Attach the upper mounting bracket to the rack legs as shown using ¼”-20 x ½” cap screws and ¼” lock washers.
Ensure that the bracket is oriented so that the flange is at the top.
Additional legs and brackets can be added to receive the required number of boilers.

Attach the cross braces to the rack legs as shown using ¼”-20 x ½” cap screws & ¼” lock washers.

Secure the frame to the floor using anchor bolts (contractor supplied).

Attach the header brackets to the rack legs using 3/8”-16 x 2-½” cap screws & 3/8”-16 nuts.
Insert the bolts thru the top two holes as shown. The brackets must be attached to the correct side of the
leg, as shown, to allow clearance for the header pipe flange.

Install the U-bolt boots onto the headers. Place the header on the header brackets, lining up
the face of the header flange with the center of the leg.
Install the bottom U-clamps. Screw on the U-bolt nuts until snuge (finger tight). Do not
tighten completely until after all the boiler and external
system connections have been completed.

Install the upper header in the same way.
Header connections are parrallel to the floor.
Header connections are 45oto the floor.
