Caution – unplug the power supply from the main power before connecting any cables as this can damage the products.
Caution – avoid looking directly into the led light source at close range for your own safety.
Any people installing this product should comply with local standards and regulations and must be qualified for the handling of
electrical equipment.
• Do not attempt to install or use the product until installation instructions and safety labels are fully understood.
This product is designed for indoor and outdoor usage.
• Ensure product operates within the specified temperature range.
• Do not attempt to open the product.
• Do not use the product if the power cables are damaged.
• Only use product for specified voltage.
• Always maintain connection to ensure waterproofing.
• If the product has been subjected to drastic temperature variances, for example, following transportation,
do not connect the fixture until it has reached room temperature, as moisture condensation may cause electric
shock and product damages.
• When installing the products and system power supplies, please ensure they will not be exposed to moisture and extreme heat
(and direct sunlight for outdoor products). Besides, keep a clean operating environment for the fixtures and system power supplies..
• Any non-compliance of the Installation Guide will void the Hera warranty.
Hera warrants the products for a period of five (5) years from date of purchase, provided that
the purchased items are used under the conditions stated in this user manual.

POWER PACK SERIES
Power Pack Series presented in 3 types in order to prevent complicated combination of power and data cables, and form easy installation
structure. In Power pack 320 wall mount type has full isolated splitter. These features prevent feedback and clear DMX signal in long range.
Power Pack 1000 and Power Pack 2000 19” 1U can be used as Rack Mount and Wall Mount and can make RDM feedback. These products
have fuses in it. If any fuses blow, Led display will show problematic LED. All Power Pack Series have LED display in order to show interruption
in energy and DMX signal. Power packs 320 are produced to use in PD 60 series. Power Pack 1000 and Power Pack 2000 can be used safely in
Sword and Vertical Tube applications. It has 90 ~ 264VAC 50/60HZ Universal AC input 3-Pin VDE connection. All DMX inputs are performed with
Neutrik® 5 Pin XLR connectors.
• Energy is transmitted by 90 ~ 264VAC 50/60HZ Universal AC input 3-Pin VDE connector
• Energy output of products is Power Pack 320 48V / 320W / 6.7A, Power Pack 1000 48V / 1000W / 21A, Power Pack 2000 48V / 2000W / 42A.
• Energy output of each port is Power Pack 320-160W, Power Pack 1000-125W, Power Pack 2000-250W.
• Power pack 320 gives output with 5 Pins which has IP66 class protection markings and 2 Full isolated splitters. Power Pack 1000 and Power
Pack 2000 give output in 8 Mirrored 4 Pins which has IP67 class protection markings
• DMX inputs are available in Neutrik® 5 Pin XLR connectors.
• It has short circuit, overload, over voltage, over temperature protections.
• Power Pack 320 can be installed as wall mount, Power Pack 1000 and Power Pack 2000 can be installed as rack mount and wall mount.
• It has aluminum sheet metal with powder finishing body.
• Power packs are produced in RAL9005 black color and have black iron screws but according to customers' demand fixture can be painted to
different RAL colors.
