Keep this instruction anual in a safe place for
future reference. Should the appliance be sold,
transferred or oved, ake sure the instruction
anual acco panies the washing achine to infor
the new owner as to its operation and features.
Read these instructions carefully: they contain vital
infor ation on installation, use and safety.

1. Unpack the washing
achine.
2. Check whether the
washing achine has
been da aged during
transport. If this is the
case, do not install it
and contact your
retailer.
3. Re ove the four
protective screws and
the rubber washer with
the respective spacer,
situated on the rear of
the appliance (see
figure).
4. Seal the gaps using the plastic plugs provided.
5. Keep all the parts: you will need the again if the
washing achine needs to be oved to another
location.
Warning: should the screws be re-used, ake sure
you fasten the shorter ones at the top.
Packaging aterials are not children's toys.
Levelling
1. Install the washing
achine on a flat sturdy
floor, without resting it
up against walls,
furniture cabinets or
other.
2. If the floor is not
perfectly level, co pen-
sate for any unevenness
by tightening or
loosening the adjustable
front feet (see figure); the angle of inclination,
easured according to the worktop, ust not
exceed 2°.
Levelling your appliance correctly will provide it with
stability and avoid any vibrations, noise and shifting
during operation. If it is placed on a fitted or loose
carpet, adjust the feet in such a way as to allow
enough roo for ventilation beneath the washing
achine.

If your washing
achine is equipped
with a special set of
retractable wheels you
can easy ove it. To
lower the wheels and
thus ove the
appliance effortlessly,
just pull the lever,
situated on the left-
hand side beneath the
base. Once the appliance is in the required
position, put the lever back in place. The washing
achine is now fir ly in place (see figure).

right-hand side on the
rear of the appliance
(see figure).
3. Make sure there are no kinks or bends in the
hose.
The water pressure at the tap ust be within the
values indicated in the Technical details table
(on the next page).
If the water inlet hose is not long enough,
contact a specialist store or an authorised
service an.

Connecting the dr in hose
Connect the drain hose,
without bending it, to a
draining duct or a wall
drain situated between
65 and 100 c fro
the floor;
alternatively, place it
over the edge of a
basin, sink or tub,
fastening the duct
supplied to the tap (see
figure). The free end of
the hose should not be
underwater.
 We advise against the use of hose extensions; in
case of absolute need, the extension ust have the
sa e dia eter as the original hose and ust not
exceed 150 c in length.
Electric connection
Before plugging the appliance into the ains
socket, ake sure that:
 the socket is earthed and in co pliance with the
applicable law;
 the socket is able to sustain the appliance's
axi u power load indicated in the Technical
details table (on the right);
 the supply voltage is included within the values i
ndicated on the Technical details table
(on the right);
 the socket is co patible with the washing
achine's plug. If this is not the case, replace
the socket or the plug.
 The washing achine should not be installed in an
outdoor environ ent, not even when the area is
sheltered, because it ay be very dangerous to
leave it exposed to rain and thunderstor s.
 When the washing achine is installed, the ains
socket ust be within easy reach.
 Do not use extensions or ultiple sockets.
 The power supply cable ust never be bent or
dangerously co pressed.
 The power supply cable ust only be replaced by
an authorised service an.
Warning! The co pany denies all liability if and when
these nor s are not respected.
The first w sh cycle
Once the appliance has been installed, and before
you use it for the first ti e, run a wash cycle with
detergent and no laundry, setting the 90°C
progra e without a pre-wash cycle.

If this LED is on, the appliance Lid is locked to prevent it fro being opened accidentally; to avoid any
da ages, you ust wait for the la p to flash before you open the Lid.

nate on to indicate the cycle phase under way:

Note: during draining, the LED corresponding to
the Spin cycle phase will be turned on.
Function buttons
The FUNCTION BUTTONS also act like LEDS.
When a function is selected, the corresponding
button is illu inated.
If the function selected is inco patible with the
progra e set, the button will flash and the function
will not be enabled.
If you set a function that is inco patible with another
function you selected previously, only the last one
selected will be enabled.
Leds
The LEDS provide i portant infor ation.
This is what they can tell you:

If the Delay Ti er function has been enabled (see
page. 7), once you have started the progra e,
the LED corresponding to the delay set will begin to
flash:
As ti e passes, the re aining delay will be
displayed, and the corresponding LED will flash:
Once the set delay is co plete, the flashing LED will
turn off and the progra e set will start.

followed by the rear one;
- then ensure the hooks on the front door are perfectly
housed within the seat of the rear door;
- after the hooks have clicked into position, press both
doors lightly downwards to ake sure they do not
co e loose;
- finally shut the external lid.

