1. Product Quality Warranty
1) This product is manufactured and constructed according to strict quality controls. INNOSIMULATION
CO., LTD. ("INNO") warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship in accordance
with the terms of this warranty.
2) INNO warrants product quality for one year in accordance with its compensation policy as set forth
below.
3) Products whose product warranty period has expired will be repaired based on a maintenance contract.
4) INNO shall not be liable under this warranty in the event of damage resulting from negligence, natural
disasters, or other accidents.
2. Consumer Complaint Process
1) Customer service requests may be made to INNO's Technical Supports Team.
(Please refer to 5. Customer Service Process below)
3. Covered Services
1) In the event that the product fails within 1 (one) year from product installation and delivery, servicing
may be received at no extra charge. # Excludes loss due to negligence
2) After the end of the quality assurance period, you can receive 2 (two) years of ongoing maintenance and
repair parts for normal operation. # Details regarding how covered services shall be performed will be
determined according to the maintenance contract in place between INNO and Exhibitor.
4. Charged Services
1) After one year from product installation and delivery
2) In the event of problems caused, due to improper use environment
3) In the event of user's negligence or fault / Excess voltage / Alteration of product / Using components not
recommended by INNO - Product damage due to fault of the user
4) Natural disasters / Floods / Earthquakes / Building collapse
5) Other disasters/accidents / Terrorism / Fire not caused by the product itself
6) Maintenance services based on a mutual maintenance contract between the parties
5. Customer Service Process
1) In the event of product failure or equipment problems, please fill out an Error Report using the form
provided by INNO and e-mail it to [email protected]. After INNO reviews the Error Report,
customer service will proceed according to established procedures.
