fore/aftadjustmentlever(3a)andwithyourbody
weightslideforwardorbackwardontheseattothe
correctposition(3b).Releasetheadjustmentlever
andensurethatitlockstheseatintoplate.Theseat
sliderisnumberedforeasyre‐adjustmentlater.
Pedals
Thebikecomeswithdualfunctionpedals.Thedual
functionpedalsofferastrapononesidethatcanbe
adjustedbypullingonthestraptotighten,and
pushinginonthelockingmechanismtoloosen.The
othersideofthepedalisdesignedforusewithSPD
compatibleshoes.Followdirectionsprovidedwith
theshoes/cleats.

Forbestresults:
Pedalatacadenceofatleast50rpm.Thefasteryou
pedal,thefasteryouwillmovethroughthevirtual
world.Pedalresistanceisafunctionofyourgearand
theslope.Whenyoustartgoinguphill,you’llfeelthe
resistanceincrease,andyou’llhavetoworkharder.
Usetheshiftingbuttonstoadjustfromgear1‐30.
Adjustthegearlowerforlessresistance(lessdifficult)
butslowerspeed,andadjustthegearhigherformore
resistance(moredifficult)andfasterspeed.

from4’8”–6’4”(147–193cm),upto350lbs.(160kg).

Donotreachinto,orunderneaththebike;anddonottip
thebikeonitssideduringoperation.
Keeptheareaaroundthebikeclearofanyobstructions,
includingwallsandfurniture.Provideatleastthreefeetof
clearancebehindtheunit.

Neverfacebackwardwhileusingthebike.
