OVERHEATED OIL AND FAT
There is a fire hazard!
Overheated oil and fat easily catch fire. Never leave fat or oil
when they are heating unattended. In case of ignition of oil or
fat, never pour water on fire. Extinguish it by covering the
cookware with a lid or a plate. Turn off the burners (hotplates).
COOKING FOOD IN A WATER BATH
When cooking in a water bath, products are placed in a dish,
which in turn is placed in a larger diameter pan with water.
Thus, products are prepared under the influence of uniform and soft
heat of hot water, and not directly on the burner.
When cooking food in a water bath, metal, glass and other
dishes should not come into direct contact with the bottom of
the pan containing the water.
This will help prevent damage to the glass surface of the hob and
dishes due to overheating of the burner.
THE HOB IS HEATING UP
Do not touch hot burners. Keep children away from the hob. Never
place flammable objects on the hob. Do not store flammable objects
and aerosols in the drawers under the hob.
WET BOTTOM OF COOKWARE AND WET BURNER
There is a danger of injuries!
If there is any liquid between the bottom of the dish and the burner,
steam pressure may build up during heating. Due to it, dishes can
suddenly jump up. Always make sure that the bottom of the dish
and the burner are dry.
