardware:
►Unplug the power cord from the wall socket before touching any component!
►Use a grounded wrist strap or touch a safely grounded object, such as the metal
power supply case or the heating, before handling components to avoid
damaging them due to static electricity!
►Hold components by the edges and do not touch the ICs on them!
►Whenever you uninstall any component, place it on a grounded antistatic pad or
in the bag that came with the component!
