Reset button. To restart the device, hold down the reset button (less than 3s). To restore
the device to factory settings, hold down the reset button for at least 3s while the
device is running.
Restoring the factory configuration will result in the loss of the user's account
information and some of the configuration information. Please exercise caution.

SD card slot. This device supports class 10 or higher Micro SD card. You must power of
the device to replace a Micro SD card. Otherwise, system exceptions may occur. When
a Micro SD card is used for the first time, log in to the web client of the device and
format the Micro SD card. For details, see the Configuration Guide.
SD卡卡槽，支持Micro SD卡（Class 10及以上）。请在设备断电的情况下插拔SD卡，否则

2Thread the cables that need to connect to the pigtail cables of the PTZ dome camera through the pole mount
and wall mount. Then use the hose clamps to affix the pole mount to the pole.
将需要与球机尾线对接的线缆穿过抱装支架和壁装支架。将抱箍环绕在柱杆上，拧紧抱箍，将抱装支架固定在柱杆上。

Use a 2# Phillips screwdriver to remove the bottom cover, insert the SD card.
使用 2# 十字螺丝刀将球机下盖卸下，插入 SD 卡。
Do not attempt to remove the PTZ dome camera yourself. Do not remove the protective film from lens before
installation is complete.The related pole, ceiling, wall and brackets must be capable of bearing more than 30 Kg
weight. The installation must be stable and solid. Also, nearby magnetic field interference needs to be avoided.
禁止私自拆解球机，安装完成前切勿撕下镜头保护膜。安装此设备的立杆、天花板、墙壁和支架，需确保在承重30Kg时稳定
性较好，并确保各安装环境的牢固、可靠。同时，应避免球机附近存在磁场干扰。
CAUTION/ 注意
Align the screw holes on the wall mount with the screw holes on the pole mount, and use the M8 screws to
secure the bracket.
将壁装支架上的螺孔与抱装支架上相应的螺孔对齐，拧紧 M8 螺钉。

Open up the three hose clamps and thread them through the installation holes on the pole mount.
将 3 个喉箍拧开，穿过抱装支架的安装孔。 3

Use the mounting ear on one side of the PTZ dome camera to attach the device to the top cover. Use the safety
rope to connect the camera, and connect the external cables to the pigtail. After the pigtail has been connected,
close up the top and use the M6 hex key to tighten the three screws on the top cover of the camera.
首先将球机安全绳一端的卡扣挂到支架挂耳上，球机侧面的挂耳挂装到上盖的挂钩上；然后将线缆与球机的尾线连接；最
后用内六角扳手（M6 规格）拧紧球机上盖的三颗螺钉。
Align the top cover of the PTZ dome camera with the bracket, screw it into the bracket. Once it is screwed in,
use the M2.5 hex key to tighten the screw on the bracket and installation of the top cover is complete.
将球机上盖对准支架，然后旋转球机上盖，将上盖安装到支架上，最后用内六角扳手（M2.5 规格）拧紧支架上的紧定螺钉，
完成球机上盖的安装。

5The PTZ dome camera is delivered with a handle attached, to make it easier to pick up and carry the camera.
Please use the handle, not the pigtails, to carry the camera.
由于球机比较重，球机提手在出货的时候已经安装在球机上，便于施工时搬运球机；设备搬运的时候要求通过提手搬运，
不允许通过提尾线搬运设备。

• After the installation is complete, remove • the handle from the safety rope and ensure that the hex nuts
on the buckles are tightened. The actual handle and buckles may differ from the examples in this guide.
安装完毕后，取下安全绳上的提手；确认已经拧紧卡扣六角螺母。提手和卡扣以实际发货为准。
• After the installation, verify that the protective film on the lens has been removed. Remove the fixing
rubber strip from the camera body.

Remove washers, spring washers, and nuts from the
expansion bolts and thread the cables through the
wall mount. Put the four expansion bolts through
the four screw holes at the bottom of the wall
mount, replace the washers, spring washers, and
nuts on the expansion bolts, and tighten the nuts.
拧下膨胀螺栓上的平垫、弹垫和螺母。将需要与球机尾线
对接的线缆穿过壁装支架。将角装支架底座上的 4 个螺孔
套在相应的膨胀螺栓上，将平垫、弹垫和螺母套在膨胀螺

the screw holes on the pole mount, and fasten
them together using the M8 screws.

Place the mount in the desired installation position. Use a marker to mark the screw installation locations.
Select a drill bit with a diameter of 10 mm to drill holes with a depth of about 80 mm. Use a claw hammer to
install the expansion bolts into the holes. Then, screw off the flat washers, spring washers, and nuts from the
expansion bolts.
将支架放置于安装位置 , 使用记号笔绘制螺钉安装位置。再选择直径为 10mm 的钻头，钻取深约 80mm 的导孔。使用羊

Place the mount in the desired installation position.

