1. Product Introduction
The steam cleaning is specially used to clean household appliances such as air
conditioners, range hoods, refrigerators, washing machines and so on.
Features:
①This portable steamer adopts the working principle of instant heating & high
temperature & high pressure.
②Built-in water pump instead of water tank, inserting the water pipe into the
bucket can quickly generate steam. No water capacity limitation, no preheating, which

4. Instructions for Use
4.1 Preparation before use:
①Install a new CR2032 button battery for the spray gun, especially when
using it for the first time.
②How to install/replace the battery: ⑴Unscrew the 4 screws with the same
depth on the back of the steam switch on the spray gun. ⑵remove the battery
cover on the handle of the spray gun (the side where the steam switch is located).
⑶we have uploaded a video of how to install/replace the battery for the spray
gun on the product page, please watch before replacing.
③When to replace a new battery: press the steam switch, and the indicator on
the spray handle is dark/not on.
④Troubleshooting: When the newly purchased machine cannot work/turn on, or
it suddenly stops working after a few minutes of use, generally, it is because that
the spray gun is out of power, and what you need is to replace a new battery.
⑤The solution to the overheating: remove the scale. pour a certain amount of
citric acid or vinegar or a descaling agent into the water. Let the machine inhale
for 3-5min. Then let the machine inhale fresh water for 3 minutes .
Note: When descaling, adjust the steam humidity to the maximum "wet" and

remove the steam nozzle.
4.2 Steps for use:
★★★ NOTE:The steam switch is remote-controlled, for the first use
when you press the steam switch on the spray gun, if there is nothing
happened, it means you may need to pair the steam switch with the host.
Methods as below：
If the machine can produce steam normally, then the machine does not
need to be paired
PS: When the pairing is over, you can release the steam switch.
Steps 1-5 need to be completed before pairing

5. Solutions to Common After-sales Problems
Problem 1 including:
★The steamer does not work/cannot turn on
★Steamer pairing does not work.
★Followed directions to pair by pressing switch and holding. Cannot get it to
work.
★Worked for exactly 2 min then stopped working
★Remote not connect machine
★The steamer handle is broken and dose not shoot water at all
Solution 1: install/replace a new Cr2032 button battery for the spray gun.
(If you don’t know how to do, please watch the video that we have uploaded to the product
page.)
Problem 2: We did not use it frequently, but the machine has stopped working now.
Solution 2: install/replace a new Cr2032 button battery for the spray gun.
(at this situation, you press the steam switch, the indicator on the spray handle is
dark）
Problem 3:
★It can be used normally before, the indicator light on the spray handle is on, but
the machine cannot spray steam normally now
★The machine is overheating.
Solution 3: remove the scale. Add a certain amount of citric acid or vinegar or
descaling agent into the water. Let the machine inhale for 3-5min. Then let the
machine inhale fresh water for 3 minutes .
Note: When descaling, adjust the steam humidity to the maximum "wet" and
remove the steam nozzle.
Problem 4: There is water in the machine, it feels not brand new
Solution 4: the machines is brand new. Each machine has been strictly tested
before leaving the factory, so there will be some residual moisture. And in order to
ensure the normal operation of the water pump, a small amount of residual water is
requirement.
Problem 5: Rust inside the machine
Solution 5: don't worry, it 's not the rust of the internal parts but the water
mark left in the test, and will slowly disappear during daily use.

Problem 6: The Steam produced is not hot enough
Solution 6: Please don’t worry, this is normal: the steam temperature drops rapidly
with the lengthening of the distance. When you use the steam cleaner, please keep
the steam nozzle close to the surface of the object (<3cm/1.18 inch), the cleaning
effect is better .
Note that do not touch the steam nozzle with your hands during use, please pay
attention to safety when using.
Solution 7: When the temperature is low, especially in cold winter, please place the
machine in a warm room for 3-5 hours before each use. Otherwise the residual
water in the main body will freeze and block the machine.

6. Troubleshooting and maintenance

The machine is overheated
or smokes
1. It is caused by the insulation
cotton of the roasting equipment;
2. the equipment does not absorb
water or insufficient water
absorption.
Stop the machine for 20
minutes and wait for the
machine to cool down before
use, make sure the
equipment can absorb water
and the humidity is adjusted
to the maximum

●Machine Maintenance
After accumulative use for ten hours, mix white vinegar or descaling agent with water, let
the machine inhale and spray for a while to clean up the scale.
The scale cleaning depends on the water quality. If the water quality is poor/hard, the scale
should be cleaned more frequently.
Place the machine in a warm place to prevent the water remaining inside the machine from
freezing when the temperature is too low, causing blockage and inability to absorb water.

