Set to your favorite audio tone with 4 switches.
Refer to the following Frequency response characteristics.
HIGH
OFF
Attenuates audio output frequencies of
approximately 800 Hz or higher (–3 dB/Oct).
CUT
Attenuates audio output frequencies of
approximately 400 Hz or higher (–3 dB/Oct).
When WIDE is pressed in, this switch is
disabled.
WIDE
No effect on high audio output frequencies.
LOW
OFF
No effect on low audio output frequencies.
CUT1
Attenuates audio output frequencies of
approximately 900 Hz or lower (–3 dB/Oct).
When CUT2 is pressed in, this switch is
disabled.
CUT2
Attenuates audio output frequencies of
approximately 2 kHz or lower (–3 dB/Oct).

PANEL DESCRIPTION
wAUDIO INPUT SELECTION SWITCH [INPUT A/B]
Push to select the [SPEAKER INPUT A] or [SPEAKER
INPUT B] jacks on the rear panel.

: Selects the [SPEAKER INPUT A] jack.
• : Selects the [SPEAKER INPUT B] jack.
eSPEAKER MUTE SWITCH [SPEAKER OFF]
Mutes the speaker or headphone audio output.
• : Outputs the audio.
• : Mutes the audio.
TIP : If no sound is heard from both the speaker and
headphones, conrm the [SPEAKER OFF] switch is
released.
rHEADPHONES JACK [PHONES] (6.35 mm: 1/4 in. (d))
Connect headphones (impedance: 4–32 Ω) to this
jack. The built-in speaker does not sound while the
[PHONES] jack is being used.
tAUDIO INPUT JACK (3.5 mm: 1/8 in. (d))
[SPEAKER INPUT A], [SPEAKER INPUT B]
Connect to a transceiver or a receiver’s external speaker
jack using the supplied audio cable.
The SP-41 can be connected to two transceivers or
receivers.
