4 Person Near Infrared Sauna
Assembly Instructions
INTRODUCTION:
Firstly, thank you for purchasing one our lovely saunas, we’re sure you’re going to
love the benefits of Near Infrared in our sauna for many years to come. The
following is a brief guide on how to assemble the sauna.
Note: Many parts of the sauna are heavy and so two strong people are
recommended to assemble the sauna.

Unpacking the sauna
Carefully unpack the sauna parts from the boxes and lean the sauna sides, back
and front walls against the wall in the area where the sauna is going to be
assembled.
IMPORTANT: When lifting the glass front wall use extreme caution to ensure the
glass door doesn’t swing open, lean the glass front wall over slightly to ensure the
door remains closed during unpacking and during fitment to the sauna (having
someone available to ensure the door doesn’t open during handling is also
worthwhile if possible)
3
2Locate the sauna base and sit on the floor in the final location the sauna is
intended to be located. Place the word "REAR" on the base toward the rear
wall. Place the rear wall of the sauna near the sauna base and lean against
the wall as shown below (note the cables should be positioned at the top)
Place the bottom of the rear wall up onto the base and locate centrally.
Have someone hold the rear wall in place.

Repeat per step 4 above for the other wall, making sure to carefully align
and engage the alignment groove on the corresponding wall sections and
clip all clips up fully
5
4Place one of the side walls onto the base and up against the rear wall as
shown below, carefully align the corners and aligning grooves on both wall
sections and clip together (please note if the clips don’t close fully then the
wall is not correctly aligned – start at the top and work down as it’s easier to
align the top clips first) All clips must be latched before starting on another
wall. Note: the cables should be located at the top of the side walls and the
heater on the side wall located as shown below

6Fit the vertical seat member as shown below with the heater facing out
and face the word UP towards the top. The side walls need to be slightly
spread apart to do this. Keep the walls spread apart for the next step
Plug in the lower heater wires as shown above before fitting the seat top

8Fit the seat top while the side walls are still spread apart. Bring the side
walls together and align the seat top with the dressed edge to the front.
Fit 2 long screws provided to secure the seat top to the seat vertical
member
Carefully fit the glass front wall (refer to warning at step 1 regarding the
glass door opening during handling) with the side walls. Carefully align
the corners and clip all clips to the closed position.

10 Lift and fit the roof to the sauna. If the roof is a tight fit just unclip the upper
most wall clips until the roof sits down fully and then re-clip the top wall
clips. (The lights should be positioned to the front) ALL cables must be fed
from the sauna up through the corresponding holes in the roof and plugged
in as shown below

NOTES:
1. It is normal for our Near Infrared sauna to take around 15-20 minutes to obtain full heat
but the benefits from the Near Infrared light start as soon as the sauna is turned on so feel
free to hop in while it heats up. If you’d prefer you can wait for it to reach say 45-50
degrees before jumping in, the choice is yours.
2. When the temperature reaches 60 degrees the heaters and Near Infrared bulbs will turn
off, this is normal and they’ll turn back on when the temperature drops down to around
58-59 degrees (opening the door slightly at this point will help the temperature within the
sauna to drop slightly and the Near Infrared lights to come back on if this is preferred)
3. We also recommend you take a towel in to soak up your sweat as you’re enjoying your
sauna rather than waiting until you get out of the sauna. Sweat contains many of the
toxins you’ve sweated out and as soon as you step out of the sauna and cool down these
toxins begin to re-absorb into the pores of your skin – soak it up before you get out of the
sauna for maximum benefit!
4. Please operate the sauna per the operation instructions provided with the sauna and
per those posted on the sauna wall and stay hydrated at all times while using the sauna.
5. The sauna power consumption is ~2100 watts (2.1kW) so at the average price of power
of 21 cents / kW hr your sauna will only cost 44 cents per hour to operate so feel free to
use it as often as you like.
We thank you again and hope you enjoy your new Near Infrared Sauna!
Sincerely,
