FITTING JACKING FEET AND CASTORS
Step 1
If Jacking feet and Castors are required it is advised that
they are fitted prior to assembling the frame.

Step 2
Fit the 2 stiffening blocks.
The 10mm block on the bottom (orange arrow) and the
5mm block on the top (blue arrow) secure using 2x M6
universal screws
Next screw in the jacking foot so that it is below the castor
level allowing the castor to roll freely when the cabinet is
assembled.
Step 3
Push the castor bolt through the hole in the mounting plate
and secure using the M12 nut and washer.
Repeat for all remaining castors.

MAIN FRAME ASSEMBLY (CENTRE POST ARRANGEMENT)
Step 4
Base Frame
Fit the pre-assembled base frame to the 4
Vertical aluminium extrusions (Posts) using
4 off M8X95mm Taptite Screws supplied.
Butt 2 of the posts together and position
them centrally with the dual groove inner-
most.
Step 5
Top Frame
Fit the pre-assembled top frame to the 4
Vertical aluminium extrusions (Posts) using
4 off M8X95mm Taptite Screws supplied.

MAIN FRAME ASSEMBLY (4 POST ARRANGEMENT)
Step 6
Base Frame
Fit the pre-assembled base frame to the 4
Vertical aluminium extrusions (Posts) using 4
off M8X95mm Taptite Screws supplied. Ar-
ranging the posts in each corner with the dual
groove innermost.
Step 7
Top Frame
Fit the pre-assembled top frame to the 4
Vertical aluminium extrusions (Posts) using 4
off M8X95mm Taptite Screws supplied

MAIN FRAME ASSEMBLY (OFFSET POST ARRANGEMENT)
Step 8
Base Frame
Fit the pre-assembled base frame to the 4
Vertical aluminium extrusions (Posts) using 4
off M8X95mm Taptite Screws supplied. Fit 2
posts in either corner (These will form the rear
of the cabinet upon completion see red ar-
row). Fit 2 posts in the mid position using the
hole furthest away from the previously fitted
rear posts (blue arrow).
Note adapter channels removed for clarity
Step 9
Top Frame
Fit the pre-assembled top frame to the 4
Vertical aluminium extrusions (Posts) using 4
off M8X95mm Taptite Screws supplied.

19″VERTICAL MOUNTING RAIL FITTING (600 WIDE CABINETS)
Step 10
When fitting the Vertical Mounting Rails
(VMR) within a 600 wide cabinet it is neces-
sary to bolt them straight to the side extru-
sions which is fitted with graduated tapes.
Fit 1xM6 Slide nut into groove nearest gradu-
ated tape (Slide nuts can be fitted without the
need to remove the end cover’s)
Step 11
Position the VMR distance notch so that that it
reads approx.128mm on the graduated tape.
Now take one of the adjustable handles +
2xM6 washers and screw into place (Note
that it is necessary to push in the red button
or pull back the handle to disengage the in-
ternal spline thus allowing free rotation of the
handle which will allow the thread to be
screwed in.

19″VERTICAL MOUNTING RAIL FITTING (800 WIDE CABINETS)
Step 12
When fitting the Vertical Mounting Rails
(VMR) within a 800 wide cabinet it may be
necessary (if not already fitted) to first fit 4 x
VMR support channels 2 on the top frame 2
on the bottom frame by bolting them straight
to the side extrusions which is fitted with
graduated tapes fitted.
Step 13
Fit 1xM6 Slide nut into groove nearest gradu-
ated tape (Slide nuts can be fitted without the
need to remove the end cover’s).
Offer up the VMR support channel making
sure that the position notch is pointing at the
desired distance from the front and rear
(128mm approx.) Note the Channel support
has 2 slots these need to be facing outwards
(see arrows).
Now take one of the adjustable handles +
2xM6 washers and screw into place (note that
it is necessary to push in the red button or pull
back the handle to disengage the internal
spline thus allowing free rotation of the handle
which will allow the thread to be screwed in.

Step 14
Now fit the 4 x VMR’s using 2x M6 universal
screws + 2x serrated flange nuts (top and
bottom)
NOTE Position of front screw shown on the
left rail this will set the rails up in the 19” con-
figuration
SIDE PANEL HINGE BUSH FITTING
Step 15
Should the side panel bushes need to be
Fitted they will need arranging as shown and
screwed down with M5x10 Pozi drive screws
Step 16
For centre post arrangements the single hole
bush indicated with the blue arrow is orientat-
ed with the slotted hole facing outermost as
indicated by the yellow arrows with leading
edge touching the extrusion cap

Step 17
For four post arrangements the single hole
bushes indicated by the blue arrow are fitted
in the centre of the side extrusion equi-distant
from the ends with the slotted holes facing
innermost.
Step 18
For the offset post arrangement the bushes
follow an alternating pattern as shown by the
arrows. With the single hole bushes facing
forward as indicated by the yellow arrow.
SIDE PANEL FITTING
Step 19
When fitting the side panels it is necessary to
first pull the hinge pins back and lock them off
on the notch provided

Step 20
Now offer up the panel so that the pins line up
with the side panel bush holes and release
the pin. The pins should slide into the hole
allowing it to swing
Step 21
Swing the panel into its final location with the
remaining pins over the holes in the side pan-
el bushes and release the pins.
The panel should now be fixed in place
Step 22
Repeat for all remaining side panels
