Mode Switching
1. Press the mode buon to switch temperature display from Celsuis to Fahren-
heit
2. Long Press the mode buon to switch between 3 modes. “Bod” is for body
measurment. “Sur” is for Surface Measurement, and “Cou” is for Count Mode.
NOTE: Please ensure you are using “BODY MODE” for skin temperature read-
ings.
Status Descripon
1—Standby (Fig1) Red dots cycling along boom of display.
2—Insucient Power (Fig2) - The slashes, and the word “LO” displayed
3—Normal Reading (Fig3) - Temperature is displayed along with single
beep.
4—Above normal Reading (Fig4) - Temperature is displayed along with
mulple beeps and red ashing LED.

Important Notes
1. Skin temperature is typically lower than internal temperature. Do not expect
readings of 98.6 degrees.
2. If temperatures are rounely much lower than expected, please ensure the
unit is in “Body” mode, and not “Surface Mode”.
3. Avoid use in direct sunlight.
4. Metal, glasses, and long hair can aect temperature readings.
