Periodicallycheckand makesurethat all componentsareintheirproper position,arefreefrom damage andthatall connectorsaretight.
ASSEMBLYINSTRUCTIONS EstimatedAssemblyTime:Approximately15 minutes
1.PostAssembly
Screwthetwopost sections(B)&(C) together. Handstighten.
Note: thetopsectionhaspoleconnector &cap.Thebottom sectionhas insert &feet leveler.
2. BottomShelf Assembly
a.Locatethedesiredpositionofthebottom shelf. Note: Bottom shelf shouldbe no morethansixinchesfromthefloor.
b.Insert twoplastictaperedlocks(D) intheappropriatepolegroove,oneset ineachpole.Ensuretaperedend isup(seearrow onlock).
c. Placeshelf (A) onitssideandslideeachpolewithtaperedlocks throughthe bottomoftheshelfuntil snug.
d.Afterall polesareinplace,positiontheunit intheuprightposition.
e.Pushdownon each cornerof theshelf,ensuringtheshelf isinafullylockedposition.
3. AdditionalShelf Assembly
a.Locatethedesiredpositionofthenextlowestshelf (A) andinsertthetaperedlocks (D)intothepoles.
b.Slidetheshelf downfrom thetop of thepoles andontothe taperedlocks. Pushdownoneachshelfcorner, ensuring theshelfisinafully
lockedposition.

4.LevelerAdjustment
a.Moveassembledunit totheselectedroom location.
b.If required, adjustlevelers(H) toensurethe unitislevel.
Rotatingthelevelerscounter clockwiseraises thepoles.
6.StackAnotherUnitOnTopas 6ShelfWireShelvingRack (Optional)
a.Removethepolecap (E)from topof thetoppole(B) of the first unit.
c. Removefeet leveler(H) and screwpoleinsert (G)from bottom ofbottom pole(C) of secondunit.
d.Screw poleconnector(I)intotop polesoffirst unit and bottom polesof secondunit.
e.Followsteps 1thru4inthe assemblyinstructiontoassembleunit as6shelf wireshelving rack.
Warning:Onlyoneunit canbestackedon topof anotherunit.
Stackingmorethanoneunit will cause therack totipover.
Warning:Eachshelfholdsupto250lbsevenlydistributed.
Donotoverload.