Speci l progr mme
Daily Refresh (progra e 11 for Synthetics) is designed to wash lightly soiled gar ents in a short a ount of ti e: it
only lasts 30 inutes and allows you to save on both ti e and energy. By setting this progra e (11 at 30°C), you
can wash different fabrics together (except for woollen and silk ite s), with a axi u load of 3 kg.
We recommend the use of li uid detergent.
Briefly: st rting progr mme
1. Switch the washing achine on by pressing button .
All the LEDS will light up for a few seconds and
the ON-OFF/DOOR LOCK Led will begin to flash.
2. Load your laundry into the washing achine, add
the detergent and any fabric softener (see page 8)
and shut the appliance door.
3. Set the PROGRAMME knob to the progra e
required.
4. Set the wash te perature (see page 7).
5. Set the spin speed (see page 7).
6. Start he progra e by pressing the START/RESET
button.
To cancel it, keep the START/RESET button pressed
for at least 2 seconds.
7. When the progra e is finished, the ON-OFF/
DOOR LOCK Led will flash to indicate that the
appliance door can be opened. Take out your
laundry and leave the appliance door ajar to allow
the dru to dry thoroughly. Turn the washing
achine off by pressing button .

Setting the temper ture
Turn the TEMPERATURE knob to set the wash te perature (see Programme table on page 6).
The te perature can be lowered, or even set to a cold wash ( ).
Setting the spin speed
Turn the SPIN SPEED knob to set the spin speed for the progra e selected.
The axi u spin speeds for each progra e are as follows:

The spin speed can be lowered, or the spin cycle can be excluded altogether by selecting sy bol .
The washing achine will auto atically prevent you fro selecting a spin speed higher than the axi u
speed for each progra e.
 To avoid excessive vibrations, before every spin cycle the achine distributes the load in a unifor anner by
continuously rotating the dru at a speed which is slightly faster than the nor al washing speed.
When, despite repeated atte pts, the load is still not evenly distributed, the achine spins at a lower speed than
the set frequency.
If the load is excessively unbalanced, the achine atte pts to distribute it instead of spinning.
The balancing atte pts ay extend the total duration of the cycle, up to a axi u of 10 inutes.
Functions
To enable a function:
1. press the button corresponding to the desired function, according to the table below;
2. the function is enabled when the corresponding button is illu inated.
Note: The rapid flashing of the button indicates that the corresponding function cannot be selected for the
progra e set.

Detergent dispenser
Good washing results also depend on the correct
dose of detergent: adding too uch detergent won't
necessarily ake for a ore efficient wash, and ay
in fact cause build up on the interior of your
appliance and even pollute the environ ent.
Open up the
detergent dispenser
and pour in the
detergent and fabric
softener, as follows.

Liquid detergent should only be poured in
i ediately prior to the wash cycle start.
 Do not use hand wash detergent because it ay

When pouring the softener in co part ent 3, avoid
exceeding the " ax" level indicated.
The softener is added auto atically into the achine
during the last wash. At the end of the wash
progra e, so e water will be left in co part ent
3. This is used for the inlet of denser fabric softeners
into the achine, i.e. to dilute the ore
concentrated softeners. Should ore than a nor al
a ount of water re ain in co part ent 3, this
eans the e ptying device is blocked. For cleaning
instructions, see page 10.
The fabric softener should not overflow fro the grid.
comp rtment 4: Ble ch
Ble ch cycle
Tr dition l bleach should be used on sturdy white
fabrics, and delic te bleach for coloured fabrics,
synthetics and for wool.
When pouring in the bleach, be careful not to exceed
the " ax" level indicated on co part ent 4 (see
figure).
To run the bleach cycle alone, pour the bleach into
co part ent 4 and set the Rinse progra e (for
cotton fabrics) and push the button Bleaching.
Prep ring your l undry
 Divide your laundry according to:
- the type of fabric/the sy bol on the label.
- the colours: separate coloured gar ents fro
whites.
 E pty all pockets and check for loose buttons.
 Do not exceed the weight li its stated below,
which refer to the weight when dry:
Sturdy fabrics: ax 5 kg
Synthetic fabrics: ax 2.5 kg
Delicate fabrics: ax 2 kg

