Arbeitsschritte zur Montage
Fundamente aus Beton C20/25.
Fundamentgröße siehe Seite: 20.
Die Profilnut zeigt zum Spielfeld. Beim
Gießen der Fundamente Dränage zur
Entwässerung der Bodenhülsen einbauen!
z.B. ein Stück Rohr
1. Stecken Sie den kleinen Haken des
Querblechs (3) in den dafür vorge-
sehenen Ausschnitt der Pfostenbe-
festigung (2) und schieben Sie beides
gemeinsam in die Öffnungen des
Abdeckblechs (4).
2. Platzieren Sie den Nutenstein M8 (5) in
die Öffnung der Pfostenbefestigung.
Working steps to assembly
Foundations of concrete C20 / 25.
For the foundation size see page: 20.
The profile groove points to the field. When
pouring the foundations install a drainage
for dewatering the ground sleeves! E.g., a
piece of round tube.
1. Insert the small hook of the cross plate
(3) into the recess provided from the
post mounting (2) and slide both
together into the openings of the cover
plate (4).
2. Placed the slot nut M8 (5) into the
opening of the post fitting.

3. Schieben Sie den fertigen Pfosten-
deckel und den darin liegenden
Nutenstein M8 (5) in die Nut des
Pfostens.
Schrauben Sie die Sechskant-schraube
M8x12 (6) mit der Unterlegscheibe M8
(7) in den Nutenstein M8 (5).
Ziehen Sie die Schraube so fest an,
dass der Deckel nicht mehr vom
Pfosten abnehmbar ist.
4. Zur Vorbereitung des Arbeitsschritts 12
unten in die Profilnut des Pfostens (1)
einen Nutenstein M8 (11) einschieben.
5. In zwei Pfosten jedoch den Nutenstein
doppelt M8 (12) einschieben.
Hinweis: Diese zwei Pfosten sind
Anfangs- und Endpfosten der
Ballfanganlage.
3. Slide the finished post cover and the
slot nut M8 (5) located in it into the
groove of the post.
Screw the hexagon screw M8x12 (6)
with the washer M8 (7) into the slot nut
M8 (8).
Tighten the screw so that the cover is
no longer removable from the post.
4. Preparing the work step 12 below in the
groove of the post (1) insert a slot nut
M8 (11).
5. Insert in two post the slot nut double M8
(12).
Note: These two posts are the start and
end post of the ball catcher.

6. An jedem Pfosten eine Ringschraube
M8 (10) mit zwei Unterlegscheiben M8
(13) ca. 60 cm von der Unterkante
vorläufig fixieren.
7. Am Anfangs- und Endpfosten eine
Ringschraube M8 (10) mit zwei
Unterlegscheiben M8 (13) ca. 60 cm
von der Unterkante und eine
Sechskantschraube M8x12 (15) mit
einer Unterlegscheibe M8 (14) vorläufig
fixieren.
6. On each post fix provisionally a ring
screw M8 (10) with two washers M8
(13) about 60 cm from the bottom edge.
7. At the start and the end post fix
provisionally a ring screw M8 (10) with
two washers about 60 cm from the
bottom edge and a hexagon screw
M8x12 (15) with a washer M8 (14).

Ab einer Pfostenhöhe über Boden von 5m:
8. Das Stahlprofil (8) in den Pfosten bündig
einschieben. Mit 3 Bohrschrauben (9) im
Abstand von ca. 40cm in der Pfostennut
fixieren, so dass der Schraubenkopf in
der Nut verschwindet.
9. Die Pfosten (1) in die Bodenhülsen
einstellen:
Die Profilnut zeigt zum Spielfeld!
Wir empfehlen die Pfosten (1) mit
mindesten zwei Personen aufzustellen.
Hinweis: Die Schritte 10 bis 12 erklären
die Montage der Schrägstütze.
Diese ist optional bestellbar!!
10. Die in 2 Teilen gelieferten Schräg-
stützen (16/17) stecken Sie mit den
angeschweißten Laschen zusammen
und sichern Sie die Verbindung mit 2
Bohrschrauben (18).
At a post height above ground from 5m:
8. The steel profile (8) flush in the post’s
insertion. With 3 self-drilling screws (9)
at a distance of 40cm fix in the profile
groove, so that the screw head
disappears in the groove.
9. Set the posts (1) into ground sleeves:
The profile groove points to the field!
We recommend to put up the posts (1)
with a minimum of two persons.

