ConnectPower
1. Connect the AC Power Adapter cable into the DC
Jack on the back-side of the Ovale™ Wireless
Docking Speaker.
2. Plug the AC Power Adapter into an available AC
Electrical Outlet.
3. Press the Button to turn ON the Ovale™
Wireless Docking Speaker. The LED Display Screen
will switch ON.

IMPORTANT:UnplugtheACPowerAdaptertocompletely
switchoffthespeakerandClockDisplayScreen.AllClock,
AlarmClockandRadioStationPresetChannelswillbe
forgottenandmustberesetuponreconnectingthepowerto
thespeaker.

TheOvale™canswitchtoStandbyModeautomaticallyaftera
setperiodoftime.
1. PresstheSLEEPButtonrepeatedlyontheRemote
ControltoselectaperiodoftimebeforetheOvale™
switchestoStandbyMode.Choosefrom90,60,30
or15minutes.
2. AfterchoosingtheSleepModetime,theLEDDisplay
Screenwilldisplay‘.'onthetop‐leftcorner.This
indicatesthattheSleepTimerisactivatedandthe
Ovale™willautomaticallyswitchtoaStandbymode
withinthesetperiodoftime.
IMPORTANT:AftertheOvale™switchestoStandbyMode,
theSleepTimerisdeactivatedandmustberesetagainthe
nexttimeyouwishtosetsSleepTimer.

“P02”to“P20”.“P01”represents“PresetProgram1”and
“P02”represents“PresetProgram2”andsoon.
2. Pressthe▲or▼ButtonontheRemoteControlto
selectthePresetProgramnumberthatyouwanttopreset
aradiostationfor(from1to20).
3. PresstheButtonontheRemote
ControltoselecttheFMradiostationthatyouwishto
presetinthechosenPresetProgramthatyouchosein

4. Whenyouhavereachedthepreferredstation,pressthe
PROGButtononce.Thiswillautomaticallyprogramthat
radiostationinthechosenPresetProgram.
5. RepeatSteps1to5foranyotherradiostationsyouwant
topreset.Youcanpresetupto20radiostations.
6. Tooverwriteaprogrammedradiostation,simplystore
anotherradiostationintheparticularPresetProgram
youwishtoreplace,usingSteps1to5above.

startplayingfromthelastplayedmusictrackfromyour
iPod/iPhone/iPad.Ifyouwishtowakeuptosongsfroma
selectedplaylist,youneedtocreateanewplaylistusing
iTunesandcopythesongtracksthatyouwishtosetasyour
alarmmusicplaylist.
GentleWake
EachalarmtypeissettoactivatewithGentleWake.Gentle
Wakemeanseachalarmwillgraduallyincreaseinvolume,
foramorecomfortablestarttoyourday.
IfyouhaveselectedtheTUN(FMRadio)or
iPod(iPod/iPhone/iPadplaylist)alarmtypes,
theradio/musicalarmvolumewillgradually
increaseinafewsecondsofalarmactivation.
IfyouhaveselectedtheBuzzeralarmtype,the
buzzerbeepsoundwillincreaseinvolume
after2~3seconds.
AlarmSnoozeMode/AlarmStopMode
Whenthealarmisactivated,youcanpressthe Button
ontheOvale™mainunitorthe“SNOOZE”Buttononthe
RemoteControlatanytimetoactivatetheSnoozeMode.In
SnoozeMode,thealarmwillswitchofftemporarilyforabout
7minutes.After7minutes,thealarmwillreactivateagain.
Tostopthealarmforthecurrentalarmsession,pressthe
Buttonforover3seconds.Thiswillswitchoffthealarm
until24hourslater,oruntilthenextsetalarmtime.
IMPORTANT:Thealarmstopsbutthealarmsettingsremain
andsothealarmwillreactivateafter24hours,oruntilthe
nextsetalarmtime.YoumustdeactivatetheAlarmby
pressingtheALARMButtonontheRemoteControltoswitch
offtheAlarmindicatorlightontheLEDDisplayPanelinorder
tocompletelydeactivatethealarm,tostopthealarmfrom
reactivatingagain.
REPLACINGTHEREMOTECONTROLBATTERY
TheRemoteControlispoweredby1xCR2025ButtonCell
Battery.WhenthepowerhasbeenusedupintheRemote
ControlBattery,youmayreplacethebatterybyfollowing
theseinstructions:
1. LocatetheBatteryDoorlocatedontheRemote
Control.
2. ThereisaLock/HingemechanismontheBattery
Doortosecureitfromopeningwhileusingthe
RemoteControl.ToopentheBatteryDoorLock,use
onefingertopushtheHingefromRighttoLeftside.
3. WhilepushingthisHinge,useyourfingerfromthe
otherhandtoslidetheBatteryDooroutofthe
RemoteControlbody.
4. TheBatteryDoorshouldslideouteasilytoexpose
theBatteryTrayholdingtheCR2025Battery.
5. RemovetheoldBatteryandreplacewithanew
CR2025Battery.Makesuretoinsertthebatterywith
thecorrectpolaritybyobservingthepolarity
instructionsontheRemoteControl.
6. WhenthenewBatteryhasbeeninsertedcorrectly
intotheBatteryTray,slidetheBatteryDoorback
intotheRemoteControlbodyuntilitislockedback
intoplace.
