The HP USB Power Sync Travel Kit provides
synchronization with your computer while offering safe
and convenient charging three different ways.
1) The USB Sync Charger charges your handheld while
it synchronizes data between your handheld and
personal computer.
2) The USB Cigarette Lighter Adapter allows you to
convert the Sync Charger into a car charger—just plug
the Sync Charger’s USB connector into the Adapter’s
USB port.
3) The USB AC Adapter works with the Sync Charger
to provide a flexible solution, allowing you to charge
from virtually any AC wall plug. HP includes US,
United Kingdom, European Union, and Australian plug
adapters for use abroad.

II.Connecting the USB Sync Charger
to a Personal Computer
• Plug the Sync Charger’s USB connector into an
available USB port on a desktop or laptop computer.
• Plug the other end of the Sync Charger into the
AutoSync connector at the base of the handheld. Be
sure that the word “PUSH” is facing up. The handheld
will start to charge instantly.
• For information about synchronizing your handheld,
please refer to the user guide included with your
handheld.

• Plug the Sync Charger’s USB connector into the USB
receptacle in the Cigarette Lighter Adapter included
with the HP Travel Kit.
• Insert the Adapter in the automobile’s 12V power
socket (the cigarette lighter socket) until it is firmly
seated.
• Plug the other end of the Sync Charger into the
AutoSync connector at the base of the handheld. Be
sure that the word “PUSH” is facing up. The Sync
Charger will snap into place. The handheld will start to
charge instantly.
Note: For best results, do not start your vehicle while the
handheld is connected to the 12V power socket.

IV. Connecting to the USB AC Adapter
• Attach the selected plug adapter to the base of the
USB AC Adapter. It will slide on and snap into place.
• Plug the Sync Charger’s USB connector into the USB
receptacle in the AC Adapter.
• Plug the AC Adapter into an AC wall socket.
• Plug the other end of the Sync Charger into the
AutoSync connector at the base of the handheld. Be
sure that the word “PUSH” is facing up. The Sync
Charger will snap into place. The handheld will start to
charge instantly.

• To remove the plug adapter press the button A and
gently slide forward the plug adapter B.

Le Kit de voyage Power Sync USB de HP assure la
synchronisation avec votre ordinateur tout en permettant le
chargement sûr et pratique de trois façons différentes.
1) Le chargeur Sync USB charge votre terminal de poche
pendant qu’il effectue la synchronisation des données
entre le terminal et votre PC.
2) L’adaptateur pour allume-cigarettes USB vous permet
de transformer le chargeur Sync en chargeur de
voiture. Il vous suffit de brancher le connecteur USB

3) L’adaptateur c.a. USB fonctionne avec le chargeur

II. Branchement du chargeur Sync USB sur un PC
• Branchez le connecteur USB du chargeur Sync
sur un port USB libre de votre ordinateur de
bureau ou portable.
• Branchez l’autre extrémité du chargeur Sync sur
le connecteur AutoSync à la base du terminal de
poche. Assurez-vous que le mot « PUSH » est
placé vers le haut. Le terminal débute le chargement
instantanément.
• Pour obtenir des informations sur la synchronisation
de votre terminal, reportez-vous au guide de
l’utilisateur fourni avec votre terminal.

• Insérez l’adaptateur dans la prise 12-V du véhicule
(prise de l’allume-cigarettes) jusqu’à ce qu’il soit bien
en place.
• Branchez l’autre extrémité du chargeur Sync sur le
connecteur AutoSync à la base du terminal de poche.
Assurez-vous que le mot «-PUSH-» est placé vers
le haut. Le chargeur Sync s’enclenche. Le terminal
débute le chargement instantanément.
Remarque-: Pour de meilleurs résultats, n’allumez pas votre
véhicule tant que le terminal de poche est connecté à la
prise 12-V.

• Reliez l’adaptateur de prise voulu à la base de
l’adaptateur de courant USB. Il s’enclenche pour se
mettre en place.
• Branchez le connecteur USB du chargeur Sync sur la
prise USB de l’adaptateur de courant.
• Branchez l’adaptateur de courant sur une prise
murale secteur.
• Branchez l’autre extrémité du chargeur Sync sur le
connecteur AutoSync à la base du terminal de poche.

Das HP USB Reise-Sync/Netzgerät synchronisiert Ihren
Handheld mit dem Computer und bietet drei sichere und
praktische Möglichkeiten zum Laden des Handhelds.
1) Das USB Sync-Ladegerät lädt Ihr Handheld während
der Synchronisierung der Daten mit Ihrem Computer.
2) Der USB-Zigarettenanzünder-Adapter macht aus dem
Sync-Ladegerät ein Kfz-Ladegerät. Sie müssen nur
den USB-Stecker des Sync-Ladegeräts in die USB-
