PREPARATION
Beforebeginning assemblyand installation ofproduct, makesure allpartsarepresent.Comparepartswith
package contentslistanddiagramabove.Ifanypartismissingordamaged, donot attempt to assemble,
install oroperate theproduct.Contactcustomerserviceforreplacement parts.

•Periodicallycheckand ensure thatall componentsare intheirproperpositionsand that all
connectionsaresecure.

TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM
•Shelvesdo not slide overthe plastictapered locks properly.
POSSIBLECAUSE
•Uneven placementofshelveson poles.
•Plastictapered locks around the polesare not locked inplace
•Narrowend ofplastictapered locksare upside down.
•Plastictapered locks are noton the samegroove ofeachpole.
CORRECTIVEACTION
•Makesure you slidethe shelfdown the polesevenly.
•Checkplastictaperedlocksaroundthe polesarelocked into place.
•Makesurenarrowend ofthe plastictapered locksarefacinguptowardsthe top ofthepole.
•Makesurethe plastictapered locksareonthesameappropriate grooveon eachofthe poles.
