attention and service, we ask you to carefully read
the following warranty rules.
1. The direct guarantee has a duration of 3 months
from the date of purchase recorded on your invoice
or purchase receipt.
2. Within the said warranty period, the arrangement
is guaranteed for failures caused by electrical
problems. Man-made problems such as
disassembly, shock, immersion in water, connection
to incorrect voltage, as well as those caused by
natural disasters such as fire, flood, or earthquake
are not included.
3.Consumable parts and spare parts replacement is
not included in the warranty.

If it still doesn’t work try other USB ports.
2. If the mouse moves slowly, jumps, or lags, try it on
another surface. Dirty, shiny, or uneven surfaces can
affect mouse performance. The use of Pads is
strongly recommended for the correct operation of
the device.

o ticket de compra.
2. Dentro de dicho período de garantía, el arreglo
esta garantizado por fallas causadas por
problemas eléctricos. Los problemas generados por
intervención del hombre, como desmontaje, golpes,
inmersión al agua, conexión a un voltaje incorrecto,
así como los causados por por desastres naturales
como incendios, inundaciones o terremotos no
están incluidos.
3.Las partes consumibles y el reemplazo de
repuestos no está incluido en la garantía.

irregular surfaces can affect the performance of the
mice. Please keep the PAD surface clean, to prevent
the mouse from moving slowly, skipping or lagging.
4. If the surface of the Pad has a stain, clean it with a
damp cloth and wait for it to dry before using it
again, or it may damage the devices.