H. Cables connection/ 连接线缆
Connect the ground cable to ground the device, and then connect the power cable. If crimp terminals are not
used, the wire thickness cannot exceed 1.5 mm², and the length cannot exceed 25m. If crimp terminals are
used, the wire can be up to 0.75 mm² for a 15 m length of wiring, or up to 1.0 mm² if 20 m is required. Longer
wiring is not supported. The ground impedance cannot exceed 5 ohms.
连接电源线和接地线。接裸线最大支持 1.5mm²（长度最大支持 25m）电源线，配压线端子支持 0.75mm²（长度最大支
持 15m）或 1.0mm²（长度最大支持 20m）电源线。接地线要求阻抗≤ 5Ω。
Connect the video cable.
连接视频线缆。
CAUTION/ 注意
• In areas prone to lightning strikes, the lightning arrester must be installed and grounded.
在易受雷击的区域，必须安装避雷器，避雷器必须接地。
• Strong and weak current cables must be kept at least 5 cm apart from each other. When connecting cables to
the device, take care to avoid connecting strong current cables to weak current interfaces or you may damage
your device.
强电和弱电必须分开布线，两者间的距离不小于 5cm。线缆与设备连接时，禁止将强电接到弱电接口上，以免造成设备损坏。
• Wrap all pigtail cables in insulated, waterproof, rubber tape to prevent short circuits or water damage. Cutting
off the pigtail cables will void your warranty.
请务必使用绝缘胶带和防水胶带对所有尾线和球机上盖连接处进行绝缘和防水处理，以免造成短路和漏水。若剪断尾线，则
无法维保。
Connect the network cable. Before assembling the RJ45 connector, mount the rubber O-ring for the waterproof
connector onto the network cable port and install the remaining components of the waterproof connector in
the sequence shown below. The waterproof connectors of the network cable must be secured tightly or they
may come loose later.
连接网线。制作水晶头前，请先将网线防水接头的水晶头侧部件按如图所示顺序组装。网线防水接头部件中的细橡皮圈套
在网线接口外，再将剩余部件按如图所示顺序安装。网线防水接头务必拧紧到位，否则会有脱落风险。

Connect the alarm cable and RS485 cable. It is recommended that
twisted pair cables be used as alarm cables. The cable core must
be from 22 AWG to 28 AWG. The impedance of the entire cable
cannot exceed 100 ohms.
连接告警线缆、RS485 线缆。告警线缆建议使用双绞线，线芯的线径为
22AWG ～ 28AWG，整条线路的阻抗≤ 100Ω。

6Wrap one layer of insulation tape around each cable joint.
Stretch the waterproofing tape evenly to twice its original
length. Then apply it for three layers from bottom to top,
from top to bottom, and from bottom to top again.
用绝缘胶带缠绕每条线缆对接处，缠绕一层。均匀拉伸防水胶带，
使其长度为原长度的 2 倍。再采用由下至上，由上至下，再由下
至上的处理方式缠绕三层。
Apply three layers of insulation tape. Then,
use cable ties to secure the both ends.
用绝缘胶带缠绕三层。最后用扎线带绑扎上下两端。
Cover the rest of the cabling in a conduit or with
protective waterproof rubber tape. Make a drip loop
as shown below to create an artificial lowest point of
the cable.
使用防护皮管或者防水胶带，包住线缆其他部分，并制作
滴水弯。滴水弯呈倒 Ω 型，形成线缆的最低点。

•Waterproof and insulate all cables including power
cables, network cables, and unused pigtails.
•Before that, check the cabling and ensure that the
camera runs normally to avoid reworkings.
•The waterproof tape must cover the cable bundle
from the insulation sheath all the way to the cable
conduit (for example, a PVC tube). The tape must be
wrapped tightly and there must be no gaps in the
coverage or water will leak in.
• 电源线、网线等所有的线缆，包括未使用的尾线都需要
做防水绝缘处理。
• 做绝缘防水处理前请检查线缆是否接好并可正常工作，
避免二次返工。
• 防水胶带务必从线缆束绝缘外皮开始缠绕至防护皮管（如

Login name

User name used to register the camera with the video surveillance platform. The value of this
parameter is in the login name@domain name format. The login name indicates the device ID. The
domain name consists of 10 digits.

Password

Password used to register the camera with the video surveillance platform. This password must be
the same as the registration password configured on the video surveillance platform.

