iIMPORTANT: Please read these assembly instructions carefully before
starting to assemble your Volleyball Posts.
HINT: To work out the length of the net required; measure wall to wall
where the posts are mounted and subtract 1m.
* Net sold separately
iIMPORTANT: To attach your posts to the wall you will need to fit
appropriate wall and floor fixings (fixings supplied are for solid wall
types only)

1Cut a Ø51mm hole in the floor to the dimension shown. Drill 3mm deep & carefully chisel away
small layers until the Floor Plate sits flush with floor. Dill three 3mm pilot holes and secure with
Countersunk Screws
2Drill two 17mm holes in the wall to the dimensions shown. Fix the Wall Bracket with the Anchor
Bolts
IMPORTANT: Part of the hole will need to be opened to house the bolt
head located under the posts.

HINT: Please see instruction INS049 supplied with fittings pack for
further information.

To achieve required Net height, adjust the
handwheel’s on both posts and slide the plates
into preferred position.

3Hook the Post onto the Wall Bracket, at the same time locate the bolt (on the underside of the post)
and position into the Floor Plate, then secure by pulling forward.
4To attach the Net, create a secure loop at both ends of the headline, feed through the Pulley Wheel
and Eye Hooks. Pass the wire through the cleat on the Dummy Post and attach to the T-Handle on
the Winder Post.
Attach the Speed Brace and
Universal Socket and wind
to achieve Net tension

Attach the twine provided with the
Net to the bottom mesh. Tie off on the
bottom Eye Hooks of the Post
