BASE PLATE ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1) Slide the base plate (Part B) over the nylon frame (Part A) and align bolt holes.
2) Insert 4 bolts (Part C) through the base plate, and the frame.
3) Using 4 Nuts (Part D), finger tighten the nuts, and bolts, to secure the base plate to the frame.

WHEEL AND AXLE ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1) Push axle (Part E) through the holes in the frame so the axle ends are protruding from the
frame equally.
2) Place a wheel (Part F) on the axle with a washer (Part G) on the outside of the wheel.
Secure the wheel, and washer, by inserting the cotter pin (Part H) through the holes in the axle.
3) Use pliers to bend back the long end of the cotter pin at least 45 degrees. Repeat process
with the second wheel.
HANDLE ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1) Insert the handle (Part J) into the desired vertical, or horizontal frame holes.
2) Insert the handle pins (Part I), through the frame, and holes in the handle, until they lock
into the plastic clips.
3) Complete assembly by tightening the nuts and bolts on the base plate using a combination
of two, 9/16 end wrenches, socket wrenches, pliers, or a crescent wrench.
