OPERATION SAFETY
• The device is not intended for use by people (including children) with reduced physical, sensory
or intellectual capabilities, unless their supervision and instructions are secured by a responsible
person, also by people who are not familiar with the operation, at least to the extent of this
manual, people under the influence of medication, drugs and preparations reducing their
ability to react.
• Never assemble the filtration in locations where water could enter the pump motor!
• 4-way valve or hoses should never be disassembled if the filter container is under pressure.
• If the pump is equipped with a strainer, do not run it without the filter mounted.
• Never run the pump without water!
• If the pool is used, filtration must not be in operation.
• Do not cover the pump, do not handle it and do not touch the engine that is running.
• Danger of injury or damage.
• The filter container should always be carried disconnected from the pump and empty. Always
carry the container with the clamp or by holding the bottom. Do not hold the valve.
• Ensure that the filtration cannot be accessed by children and pets.
ASSEMBLY
• Remove the pump, 4-way valve, hoses and accessories from the packaging. Check completeness.
If the package is incomplete, or the parts are damaged, do not continue assembling and
immediately contact the dealer.
• If the filtration is equipped with a base, mount the pump with the supplied screws to the base

plate and put on the filter container.
• Place it on a hard and flat surface, no further than two metres from the connection
• Connect the filter tube with strainer (if not connected) and insert the tube into the filter
container. Place the funnel on its top edge. This not only centres the filter tube but it also
prevents the pouring of sand into the tube.
• Pour the weighed quantity of sand into the container. The proper weight can be found in the
“Technical specification” table. (If you cannot weigh, a reasonable amount is about half of the
volume but no more than three quarters). When filling, be careful to avoid getting sand into
the filter tube.
• Slide the seal on the perimeter of 4-way valve (if not already done).
• Clean the edge of the filter from sand residues
• Put the valve on the filter tube and close the filter pan. Connect with the sleeve (2) and tighten.
Do not use excessive force to avoid rupture of the sleeve.
• Connect the flexible hose (gooseneck) to the pump and secure it with a hose clamp
• Connect the other end to the inlet valve of the 4-way valve of the filter container. Described
as PUMP
• Connect water inlet directly to the pump.
• Connect the filtered water outlet to the 4-way valve. Described as POOL.
• Connect the wastewater outlet to the 4-way valve. Described as WASTE
• Modes of operation - the position of the lever of the 4-way valve
• BACKWASH - clean sand and dirt
• RINSE - rinse the filter after cleaning and spillage
• FILTRATION
• WINTER
WARNING: Never change modes when the pump is turned on! Before moving the valve
lever, always wait for 30 seconds after turning the pump off for the impurities to settle.
COMMISSIONING.
• After filling the filtration with sand and assembling, it is first necessary to pump, irrigate and
bleed the filtration.
WARNING: Never run the pump without water!
• Place filtration lower than the level of the tank to be filtered and open the suction and return
valves which causes flooding. Set the valve lever to BACKWASH until water starts to leak from
the valve. Before the first commissioning, it is first necessary to get rid of the fine, inner dirt
and stuck sand. Therefore, when the lever is in the BACKWASH position, start the pump and
rinse the filtration. After rinsing (approximately 2 minutes) turn off the pump and wait about 30
seconds to allow swirling silt and sand to settle down, move the lever into the RINSE position.
Turn on the pump and wait until the water from the WASTE outlet is clean. Then turn the pump
off. The filtration is ready for operation. Check the connections of all hoses.
OPERATION:
• Before commissioning, all the water valves in the circuit must be open.
• Switch the lever into FILTRATION position and turn the pump on.
• Record the initial pressure of the gauge. It is not determined because it varies according to
specific conditions. (Tank size, hose length, location, etc.). Knowing the value of the initial

pressure is necessary for timely start of cleaning.
CLEANING
• If the pump is equipped with a strainer, visually check whether the strainer is clogged and
contains a large amount of coarse dirt. Blockage can also be found under the state of pressure
on the gauge because it shows lower value than the initial pressure. If the strainer is clogged
with dirt, it must be removed, cleaned and flushed. Before cleaning the filter, always close all
the valves of the tank.
• If the pressure gauge shows a value of 8-10 psi, the filtration is clogged with dirt and it is
necessary to clean the filtration sand in the container using BACKWASH mode. Make it the
same way as outlined in the Commissioning paragraph. If after backwash the pressure on the
gauge doesn’t decrease and therefore the throughput sand will remain small, it is necessary to
replace the sand.
