Install the Ceiling Mount Base Box
on the Ceiling
-NOTE -
Refer to the LiteMount False Ceiling Plate and
LiteMount Pipe Tubing Extension installation
instructions if you have purchased these items
to reinforce a suspended ceiling or to position
the projector away from the ceiling. Install
these items before proceeding with the
instructions below.
-IMPORTANT -
Use appropriate hardware to ensure that the
ceiling box is fastened securely to the ceiling.
No hardware is included for this purpose.
1. Examine the flanges on each side of
the ceiling mount base box to identify
its front and rear orientation on the
ceiling. The holes near the edge of
each flange will be closest to the rear
of the projector when the installation is
complete.
Attach the Mounting Bracket
to the projector
1. With the projector on its top, loosely
fasten the two quick release sleeves (E)
to the projector. Use the two 4mm x
16mm Phillips screws (D).
2. Position the mounting bracket (B) against
the projector with the keyholes over the
two screw heads (D). Move the bracket
toward the rear of the projector to fully
engage the screws in the narrow keyhole
slots.
3. Thread the 4mm x 10mm knurled knob
screw (A) through the mounting bracket
into the hole near the rear of the
projector.
4. Tighten all three screws securely.

-IMPORTANT -
Projector installation must be performed by
qualified personnel in compliance with local
building code requirements. These
requirements take precedence over any
instructions provided here.