Curt ins: fold curtains and place the in a pillow
case or esh bag. Wash the separately without
exceeding half the appliance load. Use progra e 7
which excludes the spin cycle auto atically.
Quilted co ts nd windbre kers: if they are
padded with goose or duck down, they can be
achine-washed. Turn the gar ents inside out and
load a axi u of 2-3 kg, repeating the rinse cycle
once or twice and using the delicate spin cycle.
Wool: for best results, use a specific detergent,
taking care not to exceed a load of 1 kg.

 The washing achine was designed and built in
co pliance with the applicable international safety
regulations. The following infor ation is provided for your
safety and should consequently be read carefully.
Gener l s fety
 This appliance has been designed for non-
professional, household use and its functions ust
not be changed.
 This washing achine should only be used by
adults and in accordance with the instructions
provided in this anual.
 Never touch the washing achine when barefoot
or with wet or da p hands or feet.
 Do not pull on the power supply cable to unplug
the appliance fro the electricity socket. Pull the
plug out yourself.
 Do not open the detergent dispenser while the
appliance is in operation.
 Do not touch the drain water as it could reach
very high te peratures.
 Never force the washing achine door: this could
da age the safety lock echanis designed to
prevent any accidental openings.
 In the event of a alfunction, do not under any
circu stances touch internal parts in order to
atte pt repairs.
 Always keep children well away fro the
appliance while in operation.
 The appliance door tends to get quite hot during
the wash cycle.
 Should it have to be oved, proceed with the
help of two or three people and handle it with the
ut ost care. Never try to do this alone, because
the appliance is very heavy.
 Before loading your laundry into the washing
achine, ake sure the dru is e pty.
Dispos l
 Disposing of the packaging aterial: observe local
regulations, so the packaging can be re-used.
 Disposal of old electrical appliances
The European Directive 2002/96/EC on Waste
Electrical and Electronic Equip ent (WEEE), requires
that old household electrical appliances ust not be
disposed of in the nor al unsorted unicipal waste
strea . Old appliances ust be collected sepately
in order to opti ise the recovery and recycling of
the aterials they contain and reduce the i pact on
hu an health and the environ ent.
The crossed out "wheeled bin" sy bol on the
product re inds you of your obligation, that when
you dispose of the appliance it ust be separately
collected.
Consu ers should contact their local authority or
retailer for infor ation concerning the correct
disposal of their old appliance.
 Disposing of an old washing achine:
before scrapping your appliance, cut the power
supply cable and re ove the appliance door.
S ving energy nd respecting the
environment
Environment lly-friendly technology
If you only see a little water through your appliance
door, this is because thanks to the latest technology,
your washing achine only needs less than half the
a ount of water to get the best results: an objective
reached to respect the environ ent.
S ving on detergent, w ter,
energy nd time
 To avoid wasting resources, the washing achine
should be used with a full load. A full load instead
of two half loads allows you to save up to 50% on
energy.
 The pre-wash cycle is only necessary on
extre ely soiled gar ents. Avoiding it will save on
detergent, ti e, water and between 5 and 15%
energy.
 Treating stains with a stain re over or leaving
the to soak before washing will cut down the
need to wash the at high te peratures. A
progra e at 60°C instead of 90°C or one at
40°C instead of 60°C will save up to 50% on
energy.
 Use the correct quantity of detergent depending
on the water hardness, how soiled the gar ents
are and the a ount of laundry you have, to avoid
wastage and to protect the environ ent: despite
being biodegradable, detergents do contain
ingredients that alter the natural balance of the
environ ent. In addition, avoid using fabric
softener as uch as possible.
 If you use your washing achine fro late in the
afternoon until the early hours of the orning, you
will help reduce the electricity board's peak load.
The Delay Ti er option (see page 7) helps to
organise your wash cycles accordingly.
 If your laundry has to be dried in a tu ble dryer,
select a high spin speed. Having the least water
possible in your laundry will save you ti e and
energy in the drying process.

