Safety and Caution
Information
Temperature
This device is intended for use in ambient temperatures between 0 °C and
35 °C (32 °F and 95 °F). Avoid using or storing next to heat sources, in
direct sunlight, or outside the intended temperature ranges.
Modify
Modication to thermal solution, device components or enclosure shall
violate regulatory compliance requirements and may induce safety hazards.
User Instructions
The USB Adapter is made to easily connect an Ethernet device to a host
computer using USB-C. The USB Adapter can also provide 37-57V DC
power to a connected Ethernet device. The USB Adapter can be powered
with AC adapter and USB C 5V DC.
Installation
Connect the Ethernet device and the USB Adapter using minimum a Cat5e
rated Ethernet cable. Further connect the USB Adapter to a USB host and
also connect the external power adapter to USB Adapter that included in
the package.
The status LED will light up after the unit has booted. The LED will be red
until the unit is ready to stream video from a connected network camera.
When streaming is ready, the LED will turn white.
A wall mount bracket with double sided tape is included. To install the
bracket, remove the tape liner and place the bracket in a suitable position,
not higher than 2m, and on a clean smooth surface.

Attach the USB Adapter to the wall mount bracket and ensure that the unit
is properly locked in position around the mounting plate. Magnetic surfaces
can generally be used to mount the USB Adapter. Optionally, place the
Adapter directly on any horizontal surface.
The wall bracket is designed to hold the Huddly USB Adapter only. It should
not be used as support for any additional weight.
Power
Input
Minimum requirements:
USB Vbus 5V >0.5A
The USB Adapter will enable Power over Ethernet functionality when
the following input requirements are met.
USB host 5V 3A, and
external DC adapter 5V 4A
Use only the included Cincon TRE25R050-35G02 VI or CUI SMM30-5-
RV-C AC/DC adapter. Other AC/DC adapters are not supported.
Output
Voltage range: 48V DC Maximum current: 0.35A
Recycling
At the end of life for this product, local rules and regulations shall be
followed. This product is ment to be recycled, and if applicable and/or
possible, should be handed in to a collection point for recycling purposes.

European Union
EMC Directive conformance statement
This product, a Class A product, has been tested and found
to comply with the limits for Class A equipment in accordance
with European directives and harmonised standards. The
limits for Class A equipment were derived for mainly non-
residential environments to provide reasonable protection
against interference with licensed communication equipment.
Notice: In a domestic environment this product may cause radio interference,
in which case the user may be required to take adequate measures to
correct the interference.
Recycling of waste electronic equipment
In the European Union, this symbol indicates that this product
must not be disposed of with household waste. It is your
responsibility to hand it over to a designated collection point
for the recycling of waste electronic equipment. For more
information, please contact your local waste collection center
or the point of purchase of this product.

This product carries the cNus safety mark in accordance with
the requirements of the applicable standards for Canada and
the United States of America.
FCC compliance statement
This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation
is subject to the following two conditions:

this device may not cause harmful interference, and
2. this device must accept any interference received,
including interference that may cause undesired
operation.
Note: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for
a Class A digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits
are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference
when the equipment is operated in a commercial environment.
This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy
and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instruction manual,
may cause harmful interference to radio communications.
Changes or modications to the equipment not expressly approved by the
party responsible for compliance could void the user’s authority to operate
the equipment.
