product handling and care
material finish
- acoustical material is produced by felting 100% wool felt. in some
colors a beautiful heathering pattern becomes visible as a result of this
traditional manufacturing process, and will result in natural variations
in color and patterns from batch to batch and sheet to sheet.
- before installation, ensure the walls and surfaces are clean, dust free
and free of imperfections. (dents, cracks should be filled or sealed
with suitable interior grade material)
- we recommend wiping down the wall surface with clean, damp
cloth.
shipping and delivery
- shipping the goods will be in client scope , we do have third party
forwarders if required we can connect you with them. we advise to
get your goods insured even before you proceed for shipping.
damage in transit
- senses akustik+ will only be responsible if goods are not packed and
any damage happened due to that.
transportation
transport horizontally and top load only.

handling and storage
- wear clean gloves when handling the products to prevent any
soiling/marking.
- avoid bending or flexing the panels as this can cause creasing.
- all product must be stored indoors, in a clean, dry, cool and well
ventilated area.
- do not store directly on a concrete floor or any other surface that
emits moisture.
- take care to keep all sides of the product clean during storage.

contact adhesive, drop sheet, hardware’s, drill, wall mates,
screws, square, laser, rivet.

moisture absorption: exposure to an atmosphere of 50oc and 95% rh
for four days gives a moisture absorption of less than 0.2% by volume.
maintenance
senses akustik+ is highly durable and requires minimum care and effort
to maintain its good looks. with it being termite-proof and not being
able to absorb moisture, it does not rote or deteriorate over time and
gives a clean indoor air quality. light vacuuming on a regular basis or
using a mild detergent solution followed by rinsing and blotting for
most marks should be enough to clear out any dust. however, in case
of any spills or stains, please follow the guide below.
code method
1. a use a clean, dry sponge or cloth to mop up the spill.
2. b remove any excess with a blunt knife or similar
3. c use carpet shampoo and sponge, while cleaning in a circular
motion gradually moving from the periphery to the centre. clean
with warm water and sponge and dry it up with a clean cloth. in
case of any stain marks, clean with a sponge using one part
household bleach and six parts clean water. finally rinse.
4. d blot lightly with a sponge and household dry cleaning fluid.

5. e blot dry using methylated spirits and a sponge.
6. f clean the stain with glycerine or petroleum jelly.
7. g apply nail polish remover. the nail polish remover should not
contain lanolin or be greasy.
8. h sponge with turpentine (or substitute).
9. i freeze with ice cubes and scrape with a blunt knife while cold.
10.j clean with regular extractive carpet cleaner.
11.k use circular cutter and remover damaged portion. re-glue new
piece into place.
