INTEGRA SWIVEL HI DINING CHAIR
Assembly Instructions
Use the system S
fittings (S) to
secure the arms to
the arm supports.
Then bolt the rear
of the arm to the
upright using 2x
50mm (2”) bolt &
barrel (B).
Bolt the back
between the
uprights with 4x
45mm (1 3/4”) bolt
& barrel (Z).
The barrels holes
should face
downwards.
Tighten all of the
bolts.

10 x 50mm (2”) Bolt and Barrel
8 x 30mm (1”) Gauge Screws
2 x 35mm (1 3/8”) Bolt an Capnut
2 x 75mm (3”) Bolt an Barrel
4 x System ‘S’ fittings
4 x 45mm (1 3/4”) Bolt an Barrel
1 x 4mm Allen Key provided
1 x Phillips Screwdriver &
1 x Straight Screwdriver required
Connect the arm
support onto the front
of the seat with the
holes facing outwards
using 2 x 75mm (3”)
bolt & barrel (C). Leave
this bolt loose until step
six is completed.
Repeat for the other
side.
Undo the capnut
from the 35mm (1
3/8”) bolt (A). Place
the back upright cut
out onto the rear of
the seat and insert
the capnut from the
inside then align the
arm support and bolt
together.
Repeat for the other
side.

2 x Leg Frames
2 x Top Leg Brace
Assemble the furniture on a soft surface.
1 x Lower Leg Brace
1 x Engraved Leg Brace
Bolt the leg braces
to one leg frame
using 4 x 50mm (2”)
bolt & barrel (B) with
the barrel holes
facing inwards.
Note the angles of
the leg braces.
Do not fully lighten
yet.
Lay the leg frame on its side
on a soft surface. Locate the
bearing supports into the slots
with the holes towards the top
and put the other leg frame on
using 4 x 50mm (2”) bolt &
barrel (B) with the barrel holes
facing inwards.
Do not fully tighten yet.

Fix the bearing on
the top of the leg
assembly using 4
x screws (X).
The bearing may
not turn freely at
this stage.

How to use fittings
Place the seat upside
down on a soft surface and
locate the leg assembly
upside down on it.
The bearing can now be
screwed to the seat with
the 4 screws provided (X).
Stand upright again.
Step 1: Insert barrel and line up
slot towards bolt using a
screwdriver.
Step 2: Insert bolt through hole
and rotate to engage thread in the
barrel.
System ‘S’ Fittings
Step 1: Screw the Dowel into
the bush under the arm, finger
tight only.
Step 2: Insert barrel and align
slot with dowel.
Step 3: Insert dowel into barrel
and tighten grub screw.
