ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 12
The Side Wall Roof Beams (P) fit
around the tap of the assembled
structure as Fig.6.
Start with one of the side assemblies -
acut-out allows the beam to be
supported for fixing.
STEP 13
Fit the Back Panels (C). Ensure the
ends of the panels are flush with the
edge of the front posts and the
structure is square. Fit the upper ones
first and butt up against the Roof
Beams (P).
STEP 14
Fit Support Strut (Q)as Fig.6.Ensure
the corner is 90˚.
STEP 15
Position the Front Roof Support
Beam (L) and fix in place using two
screws (x) either end.
STEP 16
The corner roof support beam should
now be fitted as Fig.8. Fix at the front
first using two screws through the
Support Beam (L). Then fix in the
corner using one screw (x).
STEP 17
Fit the Vertical roof support (N) to the
Corner Roof support Beam (M) but
do not fix it at this stage.
STEP 18
When assembling the roof it is
recommended that the roof sections
are fixed together in pairs as Fig.9.
STEP 19
Position the four roof sections on the
assembled structure.
TIP: Tie the four corners tightly in
position to enable the roof to be set
correctly on the structure.
STEP 20
Fix each of the roof sections at the
corners and where they are fixed
together in the centre as Fig.10.
Remove ties from corners.
STEP 21
Fix the roof sections at the centre
into the vertical roof support.
STEP 22
Fix the Corner Supports (D) in
position either side of the opening.

BEFORE YOU START
•Please check the packs and make sure that you have all of the parts listed. If not, contact your
retailer who will be able to help you. When you are ready to start make sure you have the right tools
to hand, plenty of space and a clear drt area for assembly.
•It is advisable for two people to carry out the work.

benefit from it please read the following instructions carefully.

HARDWARE PACK
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1
Take one of the Side Assemblies (B)
and the Seat (E).
Fix the seat to the side section with
Bolts (t) using the holes provided.
NB. The bolt goes through from the
inside to allow the nut and washer to
seat in the counterbored hole in the
posts.
STEP 2
Now attach the corner post to the
Seat/Side assembly locating the bolt (u)
through the hole in the seat provided.
The triangular section to the outside.
STEP 3
Attach the seat support leg to the front
of the seat.
STEP 4
Locate Seat (F) to the other side of the
Corner Post (A) and Seat Support Leg
(J) using the protruding thread bolt.
STEP 5
Fit a nut and washer to the bolt thread
and finger tighten.
STEP 6
Bolt the second side assembly to the
Seat (F) as Step 1.
STEP 7
Locate Seat Back (G) into the cut-outs
provided in Seat (E) and the bolt in the
Corner Post (A).
Fix the seat back into the cutouts as
Fig.5.
STEP 8
Repeat for Seat Back (H) for the other
side.
STEP 9
Fit nuts and washers to the bolts
and finger tighten.
STEP 10
Fix each of the Seat Backs to the side
assembly posts using one screw (y) in
each.
STEP 11
Now tighten all of the nuts on the bolts
to secure the assembly.