Cutting off the w ter or electricity
supply
 Turn off the water tap after every wash. This will
li it the wear of your appliance's water syste
and also prevent leaks.
 Unplug your appliance when cleaning it and
during all aintenance operations.
Cle ning your ppli nce
The exterior and rubber parts of your appliance can
be cleaned with a soft cloth soaked in lukewar
soapy water. Do not use solvents or abrasives.
Cle ning the detergent dispenser
Re ove the dispenser by raising it and pulling it out
(see figure).
Wash it under running water; this operation should
be repeated
frequently.

 Always leave the appliance door ajar to prevent
unpleasant odours fro for ing.
Cle ning the pump
The washing achine is fitted with a self-cleaning
pu p that does not require any aintenance.
So eti es, s all ite s (such as coins or buttons)
ay fall into the pre-cha ber that protects the
pu p, situated in the lower part of the sa e.
To recover any objects that have fallen into the pre-
cha ber:
1. re ove the plinth at
the botto on the
front side of the
washing achine by
pulling fro the side
with your hands (see
figure);
2. unscrew the lid
rotating it anticlock-
wise (see figure): a
little water ay trickle
out. This is perfectly
nor al;
3. clean the interior
thoroughly;
4. screw the lid back
on;
5. reposition the
panel, aking sure
the hooks are
securely in place
before you push it
onto the appliance.
Checking the w ter inlet hose
Check the water inlet hose at least once a year. If
you see any cracks, replace it i ediately: during
the wash cycles, water pressure is very strong and
a cracked hose could easily split open.
 Never use hoses that have already been used.
 Make sure the wash cycle has ended and unplug
the appliance.
How to cle n the detergent dispenser

Cleaning:
Then clean the dispenser under a tap (fig. 3) using an old
toothbrush and, once the pair of siphons inserted in the
top of co part ents 1 and 2 (fig. 4) have been pulled
out, check whether the sa e are not clogged and then
rinse the .
Reassembly:
Do not forget to reinsert the
pair of siphons into the
special housings and then to
replace the dispenser into its
seat, clicking it into place
(fig. 4, 2 and 1).
Disassembly:
Press lightly on the large
button on the front of the
detergent dispenser and pull
it upwards (fig. 1).

 The appliance is not plugged into the socket, or not enough to
ake contact.
 There has been a power failure.

 The water tap is not turned on.
 A delayed start has been set (using the Delay Ti er, see page 7).
 The water inlet hose is not connected to the tap.
 The hose is bent.
 The water tap is not turned on.
 There is a water shortage.
 The water pressure is insufficient.
 The START/RESET button has not been pressed.
 The drain hose is not fitted between 65 and 100 c fro the floor
(see page 3).
 The free end of the hose is underwater (see page 3).
 The wall drainage syste doesn't have a breather pipe.
If the proble persists even after these checks, turn off the water tap, switch
the appliance off and call for Assistance. If the dwelling is on one of the upper
floors of a building, there ay be drain trap proble s causing the washing
achine to load and unload water continuously. In order to avoid such an
inconvenience, special anti-drain trap valves are available in shops.
 The progra e does not foresee the draining: so e progra es
require enabling the draining anually (see page 6).
 The Easy iron option is enabled: to co plete the progra e, press
the START/RESET button (see page 7).
 The drain hose is bent (see page 3).
 The drain duct is clogged.
 The dru was not unblocked correctly during installation (see page 2).
 The washing achine is not level (see page 2).
 The washing achine is closed in between furniture cabinets and

ãîðèçîíòàëè äîëæíî áûòü íå áîëåå 2°.
Ïðàâèëüíîå âûðàâíèâàíèå îáîð äîâàíèÿ ïîìîæåò
èçáåæàòü ø ìà, âèáðàöèé è ñìåùåíèé âî âðåìÿ ðàáî-
òû ìàøèíû.
Åñëè ñòèðàëüíàÿ ìàøèíà ñòîèò íà ïîë , ïîêðûòîì
êîâðîì, áåäèòåñü, ÷òî åå îñíîâàíèå âîçâûøàåòñÿ

