RECOMENDACIONES GENERALES
•Para instalar este producto debe seguir las siguientes instrucciones.
•Guarde el manual de instrucciones para futuras consultas.
•No cambie los componentes de los productos usted mismo para evitar
accidentes.
Para garantizar su seguridad al trabajar en instalaciones eléctricas
recuerde siempre:
•Cortar todas las fuentes en tensión.
•Bloquear los aparatos de corte.
•Verificar la ausencia de tensión.
•Poner a tierra y en cortocircuito todas las posibles fuentes de tensión.
•Delimitar y señalizar la zona de trabajo.
•Utilizar EPI (Equipo de Protección Individual).
Materiales y consideraciones necesarias
Para realizar las conexiones, necesitaremos un destornillador plano si
utilizamos una clema de conexión clásica, o alicates y cinta aislante si
realizamos la conexión con otro tipo de clemas existentes.

Al tratarse de una instalación en altura, sería aconsejable el uso de escalera
o plataforma elevadora.
INTRODUCCIÓN
En este manual revisaremos la instalación tanto de farolas completas como
el intercambio de una bombilla de farola tradicional por una led.
En la instalación de faroles led podemos encontrar diferentes sistemas de
anclaje, revise cuidadosamente cuál es su sistema y siga las instrucciones.
INSTALACIÓN
1.
CAMBIO DE BOMBILLAS LED EN FAROLAS:
INSTALACION DE BOMBILLA LED PARA FAROLA (CON DRIVER EXTERNO)
1.- Verifica la ausencia de tensión y asegúrate que la luminaria está conectada a
tierra. Es fundamental revisar los anclajes y soportes de todo el mecanismo.
2.- Anula o retira todos los equipos auxiliares de la luminaria. Balastros y
arrancadores deben quedar totalmente anulados antes de conectar la nueva bombilla
LED.
3.- Comprueba que los cables y regletas existentes están en perfecto estado. De lo
contrario, reemplázalos antes de continuar con la instalación.
4.- Comprueba la correcta fijación del portalámparas E27 o E40 a la luminaria.
5.- La bombilla funciona a corriente continua. Para su correcto funcionamiento,
conecta los cables de salida (+ -) del driver suministrado al portalámparas. El cable (+)
que es el rojo debe ir al cabezal, y el (-) que es el negro, debe conectarse al cuerpo
roscado metálico.¡Nunca conectes la bombilla directamente a tensión de red!.
6.- Enrosca la bombilla en el casquillo y alimenta la luminaria.

INSTALACIÓN DE BOMBILLA LED PARA FAROLA (CON DRIVER INTERNO)
1.- Verifica la ausencia de tensión y asegúrate que la luminaria está conectada a
tierra. Es fundamental revisar los anclajes y soportes de todo el mecanismo.
2.- Anula o retira todos los equipos auxiliares de la luminaria. Balastros y
arrancadores deben quedar totalmente anulados antes de conectar la nueva bombilla
LED.
3.- Comprueba que los cables y regletas existentes están en perfecto estado. De lo
contrario, reemplázalos antes de continuar con la instalación.
4.- Comprueba la correcta fijación del portalámparas E27 o E40 a la luminaria.
5.- Lleva los cables de alimentación 230VAC directamente al portalámparas E27 o
E40. Enrosca la bombilla en el casquillo y alimenta la luminaria.

INSTALACION FAROLAS:
A la hora de instalar farolas led nos podemos encontrar diferentes tipos de anclaje.
Podemos diferenciar entre:
•Anclaje cilíndrico.
•Anclaje rectangular.
•Anclaje por pletina.
ANCLAJE CILÍNDRICO
Es el anclaje más típico en este tipo de productos. La farola viene preparada con
acople cilíndrico y solo debemos fijarnos en el diámetro interior de esta para saber en
que poste puede acoplarse.

Para su instalación debemos seguir estas indicaciones:
1. Desconexión de la farola antigua.
2. Desmontaje de la farola antigua.
3. Conexión de la nueva farola (conexión a corriente de 220v a no ser que se
indique lo contrario).
4. Fijación de la nueva farola.
5. Conexión de la corriente.
6. Comprobaciones oportunas.
ANCLAJE RECTANGULAR
Este tipo de anclaje es exactamente igual que el anterior con la peculiaridad de tener
forma rectangular en el anclaje. Realizar los mismos pasos que en las indicaciones
anteriores. Existen acoples especialmente diseñados para este anclaje.
ANCLAJE POR PLETINA
Con el anclaje por pletina también podemos seguir los pasos anteriores. En este
sistema de anclaje la farola se fija al poste a través de tornillos. Unicamente
deberemos tener en cuenta las dimensiones y orientación de la pletina para tener
preparado de forma acorde la plataforma de anclaje.