• Exchange and check filter sand.
• Check the sand at least once a year. It must always be loose, with no lumps, crusts, algae and
other contaminants
• Before replacing the sand always close all the tank valves. Loosen and remove the clamp
connecting the container with the valve. Drain the water from the tank by drain valve on the
bottom part. Empty the old sand. Clean the suction container and filter tube. Wash and rinse
the inside of the container and fill with new sand as described in the Assembly paragraph.
NOTE: Follow the recommended for sand grain size. Sand with higher granularity cannot
perform well the function of the filter. Conversely, a filter with lower granularity would be
washed away.
PREPARING FOR WINTER AND SHUTDOWN
WARNING: Never expose filtration to the frost!
• During long-term period, you first need to clean the sand very thoroughly using the BACKWASH
mode. Then, disconnect the hoses leading to the valve, except for the pump hose. Turn the
valve to the WINTER mode. Then, using the drain valve, drain all the water and clean the pre-
filter (if the pump is equipped with it). After draining the water, check the sand and replace it
if necessary or disinfect.
STORAGE
1. Empty swimming pool and disconnect the hose from the pool and the filtration unit.
2. Remove and clean the insert according to the procedure mentioned above.
3. Empty the filter housing and all parts dry.
4. For the new season, we recommend to use a new filter element. Prepare it.
5. All seals lightly grease to preserve their flexibility.
6. For storage, we encourage you to save and use the original packing carton.
7. Parts of the filter unit and store in a dry ventilated place.

• Dispose your device, accessories and packaging in accordance with the requirements of
environmental protection into the recycling collection center.
• This machine does not belong to the household waste. Save the environment and take this
device to designated collection points where it will be received for free. For more information
please contact your local authority or nearest collection point. Improper disposal may be
punished according to national regulations.
GUARANTEE OF THE PRODUCT
• For this product we provide a legal warranty, legal responsibility from the defects, for 24 months
from receipt.
• For corporate, commercial, municipal and other than private use is valid a quality-guarantee
upon receipt for 6 months.
• All products are designed for home use, unless there is another information in the instruction
manual or operation description. When using otherwise or in contradiction with instruction
manual the claim is not recognized as legitimate.
• Inappropriate product selection and the fact that the product does not meet your requirements
can not be a reason for complaint. Buyer is familiar with the properties of the product.
• Buyer has the right to ask the seller to check the functionality of the product and become
familiar with its operation.
• A prerequisite for receiving warranty claims is that the guidelines for operating, servicing,
cleaning, storage and maintenance were followed.
• Damage caused by natural wear and tear, overloading, improper use or intervention outside the
authorized service during the warranty period, are excluded from the guarantee.
• Warranty does not cover wear and tear caused by the usual usage.
• Warranty does not cover wear and tear of components known as common consumables.
• From the warranty are excluded wear and tear of the product or parts caused by normal use of
the product or parts of the product and other parts subject to natural wear and tear.
• By the goods sold at a lower price, the warranty does not cover defects for which the lower
price was negotiated.
• Damage resulting from defects in material or manufacturer error will be eliminated free of
charge by replacement delivery or repair. It is assumed that the product returns to our service
center undismantled and with proof of purchase.
• Cleaning, maintenance, inspection and alignment tools aren´t the warranty act and are paid
services.
• For repairs that are not subject to warranty, you can have it repaired in our service center as paid
service. Our service center will be happy to draw up a costs budget.
• We shall consider the products only that have been delivered clean, complete, in case of
sending also packed sufficiently and paid. Products sent as unpaid, as bulky goods, express or
by special shipping - will not be accepted.

SICHERHEITSBETRIEB
• Die Anlage ist nicht zur Nutzung von Personen (inklusive Kinder) mit gesenkten physischen,
Sinnes- oder mentalen Fähigkeiten, wenn ihre Aufsicht und Instruktion nicht von einer
verantwortlichen Person gesichert wird, für Personen, welche nicht mit der Bedienung
im Umfang dieser Anleitung vertraut sind, Personen unter Einfluss von Medikamenten,
Betäubungsmitteln und Mittel zur Senkung der Fähigkeiten geeignet.
• Installieren Sie den Filter nicht in Räumen, wo es zum Eindringen von Wasser in den Motor
kommen kann!
• Demontieren Sie niemals das 4-Wegeventil oder den Schlauch, wenn der Filterbehälter unter
Druck steht.
