Important Instructions
Please read operating instructions before using the appliance.
Do's
1. Before plugging, ensure that the supply voltage is in accordance with the rated one.
2. While leaving, even for a short while, always unplug the hand mixer.
3. Close supervision is necessary when any hand mixer is used by or near children.
4. Handle the blades with care as these are very sharp and may cause serious injuries.
5. If the main cord of the mixer is damaged, it must only be replaced by an authorized service
personnel.
6. Avoid exposure of the hand mixer to heated surface or direct heat.

Don'ts
1. Never fit accessories with different functions at the same time.
2. Do not operate for more than 4 minutes continuously. Allow 15 minutes rest before next use.
3. Never use the mixer attachments with hard food such as coffee beans, ice cubes, sugar,
cereals etc.
4. Never touch the beaters, dough hooks. When the appliance is in operation, don't allow long
hair, scarves etc. to hang down over the accessories when they are in operation.
5. Don't allow the power cord to hang down near flame or sharp edges.
6. Do not use for industrial purpose. Your appliance is intended solely for domestic use.
7. Never immerse the hand mixer in water.
8. Never use the appliance if it is damaged anyway. Contact your authorized service centre.
Important
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, lack of experience and knowledge, unless they
have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person
responsible for their safety.
Before First Use
Before using the hand mixer for the first time clean its accessories (attachments like beater,
and whisker) with water.
How to Use
Beaters and Whisker hooks
1. Insert the beater and whisker hooks until they are locked in place. Always insert the
accessory equipped with a toothed crown into the left opening of the appliance.
2. Plug in the appliance.
3. Depending on the quantity to be prepared. Place the ingredients in an appropriate
container.
4. Plunge the beaters or whisker hooks into the container and start the appliance by turning
the control knob to the right. It can be set at any position from 1 to 5.
5. Press down the turbo button during the operation. When you have finished the operation
turn the control knob to position “O”.
6. Unplug the appliance.
7. Eject the beater or dough hooks by pushing the eject knob.
Cleaning:
1. Unplug the appliance from wall outlet before cleaning.
2. Wipe over the outside surface with a damped cloth and polish with a soft dry cloth.
3. Wash the attachments in warm soapy water and wipe dry. The attachments may be
placed in the dishwasher for easier cleaning.

Caution: Never immerse the hand mixer or power cord into water for cleaning.
Correct disposal of this product
