LIMITED WARRANTY, DISCLAIMER
AND LIMITATION OF REMEDIES
Good Direcons, Inc. warrants its torches to be free from defects in material
and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of original purchase, provided
that the applicable product was (i) used in accordance with Good Direcons, Inc.
recommended usages, and (ii) purchased directly from Good Direcons, Inc. or
from an Authorized Good Direcons, Inc. Dealer.
This limited one (1) year warranty covers defects in material and workmanship
and Good Direcons will, at its opon, repair or replace a defecve product or
product component or refund the purchase price paid for the defecve product.
This limited one (1) year warranty does not apply to any changes in nish color
of copper or golden leaf components (which is expected to occur over me),
product damage resulng from reasonable wear and tear, improper installaon,
service or product alteraon performed by unauthorized service agents, neglect,
accident, the/vandalism, misuse, or exposure to extremes of heat, humidity,
corrosive environments or other Acts of Nature.
Good Direcons, Inc. will endeavor to supply original replacement parts;
however, replacement parts may dier from original parts.
ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF
MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED
IN DURATION TO ONE (1) YEAR FROM THE DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE. IN
NO EVENT WILL GOOD DIRECTIONS, INC. BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM USE OF THIS PRODUCT, UNLESS
SPECIFICALLY REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE STATE LAW.

implied. No dealer, employee, agent, nor any third party, may create or assume
any other liability, obligaon, or responsibility on behalf of Good Direcons, Inc.
This Limited Warranty provides purchasers with specic legal rights and other
legal rights may also apply, which vary from state to state. This Warranty is not
a warranty of future performance or a statement of the useful life of any Good
Direcons, Inc. product, but only a warranty to repair, replace, or refund.

Information
WARNING - FOR YOUR SAFETY
• For OUTDOOR use only. Do not use in a building, garage or any other
enclosed area.
• Never leave an open ame unaended.
• This torch should not be used in or on boats or recreaonal vehicles.
• Do not use this torch directly under overhanging trees or near
combusbles.
• Do not use the torch indoors. Carbon monoxide fume hazard.
• Do not burn ammable liquid such as gasoline, kerosene or starter
uid in the torch.
• Do not use this torch on combusble surfaces such as grass, leaves,
mulch, etc.
• Do not touch the torch while in use. It is HOT.
• The torch will remain very hot aer use. Do not touch or move unl
cool.
• Do not allow children or pets near the torch without supervision.
• Keep a re exnguisher nearby.
• Do not overll your torch.

Care and Maintenance
Thank you for purchasing a Good Direcons Copper Torch. With
proper care and maintenance your torch will provide you with years
of enjoyment. Your torch is made of pure copper and will react to the
weather and heat and will pana over me.
• Equally space your torches throughout your backyard or pao. For
proper lighng and ambience, place torches 6 feet to 8 feet apart.
• Press torch securely into the ground or use a torch stand.
• To exnguish, please use the snuer cap provided. Carefully place the
snuer cap completely over the wick and leave in place unl the
ame is enrely exnguished. Leave the snuer cap in place to
protect the wick from the elements.
• When lling, steady the torch in the cradle or on a level surface to
prevent spillage. Remove the wick and pour in oil. If necessary, wipe
o any spilled oil.
• When lled, store torches in a secure, up-right posion so torches do
not p. Oil can remain in the torches when not in use. Keep torches
out of reach of children and pets.