• Wenn die Pumpe mit einem Vorfilter ausgestattet ist, starten Sie sie nicht ohne den montierten
Filter.
• Starten Sie die Pumpe niemals ohne Wasser!
• Wenn der Pool benutzt wird, darf der Filter nicht in Betrieb sein.
• Decken Sie die Pumpe nicht ab, manipulieren Sie nicht mit ihr und fassen Sie nicht in den
Motor, welcher läuft. Es droht ein Unfall oder Beschädigungen.
• Transportieren Sie den Filterbehälter immer getrennt von der Pumpe und entleert. Tragen Sie
den Behälter immer an der Klemme oder von unten, niemals am Ventil.
• Geben Sie darauf acht, dass Kinder und Haustiere keinen Zugang zum Filter haben.
ELEKTRISCHE SICHERHEIT
• Bei der Nutzung ist es notwendig, Grundsicherheitsvorkehrungen einzuhalten, inklusive der
Nachfolgenden, zum Zwecke der Einschränkung von gefährlicher Entstehung von Feuer,
Unfällen mit elektrischem Strom und Verletzungen von Personen.
• Schützen Sie sich vor einem Unfall durch elektrischen Strom.
• Platzieren Sie die Zugangsleitung und Verlängerungskabel so, dass es nicht zu deren
Beschädigung kommen kann.
• Schützen Sie die Zugangsleitung und Verlängerungskabel vor Wärme, aggressiven Flüssigkeiten
und scharfen Kanten. Ziehen Sie beim Abschließen von der Steckdose nicht am Kabel.
• Setzen Sie sie nicht dem Regen aus, benutzen Sie sie nicht bei Feuchtigkeit und Nässe.
• Benutzen Sie sie nicht in einer Umgebung mit Gefahr von Feuer oder Explosionen.
• Manipulieren Sie sie niemals am Zuleitungskabel oder ziehen Sie den Stecker durch Ziehen am
Kabel aus der Steckdose.
• Ziehen Sie vor jeder Einstellung, vor Reparaturen, Zustandskontrollen, Wartungen,
Manipulationen den Stecker aus der Steckdose.
• Kontrollieren Sie regelmäßig das Zuleitungskabel, ob es keine Anzeichen von Beschädigungen
oder Alterung vorweist.
• Vermeiden Sie sinnloses Anlassen.
• Benutzen Sie nur Verlängerungskabel mit ausreichendem Durchschnitt, welche zu diesem
Zweck genehmigt und entsprechend ausgezeichnet sind.
• Rollen Sie die Kabeltrommel vor der Nutzung immer komplett ab.
• Stellen Sie keine Gegenstände, vorrangig brennbare, Gegenstände mit Flüssigkeiten oder
wasserleitenden auf die Anlage.
• Werfen Sie keine metall- oder brennbaren Gegenstände in das Gerät.
• Schützen Sie sich vor der Möglichkeit des freien Falles von kleinen Gegenständen in das Gerät.

• Benutzen Sie es nicht, wenn der Schalter kein fehlerloses Ein- und Ausschalten ermöglicht.
• Benutzen Sie niemals grobe Gewalt.
• Die Konstruktion ist im Einklang mit allen gültigen Sicherheitsanforderungen konstruiert,
welche sich auf sie beziehen.
• Das Produkt, welches für die gegebene Arbeit konstruiert wurde, ist leistungsstärker und
sicherer, als ein Produkt mit ähnlichen Funktionen. Benutzen Sie es darum immer richtig zur
gegebenen Aufgabe.
• ANFORDERUNGEN AN DEN ELEKTRISCHEN ANSCHLUSS
• Benutzen Sie es niemals bei einer anderen Nennspannung als 230V/50Hz. Der Stromkreis
muss mit einer Sicherung versehen sein. Versuchen Sie nicht, es bei einer anderen Spannung
zu benutzen. Diese Spannung ist höher als die Sicherheitsspannung. Seien Sie also bei der
Manipulation mit dem Kabel vorsichtig.
• Schließen Sie es nur an einen Stromkreis an, welcher durch eine Sicherung mit Betriebsstrom
nicht höher als 30 mA geschützt ist.
MONTAGE
• Nehmen Sie die Pumpe, das 4- Wegeventil, den Schlauch und das Zubehör aus der Verpackung.
Kontrollieren Sie die Vollständigkeit. Im Falle, dass die Packung nicht komplett ist, oder wenn
Teile beschädigt sind, fahren Sie nicht mit der Montage fort und kontaktieren Sie sofort den
Verkäufer.
