■When the appliance is not in use, unplug it from the electrical outlet. Before cleaning,
removing parts and putting parts back in place, always ensure the countertop oven is
switched off, unplugged and has properly cooled down.
■To protect against electric shock, do not immerse the cord, plug, or any parts of the
oven in water or other liquids.
■If the cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or a
similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
■Do not use this appliance outdoors. This appliance is intended for household use only
and is not meant for commercial or industrial use. Using this appliance for anything other
than its intended purpose will void the warranty.
■Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used near children to avoid injury.
■Do not place the appliance on or near a hot gas, electrical burner or hot oven.
■Oven gloves must be worn when removing items containing hot oil or other liquids.
■In the event of food flare-up, keep the door closed and unplug the appliance.
■To disconnect the appliance, grasp the plug and remove it from the outlet. Do not pull it
by the cord.
■Do not place the appliance near curtains, draperies, walls or any flammable materials
when it is in use. A minimum distance of 25cm must be allowed all around the appliance
away from any walls or other surfaces for safety and ventilation. Insufficient ventilation
may result in a fire or other damage to the oven.
■Do not spray water on the glass window while it is still hot, as this may crack the glass.
■Do not leave the hotplate ‘ON’ with nothing cooking on it, except for pre-heating
(maximum three minutes).
■When the appliance is not in use, never store any items other than the manufacturer’s
recommended accessories inside it.
■Never store objects containing liquids (such as vases) on the oven, as this is a serious
fire hazard. Should liquid enter the casing of the appliance, have it repaired immediately
by appropriately qualified personnel.
■Never operate the appliance in the presence of explosive or flammable fumes.
■This appliance is not intended for use by persons with reduced physical, sensory
or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they are under
supervision. Children should not play with the appliance.
■This appliance has been designed for use in households and similar environments,
including (but not limited to) areas such as staff kitchens in shops and offices, hotel and

Instructions for use
■Before using the oven for the first time, remove all packaging material and accessories
from the oven. Clean the appliance and all accessories to remove any dust or residual
traces of grease used during the manufacturing process. Allow the appliance to dry
completely before switching it on. It is recommended that the oven is switched on to the
highest setting for 20 minutes with the oven door open but without any food inside. It
may give off a slight odour or smoke at first. Do not be alarmed, this is normal and will
vanish after a while.

Hot plate operation
The hot plate wattages are as follows: 800W left, 600W middle, 600W right.
■Turn the desired control knob to the required temperature setting. The knob is marked
MIN-MAX, with MIN representing the lowest temperature setting and MAX representing
the highest setting.
■Never leave the hot plate ON without a pot or pan on it as this will cause excessive heat
build up, and may damage the oven.
■The hot plates can be operated separately or in conjunction with the oven. However, we
recommend that only one hot plate is operated along with the oven to avoid causing an
overload on your home’s circuit breaker.
Operating the oven
■The oven’s wattage is 1600W (plus 2000W for the hot plates = 3600W). Set the oven to
the desired temperature, between 100 °C and 250 °C. The switches at the bottom of
the control panel are used to select either the grill or bake elements, or both elements
simultaneously.
Note: The oven’s temperature is not controlled by a thermostat, but rather regulated by
a simmer switch. As a result, the indicator light will switch on and off as the switch cycles,
but this does not indicate that the oven is at the correct temperature. We recommended
setting the oven to 250 °C to heat the oven quickly, then readjusting the temperature to
the desired setting.
Cleaning and maintenance
Before cleaning any parts of the oven, always ensure that it is off, unplugged and has
completely cooled down. Always dry the oven properly after cleaning.
■Clean the glass door with a soft cloth and soapy water. Dry thoroughly before use. Do
not use a spray-on glass cleaner. Do not clean when hot.
■Wipe the interior and exterior with a damp cloth or soft sponge.
■Wash the baking rack and the baking tray in soapy water with a mild detergent and a
soft sponge.
■Do not use a steel wool pad, a metal brush, a harsh chemical oven cleaner or any
abrasive materials when cleaning the oven.
Note: Never immerse the oven in water or any other liquid.
