■Whentheequipmentisinanopenposition,donotcover,blockorinanywayobstructthegapbetweenitandthe
powersupply.Properairconvectionisnecessarytokeepitfromoverheating.
■Arrangetheequipment'spowercordinsucha waythatotherswon'ttriporfalloverit.
■Ifyouareusinga powercordthatdidn'tshipwiththeequipment,ensurethatitisratedforthevoltageandcurrent
labeledontheequipment'selectricalratingslabel.Thevoltageratingonthecordshouldbehigherthantheonefisted
ontheequipment'sratingslabel.
■Observeallprecautionsandwarningsattachedtotheequipment.
■Ifyoudon'tintendonusingtheequipmentfora longtime,disconnectitfromthepoweroutlettopreventbeingdam
agedbytransientover-voltage.
■Keepallliquidsawayfromtheequipmenttominimizetheriskofaccidentalspillage.Liquidspilledontothepower
supplyoronotherhardwaremaycausedamage,fireorelectricalshock.
■Onlyqualifiedservicepersonnelshouldopenthechassis.Openingityourselfcoulddamagetheequipmentandinvali
dateitswarranty.
■Ifanypartoftheequipmentbecomesdamagedorstopsfunctioning,haveitcheckedbyqualifiedservicepersonnel.
