Before Installation
-Transportation-
If the unit is tilted excessively, the compressor lubricant may flow from the compressor (or oil
separator) to the line system. Insufficient filling level may damage the compressor when the
refrigeration system is started. Keep vertical position while transporting the unit. During transportation,
the unit must not tilt more than 10° .

본 장비 내에는 압축기 윤활유가 내장된 장비입니다. 지나치게 장비를 기울여 운반할 경우 압축기(유분리기)
오일이 배관으로 유입되어 냉동 성능 이상 및 압축기 고장을 일으킬 수 있습니다. 장비는 반드시 수직상태

Quick Installation Guide(빠른 설치 가이드)
1. Recommended room condition (권장 장소)
a. Recommended room temperature: between 5℃and 28℃. If the room temperature is over
30℃, please ensure that suitable air-conditioning is provided.
b. Make sure the floor is level and even.
c. Make sure the condenser grille is not blocked. (Adequate air circulation is required)
d. Install the two spacer pins on the back of the freezer to allow heat dispersion behind the
freezer (15 cm in back). And Allow enough clearance so that door can swing open at least 110
degrees. (Minimum 20cm)
a. 권장 대기 온도: 5℃~ 28℃만약 실온이 30℃보다 높으면, 적절한 냉난방시설이 갖추어
지기를 권장합니다.
b. 바닥은 수평이고, 평평한 곳에 설치해 주십시오.
c. 장비는 충분한 공기 순환이 필요합니다.
d. Freezer 뒤로 열이 배출되도록 freezer뒤에 두개의 spacer pin을설치하여 후면의
간격은 15cm 이상을 유지하여 주시고 도어의 원활한 개방을 위해 좌우 간격은 최소
20cm 이상의 간격을 유지하여 주십시오.

2. Turning freezer on(Freezer 켜기)
a. Push the power plug firmly into the power socket.(Please check you have the correct
voltage.)
b. Make sure the main power switch (and sub. power) at the back of the freezer is switched
on(Switched upwards).
c. Please check your monitor
a. Power plug를power socket에꽂아주십시오.(적절한 전압인지 확인하십시오.)
b. Freezer 뒤의 main power switch(보조 전원 스위치와 함께)를올립니다.
c. 제어 모니터의 화면을 확인하십시오.
3. Recommended set temperature(권장 설정 온도)
a. set-point -80℃
b. cold alarm -90℃
c. warm alarm -70℃
d. These set points are factory set and gives the freezer the optimum conditions with
prolonged life.

4. Recommended maintenance(권장 유지 방법)
a. We recommend the condenser grille is free from dust every month.
b. We recommend that ice is removed from the door seals every month.
c. We recommend a maintenance visit by your local dealer every year.
a. 매월 (또는 주기적) 장비에 부착된 그릴의먼지를 청소해 주십시오.
b. 매월 (또는 주기적) door seal에있는 얼음을 제거해 주십시오.

5. Recommended operation mode(권장 사용 모드)
a. Select Power Mode when required temperature is -75 ~ -95℃.
b. Select ECO Mode when required temperature is -55 ~ -75℃.

6. How to use HDPE Shelves (HDPE 선반 사용법)
Notice. When samples are loaded on the shelf at room temperature, the deformation (warping)
of the shelf may occur. If the shelf is turned upside down, it will be restored to its origin.
a. The HDPE Shelves should be placed in the chamber before use, and the sliding racks and
samples must be loaded after the chamber temperature reaches set temperature.
b. The maximum load of HDPE shelf should not exceed 50 kg.
주의. 상온에서 선반에 시료를 적재할 경우, 선반의 변형현상(휨) 이발생될 수있으며, 이
경우 선반을 뒤집어 놓으면 원래대로 복원합니다.
a. HDPE 선반은 사용 전챔버에 배치하여 주시고, 슬라이딩 랙, 시료등은 반드시 챔버온
도가 설정온도 도달 이후 적재하여 주십시오.
b. HDPE 선반의 최대 적재하중은 50Kg 을초과하지 않도록 사용하여 주십시오.

3. Installation (설치)
3.1 Installation Place (설치 장소)
1. Avoid direct sunlight
2. Adequate air circulation
3. Not subject to excessive dust
4. Not subject to mechanical vibration or shock
5. Ambient temperature 5~33℃, optimum temp. 18~25℃
6. Operating Height : Below 2,000m
7. Operating moisture: Below 80% RH, if the max. operating temperature is 33℃, it should be
below 57% RH
8. Supply voltage fluctuation : Lower than 10%
* Caution: If you install the unit other places than mentioned, the unit may not operate properly.

3.2 How to Install (설치 방법)
1. Keep the distance of 15cm or longer between the wall and the backside of the unit.
2. Do not install the unit in an uneven position.
3. Use castor fixing nuts on the slippery floor.
4. Condenser grille should not be obstructed
1. 설치는 제품 뒷면과 벽면의 간격을 15 cm 이상 유지하여 주십시오.
2. 바닥은 평평한 곳에 설치하여 주십시오.
3. 바닥이 미끄러운 곳은 바퀴 고정 너트를 이용하여 고정시켜 주십시오.
4. 제품의 통풍구 앞에는 물건을 두지 마십시오.

