Assembly Instructions for Cabinet D Wide Hanging Cabinet

Step1.Install all hardware on both cabinet sides UP-1 and UP-3. HW-10 2 ea. Hinge Plates per side.
Step 2. Install all connecting posts HW-1 on both cabinet sides UP-1 and UP-3 Four per side.
Step 3. Making a U Shape Assembly with Both Sides and Back. Bring back UP-4 in front of sides UP-1 & UP-3
and align connecting posts with back side of connectors at back of cabinet back, twist screw in plastic
connector clockwise until connector stops turning, it should be secure.
Step 4. Place U Shape Assembly on bottom. Install all connecting posts HW-1 on cabinet top UP-5 and bottom
UP-2. The underside has the plastic cam visible with access to screw. Bring cabinet Top UP-5 to U shape
assembly and align connecting posts. Secure the plastic connector by twisting the connector clockwise until
connector stops. Bring cabinet bottom UP-2 above connecting posts at sides, align and bring bottom over posts
and secure by twisting the plastic connector clockwise until connector stops turning. Tighten plastic connector
at back of back that will secure the bottom to the back.
Step 5. Install shelf UP-6 by placing shelf pins HW-8 in cabinet side and lowering shelf on pins
Step 6. Install hinges HW- 11 on Doors UP-7 using screws HW-5.To Install door on cabinet, align hinge where
the hook part at the inside of the hinge aligns with the pin at the front edge of hinge. Press the hinge at the
back to secure the hinge on the mounting plate. You will hear the hinge lock into place and the back lever will
move to secure the back edge of the hinge.
Step 7. Install Handles HW-12 to door using screws HW-6
