1 Inspection and small maintenance for ACS 900

Clean body with a soft towel. Do not use
aggressive cleaning liquid.

Doors / Side panels
Clean the doors and side panels with a soft towel.
Do not use aggressive cleaning liquid.

Filter
Check the filter pads; they can be cleaned. If too
dirty, replace them.



Plate
Clean the plate with a soft towel. Do not use
aggressive cleaning liquid.

Rubber discs
Clean the rubber discs with a soft towel. Do not
use aggressive cleaning liquid.
If too used, replace it.



Contacts of ultrasonic
Check and clean the ultrasonic contacts inside of
the machine (in the whole where the ultrasonic
tank is positioned)
Switch off the device and disconnect the
power cable before doing this.

Ultrasonic tank
Check and clean the contacts on the underside of
ultrasonic tank.

Mechanic
Check if play in the mechanic or large Vibration
during spinning.

