Please read these instructions carefully. Only after that you will be able to
use the appliance correctly.
Keep the operating and installation instructions. If you transport the
appliance to another person, transfer the manual with it.
Check the condition of the electrical appliance after unpacking it.
If it was damaged during transportation, do not connect the hob, but contact
the service center or the organization where you have purchased the product.
This appliance is intended for domestic use only. Use the hob only for
cooking. Do not leave the working appliance unattended.
SAFE USE
For the safe use of this appliance, adults and children who, due to physical,
sensory or mental limitations, lack of experience or knowledge are unable to
use it, should not do so without the supervision of a responsible adult.
Do not allow children to play with electrical appliances.
OVERHEATED OIL AND FAT
There is a fire hazard! Overheated oil and fat easily catch fire. Never leave
fat or oil heating unattended. In case of ignition of oil or fat, never pour
water on a grease fire. Extinguish it by covering the cookware with a lid or a
plate. Switch off the cooking zone.
COOKING FOOD IN A WATER BATH
When cooking in a water bath, the ingredients are placed in a cookware,
which in turn is placed in a pan of a larger diameter with water. Thus, the
food is cooked under the influence of even and gentle heat of hot water, and
not directly on the cooking zone. When cooking in a water bath, other
cookware should not come into direct contact with the bottom of the pan
containing the water. This will help to avoid damage to the glass surface of
the hob and cookware due to overheating of the cooking zone.

5
THE HOB IS HEATING UP
Do not touch hot cooking zones. Keep children away from the hob. Never
place flammable objects on the hob. Do not store flammable objects and
aerosols in drawers under the hob.
WET BOTTOM OF COOKWARE AND WET COOKING ZONE
There is a danger of injuries! If there is any liquid between the bottom of
the pan and the cooking zone when it heated, the steam pressure will
increase. Due to it, cookware can suddenly jump up. Always make sure that
the bottom of the cookware and the cooking zones are dry.
CRACKS ON THE HOB
There is a danger of electric shock! If the hob is broken or cracked,
disconnect the appliance from the power supply. Contact the service center.
If the indicator does not work, turn off the cooking zone. Contact the service
center.
THE HOB TURNS OFF
There is a fire hazard! If the hob automatically turns off and cannot be
used, it may suddenly switch on later. To avoid this, disconnect the
appliance from the electrical network. Contact the service center.
DO NOT PLACE METAL OBJECTS ON THE HOB
There is a risk of burns! Do not leave knives, forks, spoons, lids and other
metal objects on the hob - they can heat up very quickly.
FAN MAINTENANCE
There is a risk of damage! In the lower part of the hob there is a cooling
fan. If there is a drawer under the hob, do not store small objects and paper
there. They can be drawn in by the fan, which will lead to its breakdown or
to the cooling failure.
WARNING! There should be a distance of at least 20 mm between the
contents of the drawer and the fan inlet.

6
ATTENTION!
This appliance complies with the standards of safety and electromagnetic
compatibility. However, persons with pacemakers are not recommended to
approach the working appliance. It is also possible that people who use
other types of electronic devices, such as hearing aids, may have unpleasant
sensations near the hob.
SWITCHING OFF THE HOB
Every time after using the hob, it must be turned off using the main switch.
You should not wait for the automatic shutdown of the hob due to the
absence of cookware on the cooking zone.
CAUSES OF DAMAGE
•The rough bottom of the cookware can scratch the hob.
•Never place empty cookware on the cooking zones. This may damage
the hob.
•Never place hot cookware on the control panel, display panel and hob
frame. This may damage the hob.
•Dropping hard or sharp objects on the hob can damage it.
•Foil and plastic cookware melt when they come into contact with hot
cooking zones. The use of auxiliary coatings to protect the hob from
dirt is not recommended.
DISPOSAL OF PACKAGING MATERIAL
Packaging material (film, foam, etc.) can be dangerous for children! All
materials used in the packaging of the hob are fully recyclable. Cardboard
and foam plastic are marked accordingly. Please dispose of the packaging
materials in order not to cause harm to the environment.