• Wenn der Filter mit einem Untergestell ausgestattet ist, montieren Sie die Pumpe mit den
zugefügten Schrauben an das Untergestell und setzen Sie den Filterbehälter auf.
• Platzieren Sie das Gerät auf einer festen und gerade Oberfläche, maximal 2m vom Anschlussort
entfernt.
• Verbinden Sie das Filterrohr mit dem Saugkorb (wenn sie nicht verbunden sind) und schieben
Sie das Rohr in den Filterbehälter. Legen Sie den Trichter auf dessen oberen Rand. Dieser
zentriert nicht nur das Filterrohr, aber schützt auch vor dem Schütten des Sandes in das Rohr.
• Schütten Sie die angemessene Menge Sand in den Behälter. Das gehörige Gewicht finden Sie
in der Tabelle „Technische Spezifikation“. (Wenn Sie keine Möglichkeit zum Wiegen haben,
die angemessene Menge liegt ungefähr bei der Hälfte des Umfanges, aber nicht mehr als
dreiviertel). Geben Sie beim Auffüllen acht, dass es nicht zum Schütten des Sandes in das
Filterrohr kommt.
• Geben Sie den O- Ring auf den Rand des 4- Wegeventils (wenn das nicht schon durchgeführt
ist).
• Reinigen Sie den Filterrand von Sandresten.
• Setzen Sie das Ventil auf das Filterrohr und schließen Sie den Filterbehälter. Verbinden Sie die
Schelle (2) und ziehen Sie sie an. Nutzen Sie keine übermäßige Kraft, damit es nicht zum
Platzen der Schelle kommt.
• Verbinden Sie den beweglichen Schlauch (Gänsehals) und sichern Sie mit der Schlauchschelle.
• Das zweite Ende verbinden Sie mit dem Eingang des 4- Wegeventils des Filterbehälters.
Beschrieben als PUMP.
• Verbinden Sie den Wassereingang direkt mit der Pumpe.
• Am Ausgang verbinden Sie Filterwasser zum 4- Wegeventil. Beschrieben als POOL.
• Den Ausgang des Abflusswassers verbinden Sie mit dem 4- Wegeventil. Beschrieben als WASTE
Betriebsregime – Position des Hebels des 4- Wegeventils.
• Rückstrom - BACKWASH - Reinigung des Sandes und von abgesetzten Unreinheiten.
• Spülen - RINSE – Spülen des Filters nach der Reinigung und des Ausgießens.
• Filtern - FILTRATION
• Winter - WINTER

WARNUNG: Ändern Sie NIEMALS die Regime, wenn die Pumpe angeschaltet ist! Vor jeder
Manipulation des Ventilhebels warten Sie immer ca. 30 Sekunden nach dem Ausschalten der
Pumpe zum Absetzen von Unreinheiten ab.
EINLAGERUNG
1. Entleeren Sie den Pool und schließen Sie den Schlauch vom Pool und von der Filtereinheit
ab.
2. Entnehmen und reinigen Sie die Einlage laut der oben aufgeführten Anleitung.
3. Gießen Sie das Wasser aus dem Filterkörper aus und trocknen Sie alle Teile.
4. Wir empfehlen, für die neue Saison einen neue Filtereinlage zu nutzen. Bereiten Sie diese
vor.
5. Schmieren Sie alles leicht mit Fett, damit deren Biegsamkeit erhalten bleibt.
6. Wir empfehlen, zum Einlagern den ursprünglichen Karton zu nutzen.
7. Lagern Sie die Teile der Filtereinheit an einem trockenen und belüfteten Ort.
SERVICE UND ERSATZTEILE
• Im Falle eines Defektes der Maschine sollte diese von einer qualifizierten Servicewerkstatt
repariert werden.
• Es dürfen nur original Ersatzteile verwendet werden. Dies ist notwendig um die Sicherheit Ihrer

INBETRIEBNAHME
• Nach dem Füllen des Filters mit Sand und dem Aufbau ist es zuerst notwendig, die Pumpe und
den Filter zu bewässern und zu entlüften.
WARNUNG! Starten Sie die Pumpe niemals ohne Wasser!