4. Power supply, Earth and Main Power Switch
(전원 공급, 접지 및주전원 스위치)
4.1 Power supply (전원 공급)
1. To ensure secure connection, connect the power plug firmly to the power socket.
2. Don't connect the plug of the unit together with plugs of other units in the same socket.
3. Make sure that the power supplying cord is not folded and pressed.
4. If you use an extension wire, it must have capacity above 250V, 15A and not longer than 3m.
5. This unit is exclusively designed for 220(230)V, 60(50)Hz, 30Amp. Please check the operating
voltage before use. For 110V, use transformer(above 3kW).
1. 전원 플러그는 접촉 불량이 되지 않도록 콘센트에 확실히 꽂으십시오.
2. 본제품과 타제품을 같은 전원 콘센트에 접속하여 사용하지 마십시오.
3. 전원 선이 접히거나 눌리지 않도록 주의하여 사용하십시오.
4. 연장 코드는 250 V, 15 A 이상의 선을 사용하며 3 m 를넘기지 마십시오.
5. 본제품은 220(230)V, 60(50)Hz, 30Amp.전용이므로 전압 확인 후사용 하십시오. 110V 전압
사용시 승압용 트랜스(3kW)를사용하셔야 합니다.
4.2 How to Earth (접지 방법)
1. For security reasons, the unit should be earthed.
2. If the power socket is fitted with earth rod (230V), please check the earth terminal before use.
3. If the power socket is not fitted with earth rod, connect the earth wire to the unit. Then, connect it
to the copper plate. Finally, bury it in the damped ground(25cm under the ground or deeper).
* Warning: Do not earth to gas pipe, telephone line or lightning rod.
1. 만일의 위험을 방지하기 위하여 접지하십시오.
2. 접지 처리된 220V 전용 콘센트일 경우 접지 단자를 확인하신 후사용하십시오.
3. 접지 단자가 없는 콘센트일 경우 접지선을 본체와 연결 후동판에 연결하여 습기 많은 땅
속에 25cm 이상 길이로 묻어 주십시오.
∗주의: 가스관, 전화선, 피뢰침에는 절대로 접지하지 마십시오.
The rating Amp. of JABA Series circuit breaker must be equal or higher than 30. Please
check before installation.
JABA Series 의차단기 정격은 30Amp. 이상이어야 합니다. 설치 시반드시
확인하시기 바랍니다.

4.3 Main Power Switch (전원 스위치)
Main power switch is located on rear side of the machine. User must turn on “Main power switch”
first and turn on “Sub switch”. When user needs to turn off the machine, turn off “Sub switch” first and
turn off “Main power switch”. When power is connected, touch screen will be activated.
*Notice: 1) Circuit is not protected, when blackout happens, during operation by Main power
switch
메인 파워 스위치는 기기의 뒷면에 있습니다. (그림 참조) 전원 입력 시사용자는 반드시 주
전원 스위치 > 보조 전원 스위치 순으로 동작 시켜 줍니다. 전원을 차단하는 경우에는 보조 전원
스위치 > 주전원 스위치 순으로 차단을 합니다. 전원을 인가하면, 터치 스크린의 화면이
점등되며, 동작 스위치에 의해 냉동고는 운전을 합니다.
*Notice : 주전원 스위치에 의한 동작일 경우 정전 시회로 보호는 되지 않습니다.

4.4 Door Alarm (도어 알람)
The door alarm is used in combination with the CO2backup system. It is safe to make sure that the
operator will not get liquid CO2/LN2in the face in case of opening the door of the freezer. Always
connect the CO2/LN2backup system to the door alarm on the back of the freezer.
For safety, measure resistance on the contacts with Ohmmeter
1. Measure contacts of door alarm and resistance shows 0 Ohm. Door is closed.
2. Open the chamber door.
3. Measure contacts of door alarm again and resistance shows limitless. Door is open.
도어 알람은 CO2back up 장치가 결합된 경우에 사용됩니다. 이것은 사용자가 freezer 도어를
개방 하였을 시CO2/LN2에의해 부상이 되지 않도록 해주는 안전 장치입니다. 항상 CO2/LN2
backup system 을Freezer 뒤의 도어 알람과 연결시켜 놓으십시오. 안전을 위하여 사용 전그리고
설치 전저항 측정기로 저항을 측정해 보십시오.
1. Door alarm 의단자를 측정하여 보십시오. 0 Ohm 이측정된다면 이는 도어가 닫혔다는 것을
의미 합니다.
2. 이제 챔버 도어를 개방 하십시오.
3. 다시 door alarm 의단자를 측정하여 보십시오. 무한대 저항을 보입니까? 도어가 열린 것을
의미합니다.

4.5 Remote(External) Alarm (리모트(외부) 알람)
The remote alarm is a voltage free dry contact which will alarm in case of,
1. High temperature alarm
2. Low temperature alarm
3. Power failure
4. Clean filter alarm
Under normal condition, relay is always closed which means COM and NC (Normally Closed ) are
connected. In case of alarm, relay is open and COM and NO (Normally Open) are connected.
외부 경보 회로는 정전 시에도 작동되는 접점이며, 다음과 같은 경우에 접점이 동작합니다

정상 운전시 relay는항상 닫혀 있고 COM과NC가연결되어 있는데, 알람이 작동되면 relay가

5.3 Index of Control Panel and Functions (컨트롤 패널의 명칭과 기능)
5.3.1 To start up the freezer, complete the following step. (사용 준비가 되면, 다음 절차에 따라 사용하
십시오.)
a. Plug the freezer into the power.
b. Turn the Main power switch(circuit breaker) on to the upper position.
c. Turn the Sub switch on.
d. When the freezer is power on, you can see a screen below.
e. Touch the screen to migrate to the main page.