òîì (ðîçåòêà íå ïîñòàâëÿåòñÿ ñ ìàøèíîé). Ôàçíûé
ïðîâîä äîëæåí áûòü ïîäêëþ÷åí ÷åðåç àâòîìàò çàùè-
òû ñåòè, ðàññ÷èòàííûé íà ìàêñèìàëüíûé òîê (òîê ñðà-
áàòûâàíèÿ) 16 À, è èìåþùèé âðåìÿ ñðàáàòûâàíèÿ íå
áîëåå 0,1 ñ.
2. Ïðè íàëè÷èè âáëèçè îò ïðåäïîëàãàåìîãî ìåñòà ñòà-

Õîðîøèé ðåç ëüòàò ñòèðêè çàâèñèò òàêæå îò ïðàâèëü-
íîé äîçèðîâêè ìîþùåãî ñðåäñòâà: åãî èçáûòîê íå
ãàðàíòèð åò áîëåå ýôôåêòèâí þ ñòèðê , íàïðîòèâ ìî-
æåò ïðèâåñòè ê îáðàçîâàíèþ íàëåòîâ âí òðè ìàøè-
íû è çàãðÿçíåíèþ îêð æàþùåé ñðåäû.
Âûäâèíüòå ðàñïðåäå-
ëèòåëü è çàïîëíèòå åãî
îòäåëåíèÿ ìîþùèì
ñðåäñòâîì è ñìÿã÷èòå-
ëåì:
Îòäåëåíèå 1: ìîþùåå ñðåäñòâî äëÿ ïðåäâà-
ðèòåëüíîé ñòèðêè (ïîðîøîê)
ÿ÷åéêà 2: Ñòèðàëüíîå âåùåñòâî
(ïîðîøîê èëè æèäêîñòü)
Æèäêîå ñòèðàëüíîå âåùåñòâî ñëåä åò ïîìåùàòü
íåïîñðåäñòâåííî â áàðàáàí â ñïåöèàëüíîì
êð ãëîì ïëàñòìàññîâîì äîçàòîðå.
ÿ÷åéêà 3: Äîáàâêè (îïîëàñêèâàòåëü è ò.ä.)
Êîãäà âû íàëèâàåòå îïîëàñêèâàòåëü â ÿ÷åéê 3,
îáðàùàéòå âíèìàíèå, ÷òîáû íå ïðåâûñèòü
ìàêñèìàëüíûé ðîâåíü, êàçàííûé îòìåòêîé
«max».
Îïîëàñêèâàòåëü àâòîìàòè÷åñêè ïîäàåòñÿ â
áàðàáàí â ïðîöåññå ïîñëåäíåãî îïîëàñêèâàíèÿ.
Ïî çàâåðøåíèè ïðîãðàììû ñòèðêè â ÿ÷åéêå 3
îñòàåòñÿ âîäà. Îíà íåîáõîäèìà äëÿ ïîäà÷è â
áàðàáàí î÷åíü ã ñòûõ îïîëàñêèâàòåëåé, ò.å. äëÿ
ðàçáàâëåíèÿ êîíöåíòðèðîâàííûõ îïîëàñêèâàòåëåé.
Åñëè â ÿ÷åéêå 3 îñòàíåòñÿ âîäû áîëüøå
íîðìàëüíîãî, ýòî çíà÷èò, ÷òî êàíàë ñëèâà
îïîëàñêèâàòåëÿ â áàðàáàí çàñîðèëñÿ. Ñìîòðèòå
îïèñàíèå ÷èñòêè ÿ÷ååê íà ñòð. 22.
ÿ÷åéêà 4: Öèêë îòáåëèâàíèÿ
Îáû÷íûé îòáåëèâàòåëü èñïîëüç åòñÿ äëÿ
ïðî÷íûõ áåëûõ òêàíåé, äåëèêàòíûé - äëÿ
öâåòíûõ, ñèíòåòè÷åñêèõ òêàíåé è äëÿ øåðñòè.
Íå çàëèâàéòå îòáåëèâàòåëü â ÿ÷åéê -äîçàòîð 4
âûøå îòìåòêè «ìàêñ.» (ñìîòðèòå ðèñóíîê).