10. The slanting supports (16/17)

the welded-on straps and secure the

11. Drücken Sie je zwei Nutensteine M8
(19) oben in den äußersten Pfosten und
unten in den zweiten Pfosten von
außen.
12. Die Verbinder schrauben Sie mit je
zwei Sechskantschrauben M8x16 (21)
über die Nutensteine M8 (19) an den
Pfosten fest. Die Schrägstützen
montieren Sie an den Verbindern (20)
mit den Sechskantschrauben M10x60
(22), Unterlegscheibe M10 (23) und
Sechskantmuttern M10 (24):
- oben an den Außenpfosten,
- unten an beiden zweiten Pfosten von
außen.
11. Press two slot nut M8 (19) above in
the outermost post and below in the
second post from the outside.
12. Fasten the connectors to the up-
rights with hexagon screw M8x16 (21),
respectively, using slot nut M8 (19). Fit
the slanting support on the connectors
(20) using hexagon screw M10x60 (22),
washer M10 (23) and hexagon nuts
M10 (24):
- At the top of the outer post,
- At the bottom of both second posts
from the outside.

13. Obere Netzspannung herstellen
Variante 1 - mit Stahlseil:
Empfehlung: Stahlseil (25) nur über max.
25m spannen.
Stahlseillänge bestimmen:
Zuerst drehen sie die Seilspanner (28)
soweit auf, so dass noch eine Reserve
von ca. 3cm bleibt.
Das Stahlseil (25) und die Kausche (26)
durch eine Öse des Seilspanners (28)
fädeln und zu einer Schlaufe legen. Mit
zwei Klemmen (27) das Stahlseil (25)
verklemmen.
Auf der anderen Seite des Seil-
spanners einen Karabinerhaken (29)
einhaken. Den Karabinerhaken in die
Ringschraube (10) des ersten Pfostens
einhängen.
Das Stahlseil (25) mit einer Kausche
(26) zu einer weiteren Schlaufe legen
und einen Karabinerhaken (29) in die
Schlaufe einhängen.
Den Karabinerhaken (29) in die letzte
zu erreichende Ringschraube (10)
innerhalb von 25m einhängen und das
Stahlseil (25) per Hand straffziehen.
Mit einer Seilklemme (27) verklemmen
und das Stahlseil (25) ablängen.
Den Karabinerhaken (29) aushängen
und die Seilklemme (27) lösen.
Das Stahlseil (25), durch ziehen am
losen Ende, um ca. 15cm kürzen und
mit zwei Seilklemmen (27) wieder
verklemmen.
Wiederholen sie die Arbeitsschritte bei
Verwendung mit mehreren Stahlseilen.
13. Making the upper net tension
variant 1 - with Steel tensioning
rope:
Recommendation: Steel rope (25) only
over max. 25m tighten.
Determine steel rope length:
First, turn the rope tensioners (23) so
far that they have a reserve of about
3cm.
Thread the steel rope (25) with one end
and the thimble (26) through an eyelet
of the rope tensioner (28) and make the
rope to a loop. Use two clamps (27) to
clamp the tensioning rope (25).
On the other side of the rope tensioner
(28) hook a carabiner hook (29). Hook
the carabiner hook (29) into a ring
screw (10) of the first post.
Lay the steel rope (20) with a thimble
(26) to further loop and hook a
carabiner hook (29) into the loop.
Hook the carabiner hook (29) into the
last attainable ring screw (10) within
25m and pull the steel rope (25) tighten
by hand.
Clamp with a rope clamp (27) and cut
the steel rope (25) to length.
Unhook the carabiner hook (29) and
release a little bit the rope clamp (27).
Shorten the steel rope (25) by approx.
15cm by pulling on the loose end and
clamp again it with two rope clamps
(27).
Repeat the work steps when using
several steel ropes.

Stahlseilmontage:
Das vorbereitete Stahlseil mit dem
Karabinerhaken in die nach innen
zeigender Bohrung des äußersten
Pfostendeckels einhängen.
An jeden Pfosten, an dem das Stahlseil
vorbeiläuft, einen Karabinerhaken in
den Pfostendeckel einhaken und das
Stahlseil einhängen.
Das Ende des Stahlseils mit dem
Karabinerhaken in den zuletzt
erreichbaren Pfostendeckel einhaken.
Zum Schluss das Stahlseil festhalten
und durch drehen am Seilspanner (28)
das Stahlseil spannen.
Hinweis: Beim Spannen des Stahlseils,
darf dieses sich nicht verdrehen. Es kann
passieren, dass sich die Spannung wieder
löst.
Steel rope mounting:
The steel rope with the carabiner hooks
hook into the internal hole of the
outermost post cover.
On each post the steel rope passes,
hook a carabiner hook into the post
cover and hang the steel rope in.
Hook the end of the steel rope with the
carabiner hook into the last attainable
post cover.
Finally, hold tight the steel rope and by
turn the rope tensioner (28) to
tightening the steel rope.
Note: When tighten the steel rope, it must
not twist. It can happen, that the tension
solve again.

