This machine is with the characters of high power, quick heat and fast repeat spray, choke sprayer seldom and
simple operation.
It is installed with the 5 cables controller, time-controller, spray interval, smoke output adjustment, remote
control, also installed 3 cables to connect the international standard DMX-512. This machine mainly applies
to movie performance, Theater, The Concert and other big show.

DMX operation instruction:
1, The machine works with green indicator on. Press the green button, it will spray smoke. When you stop
pressing, the smoke also stop.
2. Press the red button; it will spray smoke with green indicator on. You can set the output volume.
3. Press the yellow button; when the green indicator is working, you can set duration, interval and output.
Attention:
Please obey all notices about operation, safety and repair to avoid getting an electric shock and keep the
excellent effect.※Keep clean and use in door;※Please check the power is the allocated voltage.
※Please power off after adding the liquid.※Put in the horizontal direction and don’t incline and place
upside down.※Power off or pull out plug after use.
※No waterproof, if there are some humidity, water or fog liquid in it, please switch off power and contact
distributors as soon as possible.
※There are no spare parts with machine. If you need to repair it , please contact distributors or professional
repair works.
Avoid fire:
※Only for adults operate. Equip it over the touch of children and pay attention during operation.
※Don’t spray it to people directly and far away from fire.
※The temperature of spray is very high so that keep the space between machine and other material things
more than 100cm (40℃—80℃).
※Put the machine at a drafty place and don’t cover the cool effect. Keep the space between the smock
machine and around things more than 20cm.And without easily burnt things within 300cm..(depart from the
floor, wood and easily burnt things)
Beware of explosive danger:
※Don’t add flammable liquid such as oil, gas and perfume in smoke machine.
Operation:
1. Connect the power line to the power socket with earth line. Turn the switch at ”On” and the
machine heat. The red LED of line controller will light once the machine finish heat.
2. Press red key, the machine will spray smoke (Press it as long as you need).
3. The red LED of remote console light or not means the machine can spray smoke or heat itself.
4. The smoke machine can work together with kinds of controller, please refer to the operation of
the controller.
5. Can set the machine at a high place (with hanger) or on the ground. Do not spray to people
directly and the lean angle should less than 15.
6. Often check whether there has enough smoke liquid in machine. The operation will make big
damage to the machine if there has no smoke liquid.
7. If the smoke is small, plum has noise or there has no smoke , please power off and check smoke
liquid, fuse, the connector of remote console and power plug. If the problem could not be solved
after check there parts, please stop check and send it back to distributor for repair.
Repair:
Please clean the smoke machine timely to decrease the damage of parts and the repair charge.
1. Don’t make the smoke machine be dirty. Screw the cover of liquid can after add smoke liquid.
2. After about 40 hours continually use, please use 80% distilled water and 20% vinegar to clean
the dirty in refractory pipe.
※Disassemble the spray mouth and use vinegar to clean it to keep expedite before heat.
※Put out the smoke liquid to represent the above cleaning way, at the same time, connect the
power and warn up the machine.
※Operation in the wide place until the liquid is out of use in the tank.
※Reequip the spray mouth after cool and add smoke liquid for next use.
Others:1. All of the machine may be plugged by the cloudy liquid, dirty or over hot. So, to prolong
the using time, please maintain the machine timely.
2. Please clear the machine with the dry cloth, and keep in stock with clean3. Attention in operating:
※When the machine working, there will have the vapors or humidity near the spray mouth. Please
consider this before you install the smoke machine.
Smoke machine may have little smoke spray out during the working time or after just stop working.
※All of the smoke machine will work circularly. The pump will work automatic after the
temperature lower than the certain degree. The heater also start to work (green light is turn off).
But the machine will work again after the green indicator turn on.