Äëÿ âûïîëíåíèÿ îäíîé òîëüêî ô íêöèè
îòáåëèâàíèÿ ïîìåñòèòå îòáåëèâàòåëü â ÿ÷åéê 4,
çàäàéòå ïðîãðàìì Îïîëàñêèâàíèå è íàæìèòå
êíîïê ô íêöèè Óäàëåíèå ïÿòåí.
Ïîäãîòîâêà áåëüÿ
 Ðàçáåðèòå áåëüå:
- â ñîîòâåòñòâèè ñ òèïîì òêàíè / îáîçíà÷åíèÿ íà
ýòèêåòêå
- ïî öâåò : îòäåëèòå öâåòíîå áåëüå îò áåëîãî.
 Âûíüòå èç êàðìàíîâ âñå ïðåäìåòû è ïðîâåðüòå
õîðîøî ëè äåðæàòñÿ ï ãîâèöû.
 Íå ïðåâûøàéòå ìàêñèìàëüíîå íîðìû çàãð çêè
áàðàáàíà, êàçàííûå äëÿ ñ õîãî áåëüÿ:
Ïðî÷íûå òêàíè: ìàêñ. 5 êã
Ñèíòåòè÷åñêèå òêàíè: ìàêñ. 2,5 êã
Äåëèêàòíûå òêàíè: ìàêñ. 2 êã
Øåðñòü: ìàêñ. 1 êã
Âåñ áåëüÿ
1 ïðîñòûíÿ 400  500 ã
1 íàâîëî÷êà 150 -200 ã
1 ñêàòåðòü 400  500 ã
1 õàëàò 900 1,200 ã
1 ïîëîòåíöå 150 -250 ã
Îñîáåííîñòè ñòèðêè
îòäåëüíûõ èçäåëèé
Çàíàâåñêè: ñâåðíèòå è ïîëîæèòå â íàâîëî÷ê èëè â
ñåò÷àòûé ìåøî÷åê. Ñòèðàéòå îòäåëüíî, íå ïðåâûøàÿ
ïîëîâèíû çàãð çêè áàðàáàíà. Âûáåðèòå ïðîãðàìì
7, àâòîìàòè÷åñêè èñêëþ÷àþù þ îòæèì.
Ñòåãàííûå êóðòêè è ïóõîâèêè: åñëè ï õîâèê íà òè-
íîì èëè ã ñèíîì ï õ , åãî ìîæíî ñòèðàòü â ñòèðàëü-
íîé ìàøèíå. Âûâåðíèòå ê ðòê íàèçíàíê , çàãð çèòå
â áàðàáàí íå áîëåå 2-3 êã èçäåëèé. Ïîâòîðèòå ïîëîñ-
êàíèå 1-2 ðàçà, èñïîëüç éòå äåëèêàòíûé îòæèì.
Ïàðóñèíîâûå òóôëè: Ïàð ñèíîâûå ò ôëè
ïðåäâàðèòåëüíî î÷èñòèòå îò ãðÿçè è ñòèðàéòå ñ
ïðî÷íûìè òêàíÿìè èëè äæèíñàìè, åñëè ïîçâîëÿåò öâåò.
Íå ñòèðàéòå ñ áåëûìè âåùàìè.
Øåðñòü: Äëÿ äîñòèæåíèÿ íàèë ÷øèõ ðåç ëüòàòîâ
ñòèðêè çàãð æàéòå íå áîëåå 1 êã áåëüÿ è èñïîëü-
ç éòå ñïåöèàëüíûå æèäêèå ñðåäñòâà, ïðåäíàçíà-
÷åííûå äëÿ ñòèðêè øåðñòÿííûõ èçäåëèé.
 Íå èñïîëüç éòå ìîþùèå ñðåäñòâà, ïðåäíàçíà÷åí-
íûå äëÿ ð ÷íîé ñòèðêè  îáðàç þùàÿñÿ îáèëüíàÿ
ïåíà õ äøàåò ðåç ëüòàò ñòèðêè è ìîæåò âûâåñòè
èç ñòðîÿ ñòèðàëüí þ ìàøèí .
