WARNINGSAND CAUTIONS
•Assemblethe itemonasoft, non-abrasivesurface, such as carpeting, toavoidscratching the finish.
•Mayrequiretwoadultsforsafeassembly.
•Discardofall plasticbags immediately. Donot let children playwiththemas theypose achokinghazard.
•Donot climbor step on thewholeunit!Heavy objectsmust be placed not dropped- ontothe shelves.
•Heaviest objectsmust be stored on lower shelves and lighter objectson upper shelves.

PREPARATION
Beforebeginning assemblyand installation ofproduct, makesureallpartsarepresent. Comparepartswith
package contentslist anddiagramabove. Ifanypartismissingor damaged, donot attempt toassemble, install
or operatethe product. Contact customer serviceforreplacement parts.

•Note: Blackplasticdiscsbetween shelfcollarsarefor packagingpurposes only. TheyareNOTNEEDED.
Discarduponassembly.
ASSEMBLYINSTRUCTIONS
•Start withthe bottomshelf and choose the desired height.
•Note:Bottomshelf shouldbenomorethansixinches fromthefloor.
StationaryOption ScreweachFEETLEVELER intothebottom ofeachBOTTOMPOLE
•Ifrequired, adjust levelerstoensurethe unit islevel.
•Rotating the levelerscounter clockwise raisesthe poles.
•Totalweight capacity1750 lbswithfeet levelers.

MobileOption Screw eachCaster intothebottom ofeachBOTTOMPOLE
•Turnclock-wise toscrew inplace.
•Screw caster stemcompletelyintobottompole. Tightensecurely.
•Makesurethe locking castersareNOTonthe sameside.
•Total unit weight capacityis500 lbswithcasters.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE
•Periodicallycheckand ensurethat allcomponentsareintheir proper positionsand that allconnections
aresecure.
TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM
•Shelves do not slideover the plastictapered locksproperly.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
•Uneven placement ofshelves on poles.
•Plastictapered locks around the poles arenot lockedinplace
•Narrow endofplastictapered locks areupside down.
•Plastictapered locks arenot on the samegrooveof each pole.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
•Makesureyou slide the shelfdownthepoles evenly.
•Checkplastictaperedlocksaroundthe poles arelocked intoplace.
•Makesurenarrow end ofthe plastictapered locks arefacingup towards the topofthe pole.
•Makesurethe plastictapered locks areon thesameappropriategrooveon each ofthe poles.
1-YEARLIMITEDWARRANTY
The manufacturer warrantsthisproduct tobe freefromdefectsinworkmanshipand materialpresent at timeof
shipment fromthefactoryfor oneyear fromthe dateofpurchase. Thiswarrantyappliesonlytothe original
purchaser. The manufacturer agrees tocorrect such defect at no chargeor at our option replace the product with
acomparableor superiormodel.
Toobtainwarrantyservice, call our customer servicedepartment at 1-866-375-7994for returnauthorization and
shipping instructions. You maybe requiredtopresent acopyofyour sales receipt as proofofpurchase.All cost
ofremovaland reinstallation arethe expressed responsibilityofthe purchaser. Anydamage tothe product by
accident, misuse or improper installation, or byaffixing accessories not produced bythe manufacturer, arethe
purchaser’sresponsibility.
Thereisno further expressed warranty. The manufacturer disclaimsanyand all impliedwarranties. The
manufacturer shall not be liablefor incidental, consequentialor specialdamages arising at or inconnection with
product useor performance except as mayotherwise be accordedbylaw. Thiswarrantygives you specificlegal