Open your browser, enter the IPC IP address, and press Enter. The IP address can be set automatically via
DHCP, or a static IP address can be used (default: 192.168.0.120). To directly log in to the IPC using a PC,
ensure that the PC is in the same network segment as the IPC.
当通过 PC 机直连访问 IPC 时，请保证 PC 机 IP 地址和摄像机 IP 地址在同一网段 。在 Internet Explorer 地址栏里输
入摄像机的 IP 地址，IP 地址可以手动进行设置（默认为 192.168.0.120），按“Enter”键。当网络中有 DHCP 服务
器时 ,IPC 可以通过 DHCP 服务器自动获取 IP 地址。
Enter the user name and password. The default user name and password are admin and HuaWei123
输入用户名和密码。默认用户名为管理员用户“admin”，默认密码为“HuaWei123”。
Click Login .
单击“登录”。
For security reasons, change the password when logging in to the system as the admin user for the first
time.
首次使用 admin 用户登录时，请务必修改密码，以免造成安全隐患。

Network Settings/ 配置基本网络参数
Log in to the web client as the administrator.
以管理员用户登录 Web 客户端。
Choose Settings > Network , you can set basic network parameters.
选择“高级配置 > 网络”，可以配置网络的基本参数。

Basic IPC Settings/ 配置摄像机基本参数
Log in to the web client as the administrator.
以管理员用户登录 Web 客户端。
Choose Preview> Network/Time , you can set IP address and time parameters.
选择“预览配置 > 网络 / 时间“，可以配置摄像机的 IP 地址和时间信息。
Choose Preview > Common , you can set ISP , Video and OSD parameters.
选择“预览配置 > 常用参数“，可以配置摄像机基本的图像参数、视频流参数和 OSD 参数。
Choose Settings > System >Visiable Area > Position Information, and click Magnetic calibration.
Before calibration, please make sure the camera is perpendicular to the ground. The result of calibration is
supported by power-off memory, so this calibration is only needed for the camera's initial bootup. Magnetic
calibration will only need to be repeated if there are significant changes in the magnetic field surrounding
the camera, or if the camera orientation changes too significantly.
选择“高级配置 > 系统配置 > 可视区域信息 > 设备位置信息”，点击“磁力校准”，完成地磁校准。校准前，确保
球机已垂直安装稳固。校准结果支持掉电记忆，仅需在首次安装后进行手动校准。当设备安装环境出现明显磁场变化

Q : What can I do if the dome camera cannot perform self-check after being powered on?
A : Check whether the power cable is loose. If the power cable is loose, reconnect the power cable.
问：球机上电后不会自检？

Q : After you enter the IPC IP address in the address box and press Enter, the Internet Explorer displays "There
is a problem with this website's security certificate."
A : Click Continue to this web (not recommended) to continue browsing this website. Then, install the root
certificate or upload your own certificate. For details, see Configuration Guide.
问：在 IE 浏览器中输入设备 IP 地址后，网页显示“此网站的安全证书有问题”？
答：单击“继续浏览此网站（不推荐）”，继续访问设备 Web 页面 , 然后安装根证书或上传用户自己的证书文件，具体操

Q : When the root certificate is downloaded, the Internet Explorer displayed "There is a problem with this
website's security certificate", Click "Continue to this website(not recommended)" to access the login page,
the Certificate Error is displayed in the address box.
A : Choose Settings > System > Configuration Management > Certificate Management , upload a valid
certificate. After the certificate is uploaded, restart the browser.
问：根证书下载安装完成后，IE 仍提示“此网站的安全证书有问题”，单击“继续浏览此网站（不推荐）”进入登录页面后，
地址栏中出现“证书错误”提示。

Q : What can I do if I forgot the password of the admin user?
A : Use an account with the administrator rights to log in to the web page, choose Maintain > Device Reset
> Device Operation, and click Restore or hold down the Reset button for at least 3s to restore the camera
to factory defaults.
问：忘记 admin 用户的密码？
答：使用其他拥有管理员权限的帐号登录 Web 页面，选择“维护 > 设备重置 > 设备操作“，单击”恢复默认配置“后恢
复系统默认配置，或者长按 Reset 键 3s 以上恢复系统默认配置。
Q : The message "Heating..." is displayed while the live video can be properly viewed.
A : If the IPC is started in low-temperature environment, the IPC may enter the low-temperature protection
mode. In this case, the message "Heating..." will be displayed on the live video. When the temperature of
the IPC rises, the message will disappear.
问：Web 实况出现“Heating...”字样，而图像画面可以显示实况。。
答：在低温环境下启动 IPC，设备有可能会进入低温保护模式，实况页面带有“Heating...”字样，等 IPC 温度上升后，
Heating...”字样会消失。
