Introduction to Different Parts of the machine

Machine controller is a mainpart of the machine which
consists of touch HMI for human interface and data
input, drives, power supplies and control cards for
motions of X, Y and rotary axis.
Machine Controller1
Vertical assembly consist of a mechanical
arrangement for moving marking head upwards and
There are three, main parts of Emtex brand dot peen marking machine Model No. EMM04-
E as given below:-
Details of above mentioned parts are given below in tabular form:-
Sr. No. Part Name Function
1. Machine Controller.
2. Vertical Assembly.
3. Marking Head.
Marking head takes commands from controller in form
of analog signals and converts that signals into motion
resulting in marking on the component.Marking
head consist of motors guide rails, timing belt which
helps in convert the rotary motion of motor into linear
motion of the marking pin. Marking pin indent into the
component on release of pneumatic air through an
electronically controlled flow valve.
Marking Head3
arrangement for moving marking head upwards and
downwards to adjust the height between marking pin
and component. It also has a base plate on which
you can place either the component to be marked or
fixture to clamp the component to be marked. The base
plate of the vertical assembly has the slots to
clamp the fixture or a component directly.