• Platzieren Sie den Filter tiefer, als der Spiegel des Tankes ist, welcher filtern soll und öffnen Sie
die Saug- und Rücklaufventile, wodurch es zum Bewässern kommt. Stellen Sie den Hebel des
Ventils bis aus dem Ventil Wasser läuft auf BACKWASH ein. Vor der ersten Inbetriebnahme ist
es zuerst notwendig, die feinen inneren Unreinheiten und hineingefallenen Sand zu. Starten
Sie darum bei der Einstellung des Hebels auf BACKWASH die Pumpe und spülen Sie den Filter
aus. Schalten Sie die Pumpe nach dem Ausspülen aus (ca. 2 Minuten) und warten Sie etwa
eine halbe Minute, bis sich der Schlamm und Sand abgesetzt hat und gebenden Hebel in
die Position RINSE. Schalten Sie die Pumpe an und warten Sie ab, bis aus dem Ausgang des
Abflusswassers WASTE sauberes Wasser wird. Schalten Sie dann die Pumpe aus. Der Filter ist
zum Betrieb bereit. Kontrollieren Sie die Dichtheit aller Schlauchverbindungen.
BETRIEB:
• Vor dem Anschalten müssen alle Wasserventile im Kreislauf geöffnet sein.
• Schalten Sie den Hebel in die Position FILTRATION und starten Sie die Pumpe.
• Vermerken Sie sich den Anfangsstand des Manometers. Es ist nicht genau bestimmt, weil er laut
den konkreten Bedingungen unterschiedlich ist. (Größe des Tankes, Schlauchlänge, Platzierung
usw.). Den Anfangswert zu kennen ist notwendig für die zeitliche Einleitung der Reinigung.
REINIGUNG.
• Wenn die Pumpe mit einem Vorfilter ausgestattet ist, kontrollieren sie visuell, ob das Sieb nicht
verstopft ist oder ob es keine großen Mengen an grober Verschmutzung enthält. Verstopfungen
kann man anhand der Anzeige am Manometer erkennen, weil es einen niedrigeren Wert
anzeigen würde, als der Anfangswert war. Wenn der Vorfilter mit Unreinheiten verstopft ist, ist
es notwendig, ihn zu entnehmen, zu reinigen und auszuspülen. Schließen Sie alle Ventile des
Behälters vor der Reinigung.
• Wenn das Manometer einen Wert über 8-10 Psi anzeigt, ist der Filter mit Unreinheiten verstopft
und es ist notwendig, den Filtersand im Behälter mit Hilfe des Regimes BACKWASH zu reinigen.
Führen Sie dieses in der gleichen Weise durch, wie es im Abschnitte Inbetriebnahme aufgeführt
ist. Wenn sich der Druck auch nach dem Ausspülen nicht senkt und die Durchgängigkeit des
Sandes gering bleibt, ist es notwendig, den Sand auszutauschen.
• Austausch und Kontrolle des Filtersandes
• Kontrollieren Sie den Sand wenigstens einmal im Jahr. Er muss immer locker, ohne Klümpchen,
Krusten, Algen und anderen Unreinheiten sein.
• Schließen Sie vor dem Austausch des Sandes alle Ventile des Behälters. Lösen und entfernen Sie
die Schelle, die den Behälter mit dem Ventil verbindet. Lassen Sie das Wasser aus dem Behälter
über das Ablassventil im unteren Teil ab. Schütten Sie den alten Sand aus. Reinigen Sei den
Saugkorb und das Filterrohr. Waschen Sie das Innere des Behälters aus, spülen Sie ihn aus und
befüllen ihn mit neuen Sand, laut Anweisungen im Abschnitt Montage.
Anmerkung: Halten Sie die empfohlene Körnigkeit des Sandes ein. Sand mit einer höheren
Körnigkeit würde die Funktion des Filters schlecht erfüllen. Andersherum würde ein Filter mit
einer Niedrigen weggespült werden.

EINWINTERN UND STILLLEGUNG
• Warnung: Setzen Sie den Filter niemals Frost aus!
• Bei einer langzeitigen Stilllegung ist es notwendig, zuerst den Sand sehr gründlich mit Hilfe des
Regimes BACKWASH zu reinigen. Danach schließen Sie die zum Ventil führenden Schläuche
ab, mit Ausnahme des Schlauches zur Pumpe. Schalten Sie das Ventil in das Regime WINTER.
Lassen Sie dann mit Hilfe des Ablaufventils jegliches Wasser ab und reinigen den Vorfilter (wenn
die Pumpe damit ausgestattet ist). Führen sie nach dem Ablassen des Wasser eine Kontrolle
des Sandes durch, welchen Sie im Falle des Bedarfes entweder austauschen oder desinfizieren,
wenn er noch brauchbar ist.
