
WARNING LABELS & CAUTION
CAREFULLY READ ALL WARNING LABELS ATTACHED TO MACHINE BEFORE OPERATION.
• UNDERSTAND YOUR BOWLING MACHINE. Read this Owner's Manual carefully and understand how your
machine operates prior to use. To adjust speed on this machine, either move the machine further or closer to
the baer or use dierent speed rated lite-balls.
• DO NOT ALLOW CHILDREN TO OPERATE MACHINE. ALL OPERATORS MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER. Adult
supervision is required at all mes. This machine is not a toy and if used improperly, could cause bodily harm.
• INSPECT MACHINE BEFORE EACH USE. Always check machine prior to each use. If machine is damaged or you
have quesons, contact Heater Sports and a technician will help you (800-492-9334).
• PROTECT AGAINST ELECTRIC SHOCK. Keep machine away from water (i.e. rain, snow, sprinklers, etc.) to
prevent against electric shock. Serious bodily injury could occur.
• USE THE CORRECT EXTENSION CORD IF NEEDED. Use an extension cord that is large enough to provide
electricity to your machine. Extension cords that are not large enough will slow down the machine and may
overheat it. An Industrial Grade extension cord is recommended.
• DO NOT USE MACHINE OUTSIDE WHEN THE WEATHER IS WET OR COLD. Using the machine in a wet
environment will ruin the machine. Water may not only damage the machine but also the operator.
Serious injury or death could occur. In addion, in temperatures below 65 degrees, the wheel will become
extremely hard and will not pitch the ball properly. Always make sure machine is used in warm and dry
temperatures to prevent this from happening.
• USE THE CORRECT PITCHING MACHINE BALL Only use ocial Heater Sports lite-balls (view website).
DO NOT USE REAL CRICKET BALLS! DOING SO WILL DAMAGE MACHINE AND VOID THE MANUFACTURER'S
WARRANTY.
• NEVER TOUCH ROTATING TIRE. Don't put body parts or foreign objects inside the machine entry or exit.
• ALWAYS TEST TRAJECTORY OF PITCH BEFORE PITCHING TO BATTER. ALWAYS test the locaon and
speed before allowing a baer to step in front of the machine. ALWAYS use a NOCSE approved batting helmet
when batting and use an L-Screen or Protective Net when bowling to batsman.
• WAIT BETWEEN PITCHES. Wait at least 8 seconds in between pitches. Feeding balls too quickly does not allow
the motor to get back up to speed and will result in slower, shorter distance pitches.
• STORE MACHINE IN A CLEAN, DRY AREA. When storing, be sure to keep machine clear of any area contain-
ing dust or dirt. Any area where moisture is present may cause the motor to lock up. Heater Sports
recommends using a cover to prevent moisture & dirt from aecng machine.
• Make sure all lite-balls are out of
machine before turning on.
• Make sure you only pitch one lite-ball at
a time.
• This machine pitches automatically.
• Make sure all persons are clear of
lite-ball path and away from pitching
machine before pitching any lite-ball.
• Do not stand in front of machine.
• Do not operate in moisture.
• This machine may cause serious bodily
injury if used improperly.
• For adult operation only.
• Only use Heater Lite-Balls.
• Pitching machines that use a wheel to
throw seamed lite-balls may throw
inacurrately because of the seams and
may hit a batter and cause physical
injury. Non-seamed pitching machine
lite-balls are recommended for use
when batting.
• Always use a NOCSE approved batting
helmet with face guard when batting.
• Never put hand(s) or finger(s) in
machine or look into the ball exit of this
machine.