INSTALLATION OF THE HOB
1. SAFETY INSTALLATION RULES
The electrical installation must be carried out so that a device is
available to disconnect the product from the AC network, which discon-
nects all poles with a distance between contacts of at least 3 mm.
Devices such as overcurrent protection circuit breakers, fuses (plug-type
fuses must be removed), earth leakage circuit breakers, and contactors
are suitable for disconnection.
Electrical appliances of this type can be installed in such a way that
there is a high cabinet or wall on one side. The hob must be installed in
such a way as to provide protection against impacts. The item of kitchen
furniture into which the hob is built in must meet the existing durability
requirements.
To prevent damage to the kitchen set, the installation of furniture
in which the hob will be built in must be carried out by a qualified
technician.
The countertop of the kitchen set should be flat and horizontal. All
cut surfaces must be properly sealed to protect against moisture and dirt.
Make sure the sealant is spread around the countertop without gaps. It is
not recommended to additionally use silicone sealants, as this can make
it difficult to disassemble the hob during maintenance.
When disassembling the hob, it must be pushed out from
below. Kitchen furniture in which the hob will be built in, as well as
all furniture located near it, must be made of heat-resistant
materials. In addition, all decorative elements must be fixed with
heat-resistant glue.
Ensure that your new product is properly installed and grounded
by a qualified technician. Make sure to follow these instructions!

8
2. BEFORE INSTALLATION
Write down the serial number of the product, which is on the
technical data plate. You may need this number when contacting the
service center or organization where you have purchased the product.
After installation, access to it will not be possible, because the plate with
technical data is located on the underside of the electrical appliance.
Place the hob so that the glass surface is facing down. The glass
surface must be protected from damage.

•The hob is designed to be installed into the countertop above the
kitchen cabinet, the width of which is 600 mm or more.
•The hob can be installed into the countertop with a thickness of
30-50 mm.
•The minimum distance between the hob and the wall behind is 50
mm.
•The distance between the hob and the hood should not be less than
specified in the hood installation instructions.

9
In any case, make sure that the appliance is well ventilated
and that no vents are blocked.
NOTE: The safe distance between the hob and cupboard is at least 760
mm.
If there is a drawer under the lower part of the hob, you should
leave at least 65 mm of free space to avoid overheating of the furniture
surface. And also, at least 20 mm, between the cabinet and the kitchen
wall for free air circulation.

After installation, secure the hob to the countertop by screwing the
brackets to the sides of the appliance. Adjust the position of the brackets
to suit the thickness of the countertop.

11
Before connecting, make sure that the operating voltage of the hob
power supply, marked on the technical data plate, corresponds to the
voltage of the existing AC network. The plate with technical data is
located on the lower part of the hob.
Before connecting the cables to the power circuit, disconnect the
voltage supply!
The power supply voltage of the heating elements is 220~240 V
AC. The hob must be connected to the AC network in such a way that
there is a device which disconnects all poles with a distance between
contacts of at least 3 mm., for example, an overcurrent protection circuit
breaker, fuses (plug-type fuses must be removed), an earth leakage
disconnecting device or a contactor.
Before connecting to the electrical network, make sure that
the connection is protected by a suitable fuse and that the cross-sectional
area of the wiring corresponds to the power consumption of the
appliance. The connection must be made taking into account the
capabilities of the fuses and the current load of the electrical network.
CONNECTION TO THE POWER
SUPPLY

12
After installation, it is necessary to provide full protection against
contact with conductive and insulated parts.
•During installation make sure that the cable is not pinched and
does not come into contact with sharp edges.
•Cables of nearby connected electrical appliances must not touch
hot cooking zones.
•After the hob is connected to the power supply, make sure that all
cooking zones are working by turning each of them to maximum
power for a short time.
•A damaged cable should only be replaced by a qualified specialist.

1. TURNING THE HOB ON FOR THE FIRST TIME
