• The data and information provided by the voice coach is an estimation
of your running, but may not be completely accurate, which may include ,
distance, rap time and calorie data.
• A lithium-ion battery can be used in this device. If these guidelines
are not followed, batteries may experience a shortened life span or may
present a risk of damage to the device, re, chemical burn, electrolyte
leak, and/or injury. - Do not leave the device exposed to a heat source
or in a high-temperature location, such as in the sun in an unattended
vehicle. To prevent the possibility of damage, remove the device from the
vehicle or store it out of direct sunlight.
• Do not disassemble, modify, remanufacture, puncture or damage the
device or batteries.
• Do not immerse or expose the device or batteries to water or other
liquids, re, explosion, or other hazard.
• Do not use a power and/or data cable that is not approved or supplied
by GreenOn.
• If using an external battery charger, only use the GreenOn accessory
approved for your product.
• To replacement batteries, see the GreenOn website.
• Do not operate the device outside of the temperature ranges specied in
the printed manual in the product packaging.
• When storing the device for an extended time period, store within the
temperature ranges specied in the manual .
• This product does not contain any user-serviceable parts. Repairs should
only be made by an authorized GreenOn service center. Unauthorized
repairs or modifications could result in permanent damage to the
equipment, and void your warranty.

First connect the charging clip to the body, and then connect the USB connector to the PC or a
dedicated AC charger.
※ If the charging / communication terminal disconnects during data communication, data is
no longer written normally and device operation may stop. Please check that the terminal
is surely connected according to the guide hole, before beginning the communication.
Also, connect the USB connector and the clip in a stable location so as not to disconnect
from the terminal by accident during communication, and do not touch until the end of the
communication.

How to charge
①Please open by pinching the charging clip.
②Please hold the main body with the clip so as to insert the
charging clip guide in the main body guide hole.
③Check that the charging clip guide is in the guide hole,
then connect the USB connector to the PC USB port or a
dedicated AC charger.
④A red LED light will ash when charging. Charging takes
about 3 hours.
⑤A green LED will light up when fully charged. Disconnect
the USB connector rst, before removing the charging clip.
After purchase, please make sure you charge the battery before use. When
charging, rst connect the charging clip to the body, and then connect the
USB connector to the PC or a dedicated AC charger.

How to attach & remove the xing clip
To remove the clip, lift the tip of the bottom side, and slide.
Please insert the xing clip after aligning the hooks and the
slits on the left and right of the main body. Insert until you
hear a click and the clip is xed.

※Please be careful not to hurt your hand.
How to attach & remove the pendant ring
As the pendant ring is screwed on, you will need an
appropriate size cross-slot screwdriver when attaching or
removing it. The ring and screw are very small, so please be
careful not to lose them.
※The screw thread may be stripped and you may not be able to remove
the screw if you use a wrong size screwdriver.
※The screwdriver is not included.
Function settings
1.Connect the computer and the unit with the clip-type
transmission cable.
Starting the setting tools
First please download the setting tools from the GreenOn
home page.Connect this unit to a PC using the transmission
cable, and use the setting tools to set various functions.

2.Start the setting tools by double-clicking the "GPS Voice
Coach" icon on the desktop.
※You will be able to use the default settings, even if you do not change the setting. Please refer
to P15 for default values, and to P17 for usage information.

Start the setting tools to see the setting screen. Please set
according to your usage needs. Below is a list of the items
that can be congured.

●The supported OS for the setting tools are Windows 10 /
8.1 / 8 / 7 & Vista , but we do not guarantee operation
in all environments. In particular, we oer no guarantee of
operation in the following types of environments.
・ Home-built PC
・ PC on which the pre-installed OS was changed
・ Virtual machines and Bootcamp for MacOS
・Non-English OS

Once at the starting point, please turn the power ON by
pressing and holding the main button. When the power is
ON, an orange LED light will turn on, and after notication
sound (♪), the following message will be announced.

Before beginning the measurement, press the
button to adjust the volume. There are three
volume levels (the default is level 2). When
you press the button to adjust the volume, you
will hear 3 rings at the selected volume. The
volume level will change each time you press
the button in this order "2→ 3→ 2→ 1→ 2".

Press the main button to begin the measurement. If you have
set the auto pause to ON in advance on your computer, the
measurement will be interrupted automatically when the
speed is below 1mile/h and will continuation automatically
when the speed is above 1mile/h again.

During measurement, announces lap data for the distance
set in advance on your PC (1mile / half mile / OFF). Before
the announcement, you will hear a lap notication sound (♪).

During measurement, if the speed falls outside the lower and
upper limits set on your PC, you will hear an alarm sound (♪)
and a pace notication.

Pace: 6 minutes

Announces your pace every 0.25mi during measurement.
Before the announcement, you will hear a pace notication
sound (♪). Pace refers to the time required to run 1mi at the
current rate (in minutes). If the setting on your computer is
OFF, there will be no pace announcement.

When you press the main button during measurement, the
running data at that point will be announced.

When you press the button during measurement, you
will hear a metronome sound in a cycle set in advance on
your computer. Press again to stop.If in Parameter setting
"Continuous operation" is set to OFF, it will ring for about 20
seconds, stop for one minute and repeat.

Pausing and resuming measurement
To pause measurement when you are waiting at a trac light,
etc., please press the button. Measurement is paused.
Resume: Press the button to resume measurement.
If you have set the auto pause to ON and your running speed is below 1mi/h for more
than 3 seconds, the measurement will be paused, whether you operate the button or
not. When the speed goes above 1mi/h again, the measurement will be resumed.

Power OFF (nish measurement)
To nish the measurement, please press and hold the main
button. After announcing the message below, measurement
will end and the power will turn o.

time: 1 hour 50 minutes and 45 seconds;
average pace: 5 minutes and 15 seconds;
calories burnt: 545 kcal. The power will be
turned o.

How to reset
In case the device does not react when you
press a button, please try to reset. Press the
main button and button together to reset
and turn the power off. Press and hold the
main button again to turn the power on.