14. Obere Netzspannung herstellen
Variante 2 - mit Traverse:
Jeweils zwei Sechskantmuttern M10
(32) in die Profilnut der Quertraversen
(31) einschieben.
Die Quertraverse (31) und
Pfostendeckel mit Hilfe der
Sechskantschrauben M10x20 (33) und
Unterlegscheiben M10 (34) in den
Sechskantmuttern M10 (32) fest
verschrauben.
14. Making the upper net tension
variant 2 - with continuous traverse:
Insert two hexagon nut M10 (32) into the
profile groove of the cross-traverse (31).
Use the hexagon screw M10x20 (33),
washers M10 (34) and hexagon nut M10
(32) to screw the cross-traverse (31) and
post cover firmly.

15. Netz aufhängen mit Variante1:
An den Außenpfosten (1) die
Netzrandschnur zusammen mit
den Netzhaltern (36) in die
Profilnut drücken.
Mit den Montageschlüssel (39) die
Netzhalter (36) um 90° drehen.

16. Netz aufhängen mit Variante2:
An den Außenpfosten (1) und den

schnur zusammen mit den
Netzhaltern (36) in die Profilnut
drücken.
Mit den Montageschlüssel (39) die
Netzhalter (36) um 90° drehen.

15. Hanging the net with variant1:
Press the net edge cord together with
the net holders (36) into the
profile groove on the outer post

Use the mounting wrench (39) to turn
the net holders (36) 90 °.

17. Untere Netzspannung herstellen:
Empfehlung: Stahlseil (25) nur über max.
25m spannen.
Zuerst drehen sie die Seilspanner (28)
soweit auf, so dass noch eine Reserve
von ca. 3cm bleibt.
Das Stahlseil (25) und die Kausche (26)
durch eine Öse des Seilspanners (28)
fädeln und zu einer Schlaufe legen. Mit
zwei Seilklemmen (27) das Stahlseil
(25) verklemmen.
Auf der anderen Seite des Seilspanners
einen Karabinerhaken (24) einhaken.
Den Karabinerhaken in die Ring-
schraube des ersten Pfostens
einhängen.
Das Stahlseil durch die Maschen des
Netzes und durch alle Ringschrauben
(10) der Pfosten fädeln, an denen das
Stahlseil vorbeiläuft.
17. Establish lower net tension:
Recommendation: Steel rope (25) only
over max. 25m tension.
Firstof all, they turn the rope tensioners
(28) so far that they have a reserve of
about 3cm.
Thread the steel rope (25) with one end
and the thimble (26) through an eyelet
of the rope tensioner (28) and make the
rope to a loop. Use two rope clamps
(27) to clamp the steel rope (25).
On the other side of the rope tensioner
(23) hook a karabiner hook (24).
Hook the steel rope with the carabiner
hooks into the ring screw M8 (10) of the
outermost post.
Thread the steel rope through the
meshes of the net and through all the
ring screws (10) of the posts on which
the steel rope passes.

Das Stahlseil (25) mit einer Kausche
(26) zu einer weiteren Schlaufe legen
und einen Karabinerhaken (29) in die
Schlaufe einhängen.
Den Karabinerhaken (29) in die letzte
zu erreichende Ringschraube (10)
innerhalb von 25m einhängen und das
Stahlseil (25) per Hand straffziehen.
Mit zwei Seilklemmen (27) verklemmen
und das Stahlseil (25) ablängen.
Zum Schluss das Stahlseil festhalten
und durch drehen am Seilspanner (28)
das Stahlseil (25) spannen.
Hinwies: Beim Spannen des Stahlseils,
darf dieses sich nicht verdrehen Es kann
passieren, dass sich die Spannung wieder
löst.
Achtung: Die Seilspanner (28) sollen
außerhalb der Netzmaschen freiliegen!
Wiederholen sie die Arbeitsschritte bei
Ballfanganlagen mit mehreren
Stahlseilen.
Lay the steel rope (25) with a thimble
(26) to further loop and hook a
carabiner hook (29) into the loop.
Hook the carabiner hook (29) into the
last attainable ring screw within 25m
and pull the steel rope tight by hand.
Clamp with two rope clamps (27) and
cut the steel rope to length.
Finally, hold tight the tensioning rope
and by turn the rope tensioner (28) to
tightening the steel rope (25).
Note: When tighten the steel rope, it must
not twist. It can happen, that the tension
solve again.
Attention: The rope tensioners (28) should
lie outside the net mesh!
Repeat the work steps when using
several steel ropes.
