Screw the scale housing onto the machine base.
For alignment see mounting instructions of the encoder.

Maßstabsgehäuse am Maschinenbett anschrauben.
Ausrichtung, siehe Montageanleitung des Gerätes.

Set mounting aid on housing.
Press mounting aid onto housing.

Montagehilfe am Gehäuse aufsetzen.

Montagehilfe am Gehäuse andrücken.

Tighten the screw loosely, so that the mounting aid can still be pushed
to the desired position.
Check that the mounting aid lies flush against the housing.

Schraube leicht anziehen, dass ein Verschieben noch möglich ist und
Montagehilfe an gewünschte Position schieben.
Kontrollieren ob Montagehilfe sauber am Gehäuse anliegt.

Firmly press the mounting aid onto the housing and tighten (lock) the screw.

Montagehilfe fest an das Maßstabgehäuse andrücken und Schraube
festziehen (lock).

Place the bracket on the mounting aid, screw it on *) if required, and secure it to the slide.

Winkel an Montagehilfe auflegen, evtl. anschrauben *) und am Schlitten befestigen.

Mutter M6 einrasten

Place the bracket on the mounting aid, screw it on *) if required, and secure it to the slide.

Release and remove the mounting aid. Then slide the scanning unit below the bracket.