RECOMENDACIONES FINALES
Mantenimiento:
Por favor, utilice únicamente paños secos para limpiar la superficie de la
luz. El uso de cualquier sustancia química podría dañar la superficie del
producto.
Cuide el Medio Ambiente:
•Después de utilizar los productos, tírelos en un contenedor siguiendo las
directrices de las leyes o normativas locales, o pregunte a su vendedor.
•Cuando tire el embalaje, separe previamente los elementos de papel, los
de plástico u otros materiales, y tírelos en los contenedores adecuados,
separados según el tipo de basura.
Los productos eléctricos no deben tirarse junto con los desechos
domésticos, deben llevarse a un punto ecológico comunitario de recogida
de este tipo de materiales, de acuerdo con la legislación local. Póngase en
contacto con las autoridades locales o con su vendedor, para que le
aconsejen sobre el reciclaje. El material de embalaje es reciclable.
Deshágase del embalaje de manera ecológica y de forma que el servicio de
recogida pueda acceder fácilmente al material reciclable.

GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS
•To install this product you must follow the instructions below.
•Keep the instruction manual for future reference.
•Do not change the components of the products by yourself to avoid
accidents.
To ensure your safety when working on electrical installations, always
remember:
•Cut off all sources of tension.
•Lock the cutting devices.
•Check the absence of voltage.
•Ground and short-circuit all possible sources of voltage.
•Delimit and mark the work area.
•Use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).Utilizar EPI (Equipo de
Protección Individual).
Materials and necessary considerations
To make the connections, we will need a flat screwdriver if we use a classic
connection terminal, or pliers and insulating tape if we make the
connection with other types of existing terminals.

As it is a height installation, it would be advisable to use a ladder or lifting
platform.
INTRODUCTION
In this manual we will review the installation of both complete streetlights
and the exchange of a traditional streetlight bulb for an LED one.
In the installation of led lanterns we can find different anchoring systems,
carefully review which is your system and follow the instructions.
INSTALLATION
1.
CHANGE OF LED BULBS IN LAMPS:
INSTALLATION OF LED BULB FOR LAMP (WITH EXTERNAL DRIVER)
1.- Verify the absence of voltage and make sure that the luminaire is grounded. It is
essential to check the anchors and supports of the entire mechanism.
2.- Cancel or remove all auxiliary equipment from the luminaire. Ballasts and starters
must be completely bypassed before connecting the new LED bulb.
3.- Check that the existing cables and strips are in perfect condition. If not, replace
them before proceeding with the installation.
4.- Check the correct fixing of the E27 or E40 lamp holder to the luminaire.
5.- The bulb works with direct current. For correct operation, connect the output
cables (+ -) of the supplied driver to the lamp holder. The (+) cable, which is red, must
go to the head, and the (-), which is black, must be connected to the metallic
threaded body. Never connect the bulb directly to mains voltage!
6.- Screw the bulb into the socket and power the luminaire.

1.- Verify the absence of voltage and make sure that the luminaire is grounded. It is
essential to check the anchors and supports of the entire mechanism.
2.- Cancel or remove all auxiliary equipment from the luminaire. Ballasts and starters
must be completely bypassed before connecting the new LED bulb.
3.- Check that the existing cables and strips are in perfect condition. If not, replace
them before proceeding with the installation.
4.- Check the correct fixing of the E27 or E40 lamp holder to the luminaire.
5.- Take the 230VAC power cables directly to the E27 or E40 lamp holder. Screw the
bulb into the socket and power the fixture.

LAMP INSTALLATION:
When installing led streetlights we can find different types of anchoring. We
can differentiate between:
• Cylindrical anchor.
• Rectangular anchor.
• Anchorage by plate.
CYLINDRICAL ANCHOR
It is the most typical anchor in this type of product. The streetlight comes prepared
with a cylindrical coupling and we only have to look at the inside diameter of it to
know which pole it can be attached to.
For its installation we must follow these indications:

7. Disconnection of the old lamppost.
8. Disassembly of the old lamppost.
9. Connection of the new lamppost (connection to 220v current unless otherwise
indicated).
10. Fixing the new lamppost.
11. Power connection.
12. Timely checks.
RECTANGULAR ANCHOR
This type of anchor is exactly the same as the previous one with the peculiarity of
having a rectangular shape in the anchor. Carry out the same steps as in the previous
indications. There are couplings specially designed for this anchor.
ANCHORING BY PLATINUM
With the plate anchoring we can also follow the previous steps. In this anchoring
system the lamppost is fixed to the post through screws. We only have to take into
account the dimensions and orientation of the plate to have the anchoring platform
prepared accordingly.

FINAL RECOMMENDATIONS
Maintenance:
Please only use dry cloth to clean the surface of the light. The use of any
chemical substance could damage the surface of the product.
Take care of the environment:
•After using the products, dispose of them in a container following the
guidelines of local laws or regulations, or ask your dealer.
•When throwing away the packaging, separate the paper, plastic or
other items in advance, and throw them away in the appropriate
containers, separated according to the type of garbage.
Electrical products should not be thrown away with household waste, they
should be taken to an ecological community collection point for this type of
material, in accordance with local legislation. Contact local authorities or
your dealer for advice on recycling. The packaging material is recyclable.
Dispose of packaging in an environmentally friendly way and in such a way
that the recyclable material can be easily accessed by the collection
service.
